Abstract

This study analyzes the level of customer satisfaction with Go-Food service quality in the Jabodetabek area using the SERVQUAL and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 Go-Food user respondents in Jabodetabek. The analysis results show a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 84.45%, indicating a very high level of customer satisfaction. The IPA diagram reveals that the dimensions of “assurance” and “empathy” are in quadrant I, indicating good performance and according to customer expectations. Meanwhile, the dimensions of “reliability” and “price” are in quadrant IV, indicating the need for improvement in the aspects of on-time delivery and pricing strategy. This research provides valuable insights for Go-Food to improve service quality, especially in terms of reliability and pricing strategy, and maintain excellence in the aspects of assurance and empathy to maintain high customer satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

This study analyzes the health level of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Serang (Perseroda) using the RGEC method for the period of 2019-2022. The analysis results indicate that the financial health of PT. BPR Serang fluctuates across various aspects. The Risk Profile highlights challenges in managing credit and liquidity risks, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is rated very well with a composite score of 143. The Earnings analysis through Return on Assets (ROA) shows fluctuating asset usage efficiency but mostly remains in the "Very Healthy" and "Healthy" categories. Capital exhibits a gradual decline but remains within the "Very Healthy" to "Healthy" categories. Recommendations are provided to improve risk management, operational efficiency, capital strengthening, and the application of GCG principles. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the factors influencing bank health and serve as a reference for policymakers in the banking sector.

Abstract

Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra (JTTS) merupakan pembangunan infrastruktur di Pulau Sumatra yang telah menghubungkan dari Provinsi Lampung hingga Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra tahun 2022 pada kondisi perekonomian di wilayah Indonesia. Analisis ini juga mengidentifikasi mengenai kondisi keterkaitan dan sektor unggulan di Indonesia. Data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Tabel Input-Output (IO) Indonesia Transaksi Domestik Atas Dasar Harga Produsen (17 Lapangan Usaha) tahun 2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis keseimbangan umum. Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra yang termasuk dalam sektor Konstruksi sebagai nilai permintaan akhir telah memberikan dampak bagi perekonomian Indonesia sebesar Rp 89.874,390 atau 0,34 persen.

Abstract

This research was conducted (1) to determine lifestyle on student financial management (2) to determine the influence of financial attitudes on student financial management (3) to determine the influence of financial literacy on student financial management (4) to determine lifestyle, financial attitudes and literacy finance on student financial management. This type of research is a quantitative survey, with data collection techniques using secondary and primary data in the form of observations and questionnaires, the sample consisted of 99 FEB students from private universities in the city of Serang. The results of this research show that based on the results of hypothesis testing, lifestyle has a significant effect on student financial management. This is proven by tcount > ttable (3.188>1,984) with a significance of 0.002. hypothesis testing that financial attitudes have a significant effect on student financial management. This is proven by tcount > ttable (9.501>1,984) with a significance of 0.000, and testing the hypothesis that financial literacy has a significant effect on student financial management. This is proven by tcount > ttable (7.861>1.984) with a significance of 0.000. Meanwhile, simultaneously (together) there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle variables, financial attitudes and financial literacy on financial management. with a value of Fcount>Ftable (67.158>2.70) and a sig value of F < α (0.000<0.05). And the results of multiple linear regression are Y = 700 + 0.160X₁ + 0.429X₂ + 0.389X₃. 68% while the remaining 32% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah (BPPW) Maluku Utara.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 61 responden pegawai di BPPW Maluku Utara. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh responden penelitian dan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 23.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4) Gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing ekspor Turmeric Indonesia di pasar global menggunakan pendekatan Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) dengan data gabungan dari time series dan cross-section. Analisis diambil dari tahun 2011-2020 dengan negara tujuan Malaysia, Singapura, dan Jepang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia tergolong sebagai negara yang memiliki keunggulan komoditi di pasar Internasional atau memiliki nilai RCA lebih dari satu (>1) terhadap negara Malaysia dan Singapura serta nilai RCA kurang dari satu (<1) terhadap negara Jepang. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kunyit Indonesia memiliki daya saing yang kuat di kedua negara tersebut, meskipun perlu dilakukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar Jepang. Pentingnya peningkatan spesialisasi dalam kualitas dan konsistensi produksi kunyit untuk memperkuat jaringan logistik dan distribusi untuk memastikan produk dapat mencapai pasar internasional dengan efektif. Implementasi strategi yang tepat dalam pemasaran dan pengelolaan kualitas produk dapat membantu meningkatkan daya saing ekspor kunyit Indonesia di pasar global.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the financial cycle and their impact on macroeconomic developments such as economic growth in Indonesia and the ASEAN Region, especially in relation to the conditions of Covid-19 and post-Covid-19. The analytical method used in this study is the Panel Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM) to analyze long-term and short-term conditions and find out which variables have the most impact on the financial cycle in the ASEAN region. The variables that used in this study are variable housing credit, residential property price index, and the exchange rate as the independent variable, along with economic growth as the dependent variable. The data used is time series data with an analysis period of 2015 to 2022 with a quarterly data frequency. From these several variables, we suspect that there were stable cyclical conditions before Covid-19, and conditions that were shocked during Covid and post-Covid-19, if the credit cycle and exchange rate cycle are stable, then the financial index will be increasingly shaken. Research Stages namely, we will identify the problems in our research, then create a research design that we will test, then test the hypothesis using PVECM to prove the hypothesis, then interpret the results of the PVECM methods.

Abstract

Salah satu kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah untuk mengurangi ketimpangan pembangunan antar daerah adalah diterapkannya kebijakan pembangunan daerah  melalui konsep  kawasan andalan,  yang dilakukan berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki daerah. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis ketepatan penetapan kawasanandalan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan di lihat adari kriteria penetapannya. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis Location Quotient (LQ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian LQ dapat dilihat bahwa sektor lapangan usaha yang memiliki nilai LQ > 1 berturut turut dari yang paling besar sampai yang paling kecil adalah : sektor administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial wajib pada Kota Maros, sektor transportasi dan pergudangan pada Kabupaten Bone, sektor jasa perusahaan pada Kabupaten Takalar, Sektor real estate pada Kota Parepare, sektor pertanian pada Kabupaten Bulukumba, sektor real estate pada Kabupaten Gowa dan sektor industri pengolahan pada Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Brand Image in mediating between Product Quality and Product Innovation on Purchasing Decisions among Supermi Instant Noodle Consumers in Serang City. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were residents of Serang City with a sample size of 180 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis software. The results of this research show that: (1) Product quality does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. (3) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image. (4) Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image. (5) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. (6) Brand Image is able to mediate the influence of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. (7) Brand Image is able to mediate the influence of Product Innovation on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Dihipotesiskan bahwa daya tarik pasar secara langsung terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Selain itu, kemampuan sumber daya perusahaan dihipotesiskan untuk secara langsung terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Sampel terdiri dari industri makanan dan minuman yang ada di Provinsi Banten. Dari 413 perusahaan yang disurvei, kuesioner selesai dikembalikan untuk 150 perusahaan, mewakili tingkat respon 36,31%. Perusahaan yang merespon, memiliki usia rata-rata 5 tahun dan rata-rata 15 karyawan. Produk utama perusahaan dalam sampel, diantaranya; makanan ringan, bakso, teh, kerupuk, produk mie, kecap, gula, kopi, roti dan sejenisnya, pakan ternak, minuman sirop, air minum dalam kemasan, dan air isi ulang.Secara umum, hasilnya mengkonfirmasi validitas untuk semua variabel. Seperti yang dihipotesiskan, daya tarik pasar dan kelimpahan kemampuan sumber daya secara signifikan terkait dengan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi kita tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis Perusahaan.Abstract:This study aims to find variables associated with firm business performance. It is hypothesised that market attractiveness is directly related to firm business performance. In addition, the firm's resource capability is hypothesised to be directly related to the firm's business performance. The sample consists of the food and beverage industry in Banten Province. Of the 413 firms surveyed, completed questionnaires were returned for 150 company, being a response rate of 36.31%. Responding companies had an average age of 5 years and an average of 15 employees. The main products of the companies in the sample included snacks, meatballs, tea, crackers, noodle products, soy sauce, sugar, coffee, bread and the like, animal feed, syrup drinks, bottled drinking water, and refillable water.In general, the results confirmed the validity for all variables. As hypothesised, market attractiveness and abundance of resource capabilities are significantly related to firms' business performance. The results of this study make an important contribution to us about the factors that influence the business performance of Enterprises.
