Abstract

The role of women in the increase in activity of income, has lasted for so long. Along with the rapid progress industry in cities have pushed female workers into the sector. This leads to the increasing the number of job seekers female who did not accompanied by job are available so that allegedly they have to accept payment system and social security and occupational safety by the company, though often reflect treatment discriminatory and exploitation in various companies/industry. This study attempts to analyze perjuanganan obstacles ngos coalition women in indonesia semarang city in defending hak-hak workers women in semarang city. This research result indicates that struggle ngos coalition women in indonesia semarang city in defending hak-hak workers women in semarang city done through politics is included in the wages council and advocacy or penjembatan cases rights workers .Through the field non political done by providing information or training for workers in the form of education in class .In addition , the obstacles coalition women in indonesia semarang city covering internal problems of the time , and constraint ekstern derived from workers fear of workers , time , and thought pragmatic .Advice provided is increase it members and the performance of interest groups workers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Partisipasi politik perempuan PDI Perjuangan di Kabupaten Cilacap dalam kegiatan pemilihan, melobi, organisasi, dan mencari koneksi; serta 2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi politik perempuan PDI Perjuangan di Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian meliputi sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Partisipasi politik perempuan PDI Perjuangan dilihat dari kegiatan pemilihan dan organisasi telah berjalan dengan sangat baik, sedangkan untuk kegiatan melobi dan mencari koneksi masih terbilang rendah, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya kemampuan dan pengalaman yang dimiliki oleh anggota perempuan; (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi politik anggota perempuan PDI Perjuangan di Kabupaten Cilacap ialah dukungan keluarga dan dorongan dari masyarakat yang meliputi kebijakan pemerintah, media massa, dan partai itu sendiri. Saran, PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Cilacap dalam upaya meningkatkan partisipasi politik perempuan dapat dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan kepemimpinan, pelatihan manajemen waktu dan kegiatan yang dikhususkan bagi anggota perempuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota perempuan secara individu seperti diskusi-diskusi politik, pendidikan politik, dan seminar-seminar politik. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) Political participation of women in PDI Perjuangan in Cilacap Regency in election activities, lobbying, organization, and seeking connections; and 2) Factors affecting the political participation of women in PDI-P in Cilacap Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Sources of research data include primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used were direct observation, interviews, and document review. Data validity test used source triangulation. Data analysis used includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) PDI Perjuangan women's political participation, seen from the election and organization activities, has been running very well, while lobbying and connection-seeking activities are still low, this is due to the lack of skills and experience possessed by female members; (2) The factors affecting the level of political participation of female members of the PDI Perjuangan in Cilacap Regency are family support and encouragement from the community which includes government policies, the mass media, and the party itself. Suggestion, PDI Perjuangan Cilacap Regency in an effort to increase women's political participation can be carried out by holding leadership training, time management training and activities specifically for women members to improve the abilities of individual women members such as political discussions, political education, and political seminars.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of freedom information which became one of the human rights that contained in the 1945 Constitution. The Public Information Openness existence is supported by the presence of UU KIP as legal security of information opennes in public agency. The existence of Public Information Openness (KIP) became one of the efforts to achieving Good Governance towards governmental that free from corruption. Tegal Regency Government have some significant corruption cases records from the Year 2011-2015. Based on this cases, It needs to do a research in the KIP of Tegal Regency Government. Based on the background, the research problem formulation, namely, How is the Public Information Openness in Tegal Regency Government and What kind of driving factors and inhibiting factors of Public Information Openness in Tegal Regency Government. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The subject of of this research is the Vice Regent, Regional Secretariat of Public Relations, PPID, and Tegal Citizens. The results this research show the Public Information Openness of Tegal Regency Government seen from the government's efforts in providing information services, access to the documents, the existence financial transparency, and the existence of public aspirations shelters. Whereas the openness is not optimal due to the information services has not been supported by the local television media as the media which is more populist and have not establish a press center for media. The supporting factors of openness is the commitment of the leaders and the existence of legal protection. While the inhibiting factors of openness are the lack of socialization about KIP Act, lack of public knowledge about KIP, and the misuse of information. In order for public information openness on Tegal Regency Government run optimally, It is necessary to develop the information and communication media, such as local television media, It needs comprehension and public awareness about the right of public information with socialization and publication of the citizens' right for information and mechanisms obtaining information, and it need for public participation in the use of Public Information Opennes to supervise the government.

Abstract

The source of water Nyatnyono are the areas that have the potential is large enough in order to improve the quality of revenue the Nyatnyono village. Perdes No. 2 Tahun 2015 as a product of the village Nyatnyono, to set up the management of the assets of the Nyatnyono village to be neat and have a clear legal basis. Management of the assets of the village Nyatnyono as Perdes No. 2 Tahun 2015 so as not to be misused by certain elements so that it will be useful for the village and surrounding communities in metting of the needs. The formulation of a problem in this study are: 1) how the implementation of policy managements of springs Nyatnyono village as Perdes No. 2 Tahun 2015 of the village assets. 2) the impact of Perdes No. 2 Tahun 2015 to improve the welfare of the Nyatnyono. The study with the qualitative. The research in the Nyatnyono village the district of semarang. The research is the implementation of policy and policy impact of the managements of water resources in the Nyatnyono village. The method of collecting data in this study interviewing, documentation and observation. Methods of data analysis in research by using a step 1) data collection 2) the reduction data 3) the presentation of data 4) the withdrawal of the conclusion. The research result showed that: 1) implementation Perdes of the managements village assets. village chiefs as a full management assets of the Nyatnyono village, and human resources in the management of the necessary supervision. 2) a positive impact in terms of the management of water located in the Nyatnyono village is traders around spring Kalimah Toyyibah and improvement of access roads Nyatnyono. The negative, lack of control or supervision of human resources in the field, especially the water resulted in the revenue the village used by unscrupulous persons who are not responsible for personal again. Advice: there needs to be given to Perdes No. 2 Tahun 2015 of the village assetsto clarify the implementation of the management asset as well the rural need for awareness of the government and society on the management of water resources in the Nyatnyono village to in policy process because conflict and the impact of the policy can benefit the Nyatnyono village. 2) socialization between the government of the village by society about implementation of Perdes. In addition the government Nyatnyono village in the implementation of the policy should also be maximal in terms of supervision agency execution in the field.

Abstract

The city of Bekasi, including one of the city are hard to do development in all areas, including the revamping of the city. The problem of green open space in Bekasi of particular, require the handling of the structurally through various studies and policy given the green open a remote ecosystem a particular environment for the area being developed. There needs to be the role of local goverments in realizing the arrangement of green open space in Bekasi City. The formulation of the problem of this study is. 1) If the efforts made by the city of Bekasi in the realization of green open space?, 2) How public participation in the realization of green open space in the city of Bekasi?, 3) Factors are to be an obstacle to the local government in pursuit of green open space in the city of Bekasi? The study with the qualitative. The research at the center of the city of Bekasi and the public city of Bekasi. An informant for the research is staff BAPPEDA the city of Bekasi, staff official city planning of Bekasi city and society. Focus of research which is 1) Local goverments, 2) Public participation, 3) Factors in the opposite direction. Techniques of collecting data in an observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis includes data collection, the reduction of data, the presentation of data, and the withdrawal of the conlusion. The results showed that: 1) The city of Bekasi set the location decided by the mayor of Bekasi through the regulations of the mayor of Bekasi number 5 year 2015 of the way the provision of incentives and disincentives in the control of the utilization of space in the city of Bekasi, local government provides incentives to people who are encouraged to do the use of green open space in the city of Bekasi. 2) Forms of public participation submitted to the local government city of Bekasi in oral or written and delivered to the department of related with counseling and guidance of green open space, a campaign of green open space through the mass media and electronics, making the green school and green campus, the fulfillment of the open green space, community organizations and the award to the public has a green open space. 3) Public awareness in the provision of green open space, there are still obstacles both obstacles the internal and external constraints, obstacles internally by the constraints the government and external problems is the constraint of the community people. Advice : 1) There needs to be the program and activites that are more about green open space itself as weel as socialize the program has been made so that people can understand a program for local governments, 2) For the people there should be a concern about the green open space to the creation of a comfortable, environment and clean, 3) The city of Bekasi to disseminate green open space to the community by providing knowledge about the importance of achieving green open space through regional regulation in order to create awareness of people that can preserve and maintain green open space in the city of Bekasi

Abstract

Village financial management, should be based on openness to the public, especially in planing, implementing real based planing, administration in accordance wit the execution,by expenses or registration statements, the responsibilities based on the results of the report. Based on the results of observation, during the equalization fund management assistance Tapen village in the Village District of Banjarnegara district Wanadadi not yet fully public to know about the management of the balance funds help the village. Village goverment shouldbe more open to the public on the management of the village equalization grants. This research to what determine programs are financed with the assistance of village qualization funds, how community participation in the utilization of fund balance of the village, and how the use of funds balance accountability village. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. The result showed that the villagers agreed programs include: construction of irrigation, construction of embankment, construction of drainage, rural community development program, and community empowerment program. Community participation in planning involving community and community leaders are to be included in the planning, white the authority given to the public to provide ideas/thoughts to determine development. In the implementation of community development activities did not participate because of the execution has been carried out by the builders. Public participation in the evaluation, the village goverment to convey the result of development or activities that have been implemented but the village government somestimes does not convey clearly the funds used in the activities carried out. Accountability mechanism support the use of eqalization fund account for thevillageis the chief financial accountability report to the regents through subdistric head.

Abstract

Culture the patriarch who developed in Indonesia where people his boy more the power to lead and the people of his boy is more dominant than of women. This raised stereotype where the people thought that her no weak can think rational and viewed number two. To there was discrimination women in political domain. Women are not feasible and capable of as the leader. Because it was necessary the study on leadership women in this research. The result of this research suggests that acceptability the existence of a female superior already accepted by the community. The social reality of a female superior specifically in the Mindaka described through three moment dialectical from Peter Berger, namely existence, objectivity, and internalization. Capabilities of village women in leading the village derived from experience organize owned and style village head leadership Mindaka focused attention to the transaction interpersonal between leader with the exchange election involves interaction with the community organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) the nomination of the Mayor and Vice Mayor by the Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan and the Partai Kebangkitan Nasional in Semarang by 2015 and 2) differenciation in the nomination of the Mayor and Vice Mayor by the Partai Demokrasi Perjuangan Indonesia and the Partai Kebangkitan Nasional in Semarang by 2015 The research approach is Qualitative. The research focus on: 1) the nomination of the Mayor and Vice Mayor by the Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan and the Partai Kebangkitan Nasional in Semarang by 2015 and 2) differenciation in the nomination of the Mayor and Vice Mayor by the Partai Demokrasi Perjuangan Indonesia and the Partai Kebangkitan Nasional in Semarang by 2015. Data is obtained through interviews, documentation, and library studies. Triangulation technique is used as the data validity. Interactive model is used as data analysis. The results of this research are: 1) the nomination of a mayor and a vice Mayor in Semarang by PDI-P has been conducted in accordance with the rules of the PDI-P party number 4 year 2015 about the Recruitment and selection of Head Regional and Deputy Regional candidates of PDI-P from article 10 to article 19. In addition, the recruitment process is divided into 3 main stages thats are networking, screening and the determination of the candidates. In the PKB party candidacy of Mayor and Deputy Mayor have been adapted to the provisions of the party and the AD/ART party’s into six stages that’s are; preparation phase with the formation of the collecting and screening team, the stage of registration, verification, interview, selection, and the determination of the candidates. 2) differenciation of candidacy of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor in Semarang by PDI-P and PKB is based on five things.

Abstract

Policy is a course of action that has the meaning assigned by an actor or actors in overcoming a problem that was chosen by the government to do and not do. Policy in this case is the inventor of karaoke entertainment in Pati plaguing the society. The problems in this research are: How is the government's policy in the arrangement Pati karaoke entertainment, How can businesses and communities in response to settlement of karaoke entertainment. The method used is qualitative research. The research location is in Pati regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Mechanical collecting data were interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study using an interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman.Results showed that: the government's policy on the restructuring Pati regency karaoke entertainment venues have been formulated by Regulations No. 8 of 2013 on the implementation of Tourism in the regulation governing the arrangement of places within the location with the citizens, the arrangement permits karaoke, structuring the operational time, the arrangement of visitors karaoke, business response karaoke reject their government's policy of district Pati on the restructuring of a karaoke among which, employees karaoke, guides karaoke, but the response of the community that supports the government policy Pati regency in structuring a karaoke diataranya ie, the surrounding community, students, organizations NU, officials Police / law, schools, housewives, one who refused that visitors karaoke. suggestion the proposed research are as follows: To the government, the government should increase and maximize the implementation Regulation No. 8 of 2013 on the restructuring of karaoke entertainment venues in Pati regency. To the entrepreneur, to implement and set up a karaoke entertainment in accordance with the government policy set out in Regulation No. 8 of 2013 on the implementation of Tourism. To society, people should be more concerned about the karaoke entertainment venues in the environment if it is felt there is a veiled karaoke can directly report. Provide support by reporting karaoke violate the law to support government efforts in structuring karaoke entertainment.
