Abstract

One of the recent main instructional problems at schools is the students’ lowachievement as shown by the very poor average result. One of the causing factors isthe instruction which is still conventional and teacher centered. Therefore, theinstruction does not touch the students. This means it does not really consider howlearning actually takes place. The implementation of the Competence BasedCurriculum which was then revised with the School Based Curriculum requires aparadigm change in education in the learning process at schools. The change is inessence to improve the quality of education in terms of the process and result. One ofthe efforts is the change of the teaching style with a more innovative instructionalmodel. Constructivism-based cooperative learning is one of alternatives which can beused. The constructive learning concept emphasizes the students to construct newknowledge with the preexisting knowledge. Cooperative learning is oriented towardschildren’s knowledge building through group works. It is hoped that with theconstructivism-based cooperative learning model students will further optimize theirskill in the learning process.Kata kunci : kualitas, pembelajaran kooperatif, dan konstruktivistik

Abstract

Abstrak. Korupsi di Indonesia bagaikan suatu “penyakit” yang sukar disembuhkan dan merupakan suatu fenomena yang kompleks. Untuk memberantas korupsi di Indonesia tidak cukup hanya dengan melakukan suatu tindakan represif, namun yang lebih mendasar lagi adalah melakukan tindakan preventif atau pencegahan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan melalui tindakan preventif ini adalah dengan menumbuhkan kepedulian untuk melawan berbagai tindakan korupsi, dan sekaligus juga mendidik generasi muda dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai etika dan moral yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan, misalnya melalui kampanye publik, maupun melalui penanaman nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang dapat dimasukkan dalam kurikulum pada berbagai level terutama pada level pendidikan awal seperti SD, SMP dan SMA. Dengan upaya ini diharapkan mereka dapat tumbuh menjadi generasi yang “bersih” dan “anti korupsi” sekaligus menjadi contoh bagi generasi sesudahnya dan sebelumnya. Kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat perlu ditumbuhkan melalui berbagai cara, antara lain dengan mencanangkan ”Gerakan Anti Korupsi”, yang menandai komitmen berbagai elemen masyarakat dalam memberantas korupsi. Abstract

This study was aimed at describing the portraits of the factual management model of character reinforcement applied nowadays, developing the hypothetical management model of character reinforcement in Padepokan Karakter or a character hermitage. This research was conducted under research and development approaches. The subjects of this research were the informants (students, lecturers, teachers, school principals), documents, and events. The data were collected through interviews, observations, documentations, considerations of specialists and practitioners, focused group discussions, and questionnaires. The results indicated that the factual model of character reinforcement was done by integrating characters on subjects described in the functions of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The development of management models of character reinforcement recommended in this research was managed through the function of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the characters in the character hermitage. The device of character reinforcement available in the character hermitage was effective and influential to reinforce the students ‘ character.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent to which aspects of character education has been actualized in a learning General Courses, what barriers are perceived by the lecturer of General Courses, and how expectations of faculty and students associated with the custodian of the learning process as a vehicle for character education General Courses . Based on the research results and the discussion above, the conclusions generated in this study, among others. (1) Lectures General Courses with learning components in it has been actualized values of character education. General Courses learning as character education makes it different from the other subjects of learning where learning competencies expected of General Courses not just mastery of the learning material or purely cognitive aspects, but more important than that is the process of internalization of the self-learning participants. Lecturers and students alike expect General Courses displays learning materials are more than just what is contained in textbooks, but also coupled with current issues in society and the emotional touches that are awakening to the students to realize the values instilled character it is in real life.

Abstract

Political marketing are all means used in political campaigns to influence voters choices. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Political marketing applying pair Hendi - Ita in the elections of 2015 in the city of Semarang. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis was performed through four grooves namely the collection, reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results showed that 1) Pair-ita Hendi can apply with good political marketing. This is evidenced in which the couple did not take a long time and is difficult to embed the political image as the figure that has been known by the public. The images-images that are sold in the nomination, campaign and political promises. 2) The supporting factors that figure and track record, the incumbent, the bearer party support for the winning team and a team of volunteers, to build a network-based organization and network with community leaders. Whereas the inhibiting factor that is limiting the open campaign. The proposed recommendation is 1) The election of pair-Ita Hendi as Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Semarang from 2015 to 2020 they had to run what has been promised. 2) Need to political education for the community that pilihanya according to the thinking and logical consideration.

Abstract

The village head is the figure of village leaders who have a very large role in leading the organization of village government, fostering the lives of villagers maintain peace and order in rural communities. Therefore, in selecting candidates for village chief should be selective and meets the requirements specified in the Regulation No. 112 of 2014. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of village chief by Regulation No. 112 of 2014 on the election of village chief Dagan. This study used descriptive qualitative approach by using interactive analysis. The research location is in the village of Dagan Sub Bobotsari Purbalingga district. The focus of research is centered on the election of village chief in the village of Dagan of the stages of preparation, nomination, voting and determination. The results showed that at the early stages of the process of the election preparations village chief Dagan was in accordance with Regulation No. 112 of 2014, the stage of the nomination of the selection process of candidates Village Head up to the selection and administration according Regulation No. 112 of 2014 only on the campaign process is not appropriate regulations are still happening violation. In the voting process until the vote count goes according to Regulation No. 112 of 2014, on the stages of the establishment of the village chief is in conformity Regulation Number 112 of 2014. The existence of violations in the campaign that includes the installation of heads mounted before the appointed time and the distribution of money by the candidate Head the village through the Success team to the public. In term of the orderly administration of the election committee head should be scaled back. For the election of village chief Dagan next period, the Village Chief Election Committee is expected to be more transparent and decisive action, especially against a campaign that is not allowed in the regulations. The committee must remain neutral towards the prosecution of all violations that occur in the process of elections Village Chief. Coherence and transparency of the election committee village chief needed to maintain the integrity of democracy in the election of the chief.

One of the provinces in indonesia with the number of cases related high religion conflict and terrorism is provincial central java , because last year 2016 according to the social studies and religion semarang ( elsa ) is 20 a case that occurred . Seen from the number of religion conflict and terrorism , it can be summed up the community in the central java has made their faded nationality insight. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai moral apa saja yang ditanamkan oleh keluarga (orang tua) Samin (Sedulur Sikep) pada anaknya, bagaimana penanaman nilai-moralnya, dan siapa saja yang berperan dalam penanaman nilai-moral pada anak dalam keluarga Samin di Desa Klopodhuwur Kecamatan Banjarejo Kabupaten Blora. Hasil dan simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua Sedulur Sikep (Samin) menanamkan nilai-moral pada anaknya menggunakan pendekatan teladan atau contoh dan pembiasaan dalam perilaku. Pola sosialisasi yang digunakan dalam penanaman nilai-moral anak dalam keluarga Samin cenderung fleksibel antara pola otoriter, pola permisif, dan pola demokratis. Nilai-moral yang ditanamkan orang tua Sedulur Sikep (Samin) yang tergambar dari hasil interaksi antara orang tua dan anak meliputi nilai kejujuran , nilai kerukunan, nilai sopan santun , nilai disiplin , dan nilai kerjasama  yang sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Pihak yang berperan dalam penanaman nilai-moral pada anak dalam keluarga Samin adalah ibu, ayah, dan kakak dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan deskripsi tentang need assesment kaitannya dengan pengembangan Bahan Ajar Perencanaan Pembelajaran PKn berbasis Student Centered Learning (SCL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa jurusan PKn, serta guru mata pelajaran PPKn di Kota Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Need Assesment dalam pengembangan bahan ajar diperlukan untuk mendapatkan kajian materi yang selalu berkembang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan dan perubahan waktu. Dalam pengembangan bahan ajar ini need assesment yang perlu mendapatkan penekanan lebih prioritas pada pengembangan bahan ajar Perencanaan pembelajaran adalah pada aspek merumuskan indikator pencapaian kompetensi, desain analisis materi pelajaran, model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kharakteristik PPKn, media pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Struktur kajian isi dalam pengembangan bahan yang diharapkan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar dari cakupan yang lebih luas menuju ke cakupan yang lebih sempit dan mendalam. Hal ini dimaksudkan bahwa struktur kajian isi dalam buku ajar idealnya beranjak dari kajian yang umum menuju kajian yang lebih spesifik dengan substansi isi yang lebih dalam, mudah dipahami dan dengan contoh yang aplikatif. Disamping itu bahan ajar yang dikembangkan diharapkan juga disusun secara sistematis , runtut dan terstruktur. Artinya desain struktur kajian materi dalam bahan ajar harus merupakan suatu system yang saling berkelanjutan antara satu bagian dengan bagian yang lain, tidak terpisah-pisah sehingga dapat menimbulkan pemahaman yang komprehensif
