Abstract

The Indonesian government assesses the urgency of the presence of a formal financial institution through the establishment of an ultra-micro holding. The formation of a holding is expected to be able to provide positive synergy and added value, which will have an impact on increasing the welfare of shareholders. The purpose of this research is to reveal the creation of corporate value through economic value added, value synergy, and MSMEs upgrade after the formation of ultra-micro holdings. The research data comes from the financial reports for the last 2 years before the formation and the last 1 year after the formation of ultra-micro holding. EVA is calculated using items that determine operational and capital costs. Calculation of synergy value using the discounted cash flow (DCF) model. The results obtained are that EVA is positive and higher than before the establishment of the ultra-micro holding, which shows management's ability to create an increase in the value of the company's assets. The resulting positive synergy reflects a successful holding process. The findings may help the company management and investors to analyze value creation and calculate the value synergies of the ultra-micro holding ecosystem.

Abstract

The emergence of new communication channels and platforms due to the internet’s influence on social media and behaviour has created opportunities for creating and disseminating user-generated content. Nowadays, many companies turn over e-commerce to social media such as Instagram. The product of Tenun Ikat from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) is promoted on Instagram, which makes the customer hesitate to buy the product. Additionally, scepticism, anxiety, and fear of social media content lead customers not to believe that the product can be trusted or not. By then, the researcher has established this paper using the fundamental theory of naïve that generates the mediated variable of comprehensive review and trust. This paper conceptualized how eWOM significantly impacts, if mediated by comprehensive review and trust, resulting in purchase intention. Analyzing sample data collection of 175 random customers who saw the promotion activity of Tenun Ikat NTT on Instagram achieved an outstanding result where comprehensive review has significant mediating the eWOM and purchase intention. This research shows that naïve theory is well contributed in this paper where it manages people to seek the detail of information, including personal experience, to pursue customer interest in the product. Theoretically, the study proves that the naïve theory has played a significant role in mediating comprehensive review and trust variables to pull out the critical aspect of eWOM and purchase intentions that benefit businesses.

Abstract

Information System is a system that is needed by organizations in evaluating the performance of a project. In EPC projects, tools are needed to help evaluate costs and progress. For this reason, through the Project Control Information System (SIPP), the prognosis of costs and project progress can be known. This study uses a mix method that aims to analyze the performance of SIPP in the Sorong Open Access project by comparing the Financial Work Plan (RKK) report with data inputted in the SIPP system and interview methods to users, direct supervisors and upper management. So that a conclusion and recommendations can be produced for improving data input and the use of SIPP in EPC projects. The results of quantitative research that have been carried out on the percentage of suitability of cost item data and RKK progress items inputted in the SIPP in December 2022, January 2023 and February 2023 the conformity value is still small. The results of qualitative research from interviews of 12 people represented by 5 users, 4 user superiors and 3 upper management, concluded that the SIPP program was quite good. However, improvements are needed in the data verification process after input. The proposed new business process is expected to improve the data input process and the conformity of the input data is 100%. So that payment problems to suppliers and progress do not experience obstacles due to data discrepancies in SIPP.

Abstract

The existence of raw materials is crucial for Car Manufacturers and their suppliers in the production process. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the global economy and led to a global increase in material prices. This has had a significant impact on production costs and the competitiveness of companies. In order to maintain competitiveness, companies need to implement the appropriate supply chain management strategies. This research utilizes the SCOR Framework and BPMN to evaluate and enhance the supply chain operations performance in Car Manufacturing companies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current supply chain performance and provide recommendations for the appropriate supply chain business processes in addressing the phenomenon of global material price increases. This research is conducted through qualitative and exploratory quantitative methods using the SCOR framework and BPMN. The research findings indicate that the supply chain performance is still lacking in the procurement area. Therefore, business process re-engineering needs to be conducted by transforming the current supplier-led raw material purchasing into self-purchase by the Car Manufacturer. The recommendation for the new business process is for the Car Manufacturer to directly purchase the raw materials for the supplier's needs, thereby eliminating the handling fee charged by the supplier.
