Abstract

tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; 1) Memperoleh gambaran Kinerja pelaksanaan Co Creation pada produk XL, Kesesuaian Customer Value, dan Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Pengguna Sim Card XL. 2) Memperoleh gambaran Pengaruh dari Kinerja Co Creation pada produk XL Terhadap Kesesuaian Customer Value Pengguna Sim Card XL, 3) Memperoleh gambaran  Pengaruh dari Kinerja Co-Creation terhadap tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Pengguna Sim Card XL; serta 4) Memperoleh gambaran  Pengaruh dari Kesesuaian Customer Value terhadap tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Pengguna Sim Card XLObjek dari penelitian ini adalah tanggapan pengguna mengenai co creation terhadap customer value dan dampaknya pada kepuasan pelanggan pengguna sim card XL. Adapun metode penelitiannya menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif. Sumber data yang dipergunakan adalah primer dan sekunder. Dari populasi 5.716 anggota serta sampel penelitian sejumlah 100 anggota. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi kuesioner dan studi literatur. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh Kinerja Co Creation terhadap Customer Value Serta Dampaknya Pada Kepuasan Pelanggan, digunakan teknik  analisis jalur path (analisis jalur) dengan  menggunakan Software SPSS versi 16.0Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan Co Creation dinilai pengguna cukup tinggi, Customer Value di nilai tinggi sedangkan  Kepuasan Pelanggan dinilai oleh pengguna dengan nilai tingkat kepuasan tinggi.

Abstract

Keindahan alam dan ragam budayanya telah menjadi daya tarik dalam penciptaan dan pengembangannya. Pariwisata kini telah menjadi salah satu sektor yang mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada pertumbuhan ekonomi cukup besar. Kota Cirebon mempunyai daya tarik luar biasa yang dapat dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji potensi dan sumber daya yang dimiliki Pantai Kejawanan agar dapat dikembangkan menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata bahari yang dapat di andalkan di Kota Cirebon dengan menganalisa, menyusun strategi pengembangan wisata yang tepat. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi terhadap faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan obyek wisata. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Pantai Kejawanan, Kelurahan Pegambiran, Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk, Kota Cirebon, Provinsi Jawa Barat karena pantai tersebut merupakan pintu masuk utama menuju kawasan obyek wisata. Metode pengambilan data dengan pengisian kuesioner dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan kepada 25 responden yang terkait dengan penelitian yang ada. Pertanyaan yang diajukan akan disebarkan sebelum dan sesudah penelitian yang dilakukan melalui online (Google Forms). Setelah penulis menganalisa Strength (kekuatan), Weakness (kelemahan), Opportunity (kesempatan), dan Threat (ancaman)  dari wisata pantai kejawanan ini, selanjutnya penulis akan membuat perumusan strateginya dengan menggabungkan empat komponen SWOT dalam menjalankan strategi yang dirumuskan diperlukan kerja sama yang baik antara pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Analysis of the Quality of Briquette Charcoal Products on the Needs of Export Markets in the Middle East and Europe of PT. Nudira Sumber Daya Indonesia). Coconut briquette charcoal is one of Indonesia's leading products that is widely popular in various world markets, limiting research to only the Middle East and European markets. This study was made for prospective exporters with the aim of analyzing the quality of coconut briquette charcoal products in the European and Middle Eastern markets. This study also aims to provide solutions, information to prospective exporters of coconut briquette charcoal to better know what kind of market needs are suitable to penetrate the market in each existing segment. This study uses primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The author found several differences in product attributes based on the taste of coconut briquette charcoal in the two markets. The author also suggests that further research into broader markets other than the Middle East and European markets.

Abstract

A sustainable economic concept is needed in order to save Indonesia's marine ecosystem, but still, be able to prosper its people. The economic concept is summarized in the term Blue Economy. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The research method is a literature study with a bibliometric analysis approach. This research was conducted to find out the number of blue economy publications, to understand the terms that often appear in research related to the blue economy. The object of the research is the bibliographical manuscript data obtained from Google Scholar which has been systematically researched in a decade using the Publish or Perish application, then mapped and analyzed using Vos Viewer software. The search results for the journal number of publications with the keyword "Blue Economy" for 10 years, amounted to 75 journals and 2019 was the peak of publication. The results of the bibliometric analysis show that there are 165 terms related to the blue economy and are divided into 8 clusters. The keyword blue economy is closely related to marine, ocean, inclusion, coastal economics, ocean economy, and sustainability. Abstract

ABSTRAK Desa Lontar memiliki ekosistem mangrove yang cukup luas, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Pada dasarnya masyarakat juga kurang mengetahui tentang manfaat yang dapat diambil dari ekosistem mangrove. Pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melakukan penyuluhan mulai dari ekosistem mangrove hingga buah mangrove yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai makanan atau minuman, juga pemberian arahan mengenai pembuatan oleh-oleh khas Desa Mangrove dari hasil olahan buah mangrove. Kemudian kegiatan ini juga disertai praktek pengolahan dari pemanfaatan buah mangrove yaitu sari buah mangrove dan agar-agar buah mangrove. Pada kegiatan ini peserta berjumlah 15 orang Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Lontar yang sangat aktif dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. ABSTRACT Lontar Village has a fairly extensive mangrove ecosystem, but it has not been fully utilized. Basically, the community also does not know about the benefits that can be taken from the mangrove ecosystem. In this community service, conducts counseling starting from the mangrove ecosystem to mangrove fruit which can be used as food or drink, as well as giving directions regarding making souvenirs typical of Mangrove Village from processed mangrove fruit. Then this activity was also accompanied by processing practices from the utilization of mangrove fruit, namely mangrove fruit juice and mangrove fruit jelly. In this activity, there were 15 participants from the women PKK of Lontar Village who were very active and enthusiastic in participating in this community service activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai rancangan desain pekerjaan yang ada pada divisi maintenance transportasi truk PT. XYZ serta untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam desain pekerjaan pada divisi maintenance. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah divisi maintenance transportasi truk PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik dan usaha jasa transportasi multimoda yang terletak di Cilegon, Provinsi Banten. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara bersama kepala divisi maintenance. Hasil analisis desain pekerjaan menyatakan bahwa desain pekerjaan belum sesuai dengan jobdesc pekerjaan dan jabatannya yang telah dibentuk dan ditinjau melalui pendekatan elemen-elemen desain pekerjaan. Faktor utama penghambat dalam desain pekerjaan pada divisi ini adalah kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang menyebabkan pekerjaan-pekerjaan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan jobdescnya. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam desain pekerjaan pada divisi ini yaitu adanya rasa kekeluargaan dan ikatan batin yang erat antar sesama karyawan dan kepala divisi.

Abstract

In an era of globalization and tight competition, efficiency and operational efficiency are crucial to the success of companies, especially in supply chain management. Logistical distribution is a key element that ensures smooth flow of goods to the end consumer. PT.XX is a company in the fields of construction, logistics, and storage tanks, facing various operational challenges. The challenges include the company's transportation constraints, delays in the delivery of raw materials from vendors, as well as inadequate production facilities for heavy goods. To address these challenges, PT.XX needs to implement comprehensive and responsive logistical distribution strategies needed to improve the efficiency and efficiency of distribution, which supports the sustainable growth of the company. The study uses descriptive approaches and analysis of fishbone diagrams to provide a clear picture of the problems faced by PT. XX and measurable practical solutions. The results of this research are expected to improve the transportation system, the quality of the delivery of raw materials, and prepare an adequate production area for large-scale goods, so that operations run smoothly. Abstract

PT Pertamina Terminal LPG Tanjung Sekong is a company engaged in petrochemicals, more specifically engaged in the management of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) terminals in Tanjung Sekong, Merak, Banten. The company is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina International Shipping and has been operating since April 2012. Currently, the increase in gas demand in Indonesia is increasing, it means that the Indonesian people still need gas. In this case, PT Pertamina Tanjung Sekong LPG Terminal has a problem with delays in loading and unloading ships in supplying Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). The delay was triggered by several factors, including administrative constraints, bad weather, and too many ship waiting lists. This study used a fishbone diagram method, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 5 Whys to identify the root of the problem. The results of the analysis show that improved ship arrival time predictions, more effective administrative handling, and better weather monitoring can reduce LPG gas supply delays. Recommendations include the development of a time-of-arrival prediction system, increased awareness of the accuracy of administrative data, and cooperation with the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) for better weather monitoring.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in ship repair and maintenance services and port management services. The problems faced by PT XYZ in carrying out its business lines are related to the effective and efficient operational managerial activities of raw material warehousing. Problem solving steps are carried out by testing data processing and analysis using the shared storage method as a solution step related to the problem of warehousing layout and optimization.  Problem solving with the shared storage method is a method of reconditioning the warehousing layout with the principle of First in First out or fast moving where the layout of goods is classified based on the order of the flow of goods movement according to the operational needs of PT XYZ activities. Based on the calculation results, if the company applies the proposed layout, there is an average distance savings of 4 m2. The layout of the placement of raw materials based on the proposed improvements has a more organized condition and facilitates the flow of goods movement as well as inputting the flow of goods in and out which can be more efficient if the goods are organized and inputted administratively, this also affects the quality of goods.

Abstract

In the waters of Banten, there are still many fishing vessels that should be required to have a certificate but do not have a certificate and have carried out shipping activities, the shipping activities carried out are illegal because they do not have a sailing permit, To get a sailing permit the ship owner must have a ship certificate. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to find out the implementation of ship inspection activities by marine inspectors at the Banten Class I Port Authority and Municipal Office, in order to find out what causes ships that do not have certificates. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, as well as an interview method to obtain primary data through direct questions and answers with KSOP employees, and uses secondary data in the form of Ship Inspection SOPs and Study Literature. By increasing socialization about the importance of ship certification to ship owners through seminars, training, or socialization. KSOP can also expand information services through websites and call centers to make it easier for ship owners in the certification process.
