Smoking is one of the problems in society today that difficult to resolve. There are 6 million deaths each year are caused by smoking. The number of smokers in Indonesia continues to grow, which is dominated by the age of 15 years and above. To overcome these problems the government issued a policy  banning  smoking in the learning process. Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) was one of the places that already have implemented smoke-free campus since 2011, but until now there is smoke in campus. This study was to determine the factors that affect the implementation Kawasan Bersih Bebas Asap Rokok (KBBR) in UMY.This study was a qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The data were taken using the method discussion focus groups, depth interviews and observation. Participants in this study were determined by purposive sampling counted 20 participants consisting of students and campus employees in UMY. The validity of the data in this study was done by using triangulation, triangulation methods and peer debriefing. Data analysis was performed with the help of software open code version 4.2. These results indicate that the factors that affect the implementation KBBR in UMY was knowledge of KBBR, attitudes toward KBBR, lack of socialization and prohibition signs of KBBR, the absence of strict sanctions against violators KBBR and environmental influences. This shows that UMY needs to improve socialization and give strict punishment for violation of KBBR.Keywords: Factors, KBBR, UMY

Objective: To present a review of the identified literature related to smoking cessation interventions for adolescents and to summarise the findings and research gaps in this field. Methods: A standard literature search was performed using four  electronic databases (MEDLINE,  CINAHL, PsycINFO, and the COCHRANE LIBRARY) for identification of peer-reviewed articles. Search terms used included “smok* OR tobacco OR cigarette*” AND ”quit* OR cessation OR treatment” AND “adolescen* OR teen* OR young people OR youth OR student*”. The internet and organisational databases were also used to find other types of documents (eg, books and reports). The reference lists of identified relevant documents were reviewed to find additional sources. Results: There are a total of nine studies met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria included in this study. In exploring studies related to smoking cessation intervention in this review, researchers divided the studies into two approaches based on the types of intervention; these are psychosocial intervention and pharmacotherapy. Conclusions: This literature review demonstrated that smoking cessation interventions using psychosocial interventions have been promising. Abstract

Hypertension is an increasing of blood pressure that does not cause symptoms for many years until there is asigniicant organ damage and the cause of the increasing of morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. The combination of music therapy and slow deep breathing help controlling blood pressure gradually. This condition will maintain the patient to not experience complications. The purpose of this research is to determine the efects of music therapy combined with slow deep breathing to decrease blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This research is quasy-experiment with pretest- posttest control group design. Samples in this study are 56 respondents who are the patients with primary hypertension in Alak Public Health Centerwhich are divided into 28 people for treatment group and 28 people for control group by simple random sampling. The irst stage iscarrying out the measurements of blood pressure and giving intervention in the treatment group for 20 minutes, then measuring blood pressure. Meanwhile, the blood pressureof control group is measured. The second stage is 4 times monitoring visits in the group treated for 2 weeks and the post data in the control group at the end of the second week. The dataof average changes in per-post are analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and comparison of two groups using the Mann-Whitney test. The result shows the average change in blood pressure treatment group is higher than the control group. The statistic analysis of p value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure is<0.05. There is a decrease in changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p value = 0.000) of treatment group and the control group. It can be concluded that the combination of music therapy with slow deep breathing is efective in lowering the blood pressure of patients with primary hypertension and there is a change in blood pressure of treatment group and control group.Key words: Blood Pressure, Combination of music therapy and slow deep breathing, Hypertension

Abstract

Background: Global Initiative for Obstructive Lung chroniic Disesase (GOLD) estimated that Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) as the 6th leading cause of death in 1990 and would rise to the cause of the  3  in  2020  worldwide.  COPD  resulted in patients getting the respiratory system could be evidenced by a decrease in peak expiratory flow (APE), and caused respiratory function disorder so deep breathing exercises would help to boost the peak expiratory flow (PEF). Purpose: The research wanted to know affectivity of slow deep breathing exercised in increasing of peak expiratory flow in COPD patient. Methods: The researched used quasi experiment with two group pre and post test design. The responden tof this research was 50 patients of COPD in Ciamis Hospital from April to May 2015 which was gotten by simple randomization. The writer used primary data was taked from measured of peak expiratory flow at slow deep breathing groups. Results: The statistical analysis used paired t test and independent t test. Paired t test with  α 95%  finding indicated that slow deep breathing  were effective to increasing of peak expiratory flow (p value 0,000<0,05), and the analysis mean of two groups by independent t  test  with  α  95%  finding  indicate  that  slow  deep breathing as not effective to increase peak expiratory flow of COPD bronchiale patient (p value 0,371>0,05.). Conclusion: this research was stated that slow deep breathing exercised was important in rehabilitation of COPD patient to increase peak expiratory flow,  but intervention group was not better than control group. Keywords: COPD, Slow Deep Breathing, Peak Expiratory flow (PEF).
