Abstract

Maintaining the safety and health of its workers by conducting daily health checks. The medical examination is carried out by a doctor or nurse at work. Workers who were declared unhealthy were not allowed to work on that day, in several cities, so that inspection standards were maintained, a web-based system was implemented that implemented a rule-based expert system. Naive Bayes algorithm which is included as an algorithm for classification based on data mining and machine learning activities. The initial process of Naive Bayes begins by studying existing data (complete with labels) through the training process. The results of this training are actually the probability of an outcome based on the variables used. Naive Bayes was chosen because it can study the results of past examinations and use them to make the next decision. This is felt to be a solution to the problems of previous system deficiencies that require the experience and expertise of health workers who are not necessarily equal.

Abstract

Persediaan stok spring bed pada toko Mebel Nabila Furniture masih sering mengalami fluktuasi. Sistem peramalan penjualan barang hanya berdasarkan perkiraan saja sehingga mengakibatkan sering terjadinya kekurangan stok barang dan kelebihan persediaan barang di toko. Guna mempermudah dalam menentukan jumlah stok yang harus disediakan maka dibutuhkan sistem dengan metode peramalan penjualan tertentu. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung peramalan ini adalah metode trend moment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi untuk peramalan penjualan menggunakan metode Trend Moment untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam mengetahui jumlah stok mebel di toko Mebel Nabila Furniture. Dengan adanya sistem peramalan penjualan barang mebel dan furniture menggunakan metode trend moment dapat membantu pihak toko dalam pengambilan keputusan tentang pengadaan jumlah stok dan prediksi jumlah penjualan barang pada periode tertentu sehingga meminimalisir kelebihan atau kekurangan stok pada toko Mebel Nabila Furniture.

Abstract

The development of information technology that exists today, making the utilization of information technology energy developing. Mootilango Sub-District is one of the districts that have enough land to make the area of palm oil land is about 182.170 (Ha) for the location of oil palm land owned by 90 people. Monitoring of plantation land is still less rapid, consequently it still takes a long time to obtain information about the state of the palm oil itself. During this time the data and location information of plantations presented are still in the form of reports containing numbers and texts. This method used is Research and Development method, this application is designed using PHP programming language software and HTML, Macromedia Dreamwever, Java programming language using Android Studio, and tools for modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The conclusion of this research is the geographic information system can be applied and petrified the monitoring of plantation land more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information sistem manages data that has special information that is meant as a computer sistem that has the ability to build, store and manage and display information with geographical significance. As an example is information related to natural resources. Banggai kepulauan is one of the regencies in the province of central Sulawesi and has its capital in salakan. The economy in the regency is proud of the islands related to agricultural activities in accordance with their livelihoods utilizing natural potential. So most of the population is engaged in agriculture, plantations and fisheries. However, because there is no processing industry that is able to absorb natural products, farmer only market these natural products in the form of raw materials. For this reason, the researcher took the initiative to create an android based geographic information sistem so that the large natural potential in the region could be published throughout the Indonesian people. So that through this sistem, anyone who needs information on natural resource potential data of the regency of the archipelago proudly, especially in the agriculture, fisheries and loggin sectors, can easily access it anytime and anywhere through mobile devices in real time.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in the field of education are the teaching and learning process of lecturers to students, the assessment of the teaching and learning process of lecturers is still number two or eliminated and the assessment through eye screen, without having to be given a special assessment of the concerned. This actually creates a problem, namely, it cannot be known how the progress of teaching and learning process of lecturers towards students. The Exponential Comparison method can reduce the bias that might occur in the analysis, because the resulting score illustrates the order of priorities that becomes large so that the priority order of alternative decisions becomes more apparent. Test Results Based on the results of tests that have been done, found the results of 6 (six) Very Good Lecturers, 11 (eleven) Good Lecturers, and 2 (two) Sufficient Lecturers, If the value entered on each criterion exceeds the range of scores has been determined, then the value is automatically returned empty, and must fill the value with a range of values.

Abstract

Health is one of the essential human requirements in addition to food, housing and education, because only in a healthy state humans can live, grow and work better. Numerous people who are less concerned about health, especially on oral and dental health because of dental and oral diseases can strike anyone and anytime. Certainty factor is a method to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain in the form of metrics that are usually used in expert systems. This method is just righ for expert systems that diagnose something uncertain. Dempster-Shafer is a mathematical theory for evidence based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, used to mingle separate pieces of information (evidence) to estimate the probability of an  event. Thus, appear a problem on how to make expert system with  two comparison of certainty factor and dempster-shafer methods on the expert system diagnosing dental and dental diseases. The objective of the research was to contribute a solution by building an application that can determine the dental and mouth disease fast and efficient. It is hoped that this application can be developed into another cases so that it extend the insight of smarthphone based java program.

Abstract

Provinsi Gorontalo adalah Provinsi Ke-33 Di Indonesia, banyak penguasaan tanah  pemerintah yang belum terdata dengan baik, maupun yang sudah bersertifikat.     Permasalahan yang sering tejadi menyangkut penguasaan, pemilikan, penggunaan serta pemanfaatan atas suatu bidang tanah disebabkan karena kurang tertibnya administrasi pertanahan. Untuk mewujudkan kondisi tertib administrasi pertanahan diperlukan suatu usaha yang besar dan sifatnya jangka panjang. Masyarakat cenderung malas mengurus karena adanya anggapan sulitnya mengurus surat tanah, informasi yang dibutuhkan maupun lokasi pejabat pembuat akta tanah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada penelitian ini adalah belum adanya sistem informasi geografis berbasis website dalam proses pencarian lokasi kantor Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) di wilayah Provinsi Gorontalo, dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi geografis berbasis website yang dibuat, maka akan mempermudah pemohon untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi kantor Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang jumlah pengurusan Akta tanah pada pejabat akta tanah setelah diterapkannya aplikasi pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan. (PPAT) di wilayah Provinsi Gorontalo

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan sebuah alat untuk berkomunikasi berinteraksi, dalam arti alat untuk menyampaikan pikiran, gagasan, konsep atau perasaan. Bahasa dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah sistem lambang, berupa bunyi, bersifat arbitrer, produktif, dinamis, beragam dan manusiawi. Bahasa daerah merupakan kekayaan budaya bangsa, punahnya bahasa berarti hilangnya kekayaan budaya bangsa. Padahal bahasa menyimpan banyak pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai berharga yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menghadapi tantangan dan masalah di masa depan, Bahasa Taliabu adalah bahasa yang digunakan oleh etnis Taliabu yang terletak di propinsi Maluku Utara, Semakin berkurangnya penggunaan bahasa Taliabu dalam komunikasi sehari-hari, terutama bagi generasi muda dan masyarakat suku Taliabu yang berpenduduk di dalam maupun luar daerah disebabkan oleh perkembangan zaman dan terkikisnya budaya-budaya daerah oleh dampak modernisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain sebuah aplikasi kamus bahasa Taliabu berbasis Android, yang akan memudahkan masyarakat dalam mempelajari kosa kata dalam bahasa Taliabu serta melestarikan bahasa Taliabu itu sendiri. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Android Studio, Sqlite Manager dan diimplementasikan dalam sistem operasi Mobile yaitu Android. . Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu waterfall (air terjun) dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : Analysis, desain, implementation, testing, dan maintenance. Abstract

Berkembanganya teknologi khususnya internet, memungkinkan orang dapat saling berhubungan dengan mudah. Internet dimanfaatkan di berbagai bidang termasuk dunia politik sebagai media penghubung aspirasi sesama aktivis. Hubungan para aktivis tersebut saling membentuk jaringan sosial. Jaringan tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh wilayah asal atau partai politik yang diikuti. Analisis ini menggunakan algoritma Degree Centrality untuk mencari seberapa banyak aktivis yang saling terhubung melalui suatu wilayah atau partai politik. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa jaringan sosial politik lebih dipengaruhi oleh wilayah dibandingkan partai politik.
