This study aims to examine the influence of YouTube Advertising on brand awareness and purchase intention. This study uses a conclusive design with single cross sectional. The number of samples are 210 respondents who watched advertisements on Youtube as research objects. Entertainment, informativeness, irritation, credibility, brand awareness and purchase intention are used to discuss the results of research. The results of this study show that the Youtube Advertising dimension does not influencee brand awareness, but brand awareness has impact on purchase intention.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2538

This study aims to develop a model of creativity and innovation in building the entrepreneurial spirit. The population are 145 young people from the study group in Anyer District, Serang Regency. The location selection is based on the fact that young people in that area are more interested in working on the Cilegon industrial area than become entrepreneurs, while business opportunities in the digital economy era are wide open to the younger generation. The research data is collected by giving tests, questionnaires, guidelines, observations, interviews and documentation studies. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, percentage, with non-parameter statistics with Microsoft Excel, and SPSS 19. The results of this study show that: 1) model planning is ready to be carried out based on theory and empirical research results in field of entrepreneurship courses in structured concept;. 2) the process of applying this model is carried out in community learning groups through three stages: introductory material, model development, and model testing; 3) the model that encourages the development of creativity and entrepreneurial innovation towards community learning groups is a training model oriented to build the entrepreneurial spirit in the digital economic era; 4) This training model enables the creation of entrepreneurial institutions in the digital economic era that require more creativity and innovation.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2548

This study aims to assess the model city branding based on superior product through perception approach of brand box models. This study is conducted to explore consumer perceptions of a traditional medicinal herbal drink products”jamu” in order to build a city branding by medicinal product as region superior product as part of the local communities empowerment. Development of city branding is conducted by the exploration of perception approach of brand box models. Exploration of perception is conducted by ethnographic methods and netnographic methods in several target areas of research. The area regions of this research are Soloraya region (subosukowonosraten) as the market potential of a city branding Sukoharjo. The industrial sector is one of the sources of income in Indonesia, although basically the state of industry in Indonesia still has many problems including regarding low-educated labor, limited capital and uneven income distribution. Malang City is one of region in East Java with a largest source of income from the manufacturing industry sector. The variables observed in this study are education and gender issues on productivity. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by multiple regression models. The results show that: 1) Education influences the labor productivity of small-scale manufacturing industries in Malang City; 2) Gender has a positive and significant effect towards labor productivity in small-scale manufacturing industries in Malang City; 3) Male labor productivity is higher than female labor productivity.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2691

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with brand images and customer satisfaction as mediation. This research is a quantitative correlational type using non probability sampling. The number of sample are 400 customers of BRI Branch Office on Soekarno Hatta Malang. Data is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show: 1) The service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 2) The service quality has a significant effect on brand images; 3) The service quality has no effect on customer loyalty; 4) The customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) The brand images has no effect on customer loyalty; 6) The effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction is a significant.; 7) The effect of service quality on customer loyalty through brand images is an insignificant.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2692

Industry is an important thing in development. It is based on the reasons, industrialization can increase income and prosperity quickly. Industrialization is also a factor that encourages people to migrate. The population prefers to migrate on urban areas which have a greater employment opportunities in the industrial sector. This study aims to determine the effect of industrialization and population growth on internal migration in Malang City. The analytical method is a multiple analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. The results show that the industrialization has no a significant effect on migration, while the population growth has a significant effect on internal migration.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2706

Many companies have poor performance because they don’t have human resources relevated with their needs. Some of those organizations will not survive for long term in business competition. In this case Human Resource Development (HR) becomes a fundamental parameter for the success and achievement of organizational goals in order to exist. Based on literature review, the concept of developing an HR organization needs to pay attention on aspects of competence, talent, and resilience of employees. The competency aspect is the potential long-term value and potential source of the company's competitive advantage. While the talent aspect becomes a critical point for the company for the positions needed, and with the toughness aspect, employees are able to face competition and overcome difficulties to become opportunities for greater achievement. The aims of this study are to determine how the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on employee commitment both partially and simultaneously. This research is a causality study with the quantitative data. Data is collected using a questionnaire which  tested for its feasibility by validity and reliability testing. The population in this study are UMKM employees in Palembang with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data is analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. This results of this study show that financial compensation has no effect on employee commitment while non-financial compensation has effect on employee commitment.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2775

This study aims to analyze : 1) the relationship between fiscal capacity and APBD expenditure on Koperasi and MSME affairs; 2) the effect of APBD expenditure for Koperasi and MSME affairs and KUR facilitator toward socialization and mentoring; and 3) the effect of socialization and mentoring on the amount of KUR debtors. The design of the study uses mixed methods, researchers combine surveys (quantitative) with case studies (qualitative). The study population was the district/city implementing the KUR program with sample selection using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research uses Chi-Square tests and Path Analysis. The research shows : 1) fiscal capacity is not related to APBD expenditure for Koperasi and MSME affairs; 2) APBD expenditure for koperasi and MSME affairs and the KUR facilitator have no significant effect on KUR socialization and assistance; and 3) socialization and mentoring have a significant effect on the number of KUR Debtors.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2841

This study aims to analyze the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Return on Assets (ROA) on Stock Return. This research population are all banks that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2014-2017, with number of sample 13 banks selected by purposive random sampling. The data is analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that only Return of Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock return.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2983
