Abstract

One of factors that determine student success in learning is the selection of appropriate learning method. Learning methods that are not boring for the students is one learning method that can improve student learning motivation that ultimately might improve student achievement. Cooperative learning is one of the methods that can be applied. The division of a group of shared characteristics of students are the hallmark of this learning method. This study aimed to do a review article to know the eff ectiveness of learning cooperative learning to enhance student motivation to expect any impact rising encountered during the learning process of cooperative learning. A search the article in Proques on articles related to cooperative learning on student motivation by keyword «eff ects of cooperative learning on student motivation and achievment» found 3079 articles selected then the 2010- 2015 with the same keywords «eff ects of cooperative learning on student motivation and achievment «is found 543 then we select the article to 15 articles. Cooprerative learning is one method that can be applied in the learning nursing process. An increase in student motivation in learning have a positive impact on the achievement of the mahasiswats. Obstacles are often encountered any member of the group who did not participate in the task. The efectifi tas cooperative learning on student learning motivation that impact on achievement.Keywords: Cooperative learning, motivation to learn, student achievement

Abstract

Background: The development organization is an essential part of the education system in universities. Human Resources lecturer capabilities as one indicator of the quality of the education agency that fi t the criteria of the Directorate General of Higher Education. Lecturers must be professional in the line of duty Tri Dharma College (Directorate General of Higher Education, 2010).Objective: To describe the career development, motivation, and performance STIKES Karya Husada Lecturer in Kediri.Methods: Posivistik qualitative research, action research, sampling techniques: purposive sampling on informants who know most about work STIKES Husada Kediri, then searching for information on informants to be valid and complete.Data collection: observation, interviews and documentation, the data were analyzed: domain analysis.Results: Results of the study: 1) Development of career planing: further studies lecturer, fi ling functional position Lecturer, training manners and Applied Approach, Career Management of: mapping of further studies lecturer, fi ling functional, training implementation manners and Applied Approaach, 2) Motivation Internal: Changing image principal tasks and functions Lecturer, work motivation is external: change the payroll system, 3) Performance Lecturer: Competence Pedagogic: understanding the character of lecturers and training implementation Competency Based Curriculum (CBC), Professional Competence: Adjustment of the activities of Tri Dharma College, Competence Personality: training personality. build teamwork in outbound activities, Social Competence: Open yourself to accept criticism and suggestions, improve internal relations and ektern institution.Conclussion: Conclusions and suggestions: 1) Development of a career, should be followed up with a follow-up, always motivate lecturers to continue on to graduate in order to improve career Lecturer. 2) Work Motivation Lecturer: internal work motivation maintained Lecturer to support external motivation to work, so that the Foundation was pleased to see his teachers eager to work with the standard equation payroll system based on Civil Servants (PNS). 3) Performance Lecturer in the application of pedagogical competence, professional competence, social competence and personal competence should be maintained.Keywords: Development, Career, Work Motivation, Performance Lecturer

Abstract

Competence is a capability that can be achieved by the child's age. it is also supported by the motivation of children so as to encourage the development of children in the sense that children are not forced to do something, but also the psychological readiness of children to achieve the level of child development in early childhood TK Al-Hidayah Purwokerto Srengat Blitar. Smooth motor development of the child will be more optimal if the child gets stimulation on the fine motor physical ability, where the child in the ability to move the smooth muscles in the drawing and writing activities. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of Achievement of Early Childhood Education Competence (PAUD) with Motorcycle Development of Pre School Pre School 4 years in PAUD Kindergarten Al-Hidayah Purwokerto Srengat Blitar. The design of this study was cross-sectional. Population were 9 respondents, sample were 9 respondents, with total sampling technique. The data were collected using documentation of second semester report value and observation of fine motor development with denver II. Results of research with cross tabulation between achievement of competence with fine motor development. Data were analyzed by spearman rho test, significance level α < 0,05. The results showed that p = 0.02, the correlation coefficient = 0.880 indicates a correlation between the achievement of competence with fine motor fertilizer preschool children. The result of the research was obtained from 9 respondents: 6 respondents (66,7%) achievement of good competence, 1 respondent (11,1%) achievement of competence enough, 2 respondents (22,2%) achievement of competence need to be trained. Most of the respondents have good competence, this is influenced by age and environment. It is expected that the respondents increase the motivation to learn, to improve the smooth motor development. It is also expected that the parents of the respondents to increase knowledge about the fine motor development of children that must be achieved based on age.

Abstract

Anak merupakan estafet penerus bangsa, dimana masa-masa goldenperiod, sebagai pertimbangan pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan asah, asih, asuh.Tujuan Penelitian: Penerapan model Interprofessional Education Pada AsuhanKeperawataan Anak Dengan Malnutrisi di STIKES Karya Husada Kediri Dan PraktikKlinik Di Rumah Sakit Amelia Pare Kediri.Metode penelitian mixed-methods. Pendekatan penelitian action research. Populasidan sampel 16 partisipan D3 Keperawatan 8 mahasiswa, D3 Kebidanan 4 mahasiswa,D3 Gizi 4 Mahasiswa) dan 12 partisipan di Rumah Salit Amelia Pare Kediri. Sampeldengan Purposive sampling, observasi dan wawancara, dianalisis: ConstantComparative Methode.Hasil penelitian: A. Penerapan IPE di STIKES Karya Husada, Siklus 1: a) Kuliahceramah, evaluasi 99,37%, b) Tutorial, evaluasi 88,6 %, c) Role Play. Produk hasil:modul. Siklus 2: Kuliah pakar 3 profesi, evaluasi 100% partisipan memahamipenerapan model Interprofessional Education. B. Penerapan model IPE di RumahSakit Amelia Pare Kediri: Siklus 1: Workshop. Model Interprofessional Educationbaru pertama kali diterapkan. Siklus 2: Aplikasi langsung anak marasmus, hasil98,82% sempurna, partisipan paham praktek anak malnutrisi.Kesimpulan Penerapan model Interprofessional Education asuhan keperawatananak malnutrisi, dengan ceramah tanya jawab, Tutorial, Role Play, workshop,praktek.

Abstract

A child can be diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) before they are two years old. Children with ASD will show symptoms of social interaction and communication disorders, repetitive behaviours, and an extremely narrow range of activities of interest.  Early ASD treatment will result in significant improvement in ASD symptoms. The assessment treatment evaluation checklist (ATEC) instrument is a commonly used instrument to evaluate the severity of ASD after being given therapy. This study aims to evaluate the severity of ASD in children aged 2-6 years using the ATEC instrument. This study used a cross-sectional design. A total of 66 ASD children aged 2-6 years from the autism clinic selected by simple random sampling were involved in the study. ASD severity was measured with the ATEC instrument by therapists from the autism clinic. Data on respondent characteristics such as gender and age diagnosed with ASD were evaluated. One-way ANOVA test was used in this study. The overall ASD severity at age 2,3,4,5,6 years was 96.45, 99.50, 94.23, 94.83, 100.87 respectively (possible score range is 0-179). There was no difference in the severity of ASD in each age group of children 2-6 years (p=0.878). There is no difference in the severity of ASD in children aged 2-6 years. ASD children need appropriate action to improve the severity of ASD from an early age on an ongoing basis

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis theory of justice according to Aristotle regarding imperfect collateral binding in cases of bad debts at Indonesian state-owned banks. Credit is one of the main sources of income for banks, but the risk of bad debts is a significant challenge that requires protective measures, one of which is collateral. However, there are cases where collateral binding does not meet legal requirements, leaving problems related to justice for all parties. This research method is normative in qualitative descriptive analysis, exploring how Aristotle's theory of justice can be applied to evaluate this practice. The results show that Aristotle's theory of justice, which emphasizes proportion and recognition of rights, contributes to facilitating a fair relationship between banks and debtors. Increasing the use of collateral binding according to justice can contribute to creating a more fair and sustainable banking system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) merupakan gangguan perkembangan, ditandai dengan dua gejala yaitu, hambatan komunikasi/interaksi sosial dan perilaku restrictive (terbatas)/ repetitive (berulang-ulang). Salah satu penanganan ASD dengan Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) biologis diet casein free, gluten free, sugar free (CFGFSF). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan intervensi health education tentang diet casein free gluten free sugar free (CFGFSF) terhadap ketaatan diet pada anak ASD di Kabupaten dan Kota Kediri. Design penelitian quasi eksperiment one grup pretest-post test. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling berjumlah 71 responden Ibu yang mempunyai anak ASD. Data diperoleh dari instrument quesioner. Data dianalisis dengan Uji Marginal Homogenity dan Uji Fisher Exact test. Hasil penelitian p<0.001 artinya terdapat pengaruh health education diet CSGFSF terhadap tingkat pengetahuan. Hasil analisis uji Fisher Exact test p=0,213 artinya tidak ada hubungan peningkatan pengetahuan diet dengan ketaatan menjalankan diet CFGFSF. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan ketaaatan orang tua tentang diet CFGFSF usia, tingkat pendidikan. Pekerjaan.

Abstract

Background: Bullying is an aggressive act that is intentionally shown to teenagers, to disturb other teenagers who are considered weak or strange. Bullying behavior is considered by society as trivial behavior or normal behavior in every human life, in reality bullying behavior is abnormal, unhealthy and socially unacceptable behavior. Community participation is needed to prevent bullying. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine the role of society in preventing bullying in teenagers (aged 12-18 years). The research design was quasi-experimental, one group pretest-post test, the research population was 700 respondents with a sample of 42 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, with the inclusion criteria of people who were willing to be respondents, aged 19-60 years, able to read and write, cooperative, at the research location, and married. Exclusion criteria People who did not want to be respondents, were not at the location during the study, were sick. The study was conducted on March 21 - March 28, 2024, with the variable of community participation in preventing bullying, the research instrument used a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient value of Alpha Cronbach α > 0.5. Data were analyzed using the T-test. Data are presented in table form. Results: The results of the T-Test analysis obtained a p value <0.003, which means that there was a change in role after being given health education on bullying prevention. Conclusion: The role of the community is influenced by several factors in preventing bullying, namely gender, age, education, occupation, having received information about bullying prevention and sources of information.

Abstract

Generasi sehat merupakan modal dasar aset pembangunan sumberdaya manusia Bangsa. Semua orang tua mempunyai impian yang sama, mempunyai anak yang tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai usianya. Pertumbuhan merupakan perubahan yang bersifat kuantitatif yang dapat diukur salah satunya dengan pengukuran Berat Badan (BB). Pengukuran BB salah satu untuk mengetahui status gizi anak, yang bisa dipantau ibu lewat Kartu menuju Sehat (KMS). Pemerintah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk membantu semua anak Indonesia dalam hal pencegahan kekurangan Gizi dengan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT). Permasalahan muncul ketika anak mendapatkan PMT, akan tetapi ibunya merasa anaknya tidak ada gizi, merasa anaknya baik-baik saja, merasa gengsi anaknya di beri PMT, hal ini merupakan pekerjaan besar petugas kesehatan untuk memberikan edukasi pemenuhan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT). Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memberikan edukasi pemenuhan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) Terhadap Perubahan Berat Badan berdasarkan Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS). Metode pelaksanaan edukasi kepada ibu yang mempunyai anak Balita dan observasi KMS. Waktu pelaksanaan 2 Oktober 2023 dan 7 November 2023 di Posyandu Gurah dan Kranggan Kabupaten Kediri, peserta 16 ibu, setelah diberikan edukasi hasil perubahan berat badan hampir setengah naik 5 anak (31,25%), sebagian besar berat badannya tidak naik 11 anak (68,75%). Edukasi petugas kesehatan sangat diperlukan di dalam pemenuhan Pemberian PMT. Faktor pengetahuan dan ekonomi ibu mempengaruhi status gizi Balita, sehingga pemberian PMT sangat diperlukan, karena secara langsung akan mempengaruhi Berat Badan anak saat kegiatan Posyandu.
