Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) memecah data serialberkecepatan tinggi menjadi data paralel dengan kecepatan yang lebih rendah, kemudian data-datatersebut dibawa oleh subcarrier yang saling orthogonal. Kelemahan OFDM yaitu tingginyaperbandingan daya puncak terhadap daya rata-rata atau biasa disebut Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mereduksi nilai PAPR yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan padaDFT-OFDM tanpa maupun dengan menggunakan teknik clipping filtering. Clipping yang digunakanadalah classical clipping dan deep clipping. Clipping filtering bekerja dengan memotong keluaran dariIDFT yang dianggap melebihi threshold. Dari simulasi yang dilakukan, nilai PAPR saat CCDF = 10-3adalah 10,6 dB. Saat dilakukan proses classical clipping PAPR bernilai 4,1 dB sedangkan saatmengalami proses deep clipping sebesar 4,7 dB.

Inductive load with low power factor has led to the greater load current so that it is required a power factor improvement. Improvement of power factor in inductive load can be carried out by installing capacitor according to required proportion. Installation of capacitors can be used in parallel or series to electric source.The method of making design is divided into two parts, namely, the first is the designing of hardware and the second is the designing of the software. The designing of hardware consists of designing the power supply circuit, driver relay circuit, LCD circuit, minimum system circuit of ATmega 328P, capacitor bank circuit, current sensor circuit and voltage sensor circuit. The sensors used in this study were a non-invasive type SCT013-010 current sensor and a voltage sensor of a 500 mA type zero transformer. The design of software was in the form of work program tools that use the application of Arduino IDE. LCD displays the readout values of voltage, load current, active power, apparent power, reactive power and power factor. The ATmega 328P microcontroller processes data and determines the working relay so that the purpose of power factor value by cos phi ? 0.85 is achieved. The results achieved in this research is the design of automatic bank capacitor based on microcontroller of ATmega 328P can improve power factor by conducting injection capacitor to raise the power factor value according to PLN standard by cos phi ? 0.85 by connecting capacitor to the source of PLN paralleled by a single phase inductive load.

Perkembangan komputer dewasa ini telah mengalami banyak perubahan yang sangat pesat, seiring dengan kebutuhan manusia yang semakin banyak dan kompleks. Hal ini mendorong para ahli untuk semakin mengembangkan komputer agar dapat membantu kerja manusia atau bahkan melebihi kemampuan kerja manusia. sistem pakar (Expert System) merupakan program komputer yang meniru proses pemikiran dan pengetahuan pakar dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah tertentu.. Tujuan pengembangan sistem pakar adalah sebagai media informasi bagi masyarakat terutama penderita penyakit untuk mengetahui jenis penyakit yang diderita sebagai diagnosa awal, juga sebagai alat bantu bagi dokter untuk dapat mengambil keputusan secara cepat dan lebih akurat. Metode sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah certainty factor berbasis web. Aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit telinga hidung dan tenggorokan (THT) Dengan Metode certainty factor (CF) berbasis web dapat menyelesaikan masalah yaitu bisa menampilkan hasil diagnosa dengan cepat dan tepat berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dimasukkan oleh user. Aplikasi sistem pakar THT ini, terdapat 24 gejala penyakit. Gejala-gejala tersebut akan dijadikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang nantinya dijawab oleh user. Hasil diagnosa penyakit THT pada aplikasi ini nantinya akan muncul 3 jenis penyakit. Sistem akan mengambil satu keputusan yaitu jenis penyakit yang memiliki persentase tertinggi dari 3 persentase teratas sebagai hasil diagnosa.

This study aims to identify the effect of changes in temperature, water content, andelectrode gap on the breakdown voltage of transformer oil. The transformer oil used in this studywas Shell Diala-B and Nynas oil. Testing the effect of temperature was carried out attemperature variation of 280 C to 810 C, the effect of water content was carried out withvariations ranging from 11 ppm to 31 ppm, and the effect of electrode gap was carried out invariation ranges between 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm. Breakdown voltage testing method useshemispherical electrodes according to IEC 60156 standard of 1995. The results of the studyshow that the higher the temperature, the higher the breakdown voltage of transformer oil. Thehighest breakdown voltage in Nynas oil occurs when the temperature is 810 C which is equal to59.27 kV. The results also show that the higher the water content, the breakdown voltage islower. The highest breakdown voltage in Shell Diala-B oil occurs with a water content of 11 ppmwhich is equal to 61.35 kV. Also the greater the electrode gap, the greater the breakdownvoltage. The highest breakdown voltage in Nynas oil occurs with the gap of electrode 2.5 mmwhich is equal to 60.02 kV.

This study optimized the installation of capacitors on the distribution grid system in Penyabangan feeder, Singaraja, Bali using the Quantum Genetic Algorithm method to reduce the impact of increasing reactive currents. This feeder, consisting of 162 buses in which 62 buses are directly connected to the load and 5 buses are connected to medium voltage cosumers. The results of this study are obtained by the capacity of capacitors installed in 31 buses that have a power factor value less than the permitted limit and the power loss values decrease from 0,0674 MW and 0,0546 MVAr to 0,0543 MW and 0,0442 MVAr.

In practice the access point can not always cover the maximum range of distance due to signal wave propagation in the room, such as reflection, alteration, or scattering of signals. For the purpose of implementation optimization, this study aims to obtain characteristics of signal level quality and throughput at the Dishubkominfo Building of Badung Regency. The indoor propagation analysis of WLAN IEEE 802.11g is based on 3 models of measurement ie without barrier, wall barrier, and floor barrier. The result of the highest signal level measurement is -40 dBm, while the lowest signal level is -85 dBm. Maximum throughput measurement results 8.05 Mbps, from the maximum available bandwidth of 10 Mbps. While the coverage area based on testers using the software to adjust the floor plan on the building, almost in accordance with the calculation of signal level.

Speech disorder is an individual who has difficulty in communicating. Speech disorder people is using non-verbal communication or sign language to be able communicate with other individuals. INSERT (Integrated Speech Disorder Helper Tools) is a prototype created to help communicate for speech disorder people so that it can make easier in communicating for speech disorder people. This tool using motion sensors in the work, that will translate sign language used by speech disorder people to voice. By using a Wireless Router device based on OpenWrt operating system will be applied database system that allows for updates of sign language that can be recognized by the tool.

Identifikasi suara merupakan suatu cara yang bisa digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari masing – masing individu seperti halnya fingerprint scan, retinal scan, atau face recognition. Diperlukan suatu aplikasi untuk memudahkan dalam proses identifikasi. Metode yang biasanya digunakan untuk recognition pada Aplikasi Identifikasi Suara adalah Hidden Markov Model atau Vector Quantization. Kedua metode pengenalan untuk Aplikasi Identifikasi Suara ini akan dibandingkan unjuk kerjanya dalam kondisi ideal maupun tidak ideal. Aplikasi identifikasi suara dengan metode Vector Quantization mempunyai nilai unjuk kerja lebih baik dengan hasil unjuk kerja sebesar 93% dibandingkan metode Hidden Markov Model yang sebesar 85% pada kondisi ideal dan 78% berbanding 69,5% pada kondisi tidak ideal, hal ini dikarenakan, pada metode Vector Quantization menggunakan layer tunggal dan tidak adanya layer tersembunyi seperti pada metode Hidden Markov Model.

The Kayubihi PLTS is a PLTS with a capacity of 1 MWp. The Kayubihi PLTS solar module is installed in a fixed configuration, installed facing north with a tilt angle from the ground surface of 15 °. In a condition without a tracker, the Kayubihi PLTS generates an annual energy of 1656.2 MWh. In this paper a simulation will be carried out to find out how much energy the PLTS Kayubihi has when it has a sun tracker system installed. This tracker system simulation will be made in 2 scenarios. Scenario 1 uses a single axis tracker system where the solar module will move to follow the sun from east to west. Scenario 2 Kayubihi PLTS is equipped with a multi axis tracker system that moves in the direction of the sun from east to west and north to south. Simulations using a single axis tracker system produce annual energy of 2096.1 MWh. While simulations using the multi axis tracker system produce an annual energy of 2159.8 MWh. When compared with existing conditions, the use of a single axis tracker system gets an increase in energy of 439.9 MWh and if using a multi axis tracker system an energy increase of 503.6 MWh is obtained. The annual energy difference in the single axis tracker system with the multi axis tracker system is 63.7 MWh. The total cost of installing a single axis tracker system is Rp. 560,000,000 with 70 units of tracker and installing a multi axis tracker system amounting to Rp. 700,000,000. A total of 70 units of tracker. Keywords: Kayubihi PLTS, Single Axis Tracker System, Multi Axis Tracker System. At the results of the simulation of electricity sales, the tracker system is more profitable than the system without a tracker.
