Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran surat menyurat kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Palebon Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Palebon Semarang yang berjumlah 80 siswa. Responden yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi (penelitian populasi). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, angket dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS release 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 42,423 + 0,289X1 + 0,275X2. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 50,592 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ha3 diterima. Secara parsial (uji t) variabel keterampilan mengajar guru (X1) diperoleh thitung = 2,953 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, sehingga Ha1 diterima. Variabel lingkungan keluarga (X2) diperoleh thitung = 3,012 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, sehingga Ha2 diterima. Secara parsial keterampilan mengajar guru dan lingkungan keluarga masing-masing berpengaruh sebesar 10,17% dan 10,56% terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Based on the results of preliminary observations by teachers vocational subjects Palebon correspondence, obtained information that the learning outcomes in subjects correspondence is still low due to gain mastery criteria below minimum value is 7.5. Based on the problem of this research is there any influence students' perceptions about the teaching skills of teachers and family environment on student learning outcomes in subjects correspondence class X Office Administration majoring in vocational Palebon simultaneously and partially.The population of this study were students of class X SMK Palebon Office Administration Department Semarang totaling 80 students. Respondents who used the whole of the population (population studies). Methods of data collection using documentation, questionnaire and interview. Data analysis using descriptive analysis of the percentage and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS release 16.The results showed that the multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the equation: Y = 42.423 + 0,289X1 + 0,275X2. F test obtained F = 50.592 with the significance of 0.000 <0.05, so HA3 accepted. Partially (t test) variable teaching skills of teachers (X1) obtained t = 2.953 with significance 0.004 <0.05, so Ha1 accepted. Family environment variables (X2) obtained t = 3.012 with significance 0.004 <0.05, so Ha2 accepted. Partially teaching skills of teachers and family environment affect each of 10.17% and 10.56% of the student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar siswa perlu diketahui penyebabnya, agar dapat membantu memaksimalkan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X program studi administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal.(2) berapa besar kontribusi pengaruh yang diberikan oleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X program studi administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan deskriptif persentase.Hasil analisis faktor menunjukan bahwa dari 17 variabel direduksi menjadi 16 variabel yang mengelompok menjadi 6 faktor baru yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa antara lain yaitu (1) Faktor Pembelajaran sebesar 26,958%, (2) Faktor keadaan sekolah dan keluarga sebesar 12,168%, (3) Faktor kondisi jasmani dan rohani sebesar 10,048%, (4) Faktor lingkungan masyarakat sebesar 7,069%, (5) Faktor pergaulan sebesar 6,578% dan (6) Faktor kecerdasan sebesar 6,276%. Learning difficulties students need to know the cause, in order to help maximize student learning. This study aims to (1) determine the factors that influence the difficulty of class X student office administration courses at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. (2) how much contribution the influence exerted by factors that affect students' learning difficulties in class X office administration courses at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data were analyzed using factor analysis and descriptive percentages. Results of factor analysis showed that of the 17 variables reduced to 16 variables grouped into 6 new factor affecting students' learning difficulties, among others: (1) Learning factor of 26.958%, (2) factors of school and family circumstances amounting to 12.168%, (3) physical and spiritual condition factor of 10.048%, (4) environmental factors society at 7.069%, (5) social factor of 6.578% and (6) the intelligence factor of 6.276%.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah apakah fasilitas, disiplin, dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecepatan mengetik manual program keahlian kecepatan mengetik manual di SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 67 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 5.230 +0.937X1 +1.200X2 + 1.164X3+ ε. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung=28,674 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan dari fasilitas, disiplin, dan motivasi belajar terhadap kecepatan mengetik manual yaitu sebesar 55,7%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial atau masing-masing untuk fasilitas yaitu sebesar 6,8%, disiplin sebesar 10,04% dan motivasi belajar sebesar 11,02%.The problem of this study is whether of facilities, discipline, and learning motivation influence manual typing speed of manual typing speed skill program in SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. The population in this research were all the students of grade X of the Office Administration Study Program in SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan in Academic Year Of 2012/2013 and the total was 67 students. This study used saturated sampling technique.The method was by using questionnaires. The data analyses used multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis of percentage. The result obtained by multiple linear regression analysis was equation Y= 5.230 + 0.937X1 + 1.200X2 + 1.164X3 + ɛ. The significance test of the regression equation with the F test, obtained Fhitung = 28.674 with a significance test of 0.000 and it was less than 0.05. The percentage of the simultaneous effect of facilities, discipline, and learning motivation on manual typing speed was equal to 55.7%. Furthermore, the percentage of partial effect of facilities was 6.8%, 10.04% of discipline, and 11.02% of learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebuah pemikiran bahwa masalah yang ditemukan di lapangan pada saat mengimplementasikan pedoman-pedoman dan kegiatan pengembangan arsip dan dokumen terhadap pengelolaan arsip di lingkungan BAUAK IAIN Walisongo Semarang fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen kearsipan dinamis di Biro Umum Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAUAK) IAIN Walisongo Semarang ? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pencatatan kearsipan di  BAUAK IAIN Walisongo Semarang menggunakan asas sentralisasi dan asas desentralisasi. Proses pengendalian arsip masih dalam tahap pemeliharaan arsip. Proses penyimpanan kearsipan menggunakan sistem abjad dan sistem pokok soal. Proses pemeliharaan kearsipan menggunakan rak dan lemari arsip dari bahan best ,dengan kata lain, pelaksanaan manajemen kearsipan di BAUAK IAIN Walisongo Semarang belum terlalu baik sesuai dengan standar yang efektif dan efisien. Proses pemindahan dan pemusnahan kearsipan  perlu dilakukan karena ruang dan tempat menyimpan arsip serta umur arsip juga terbatas. This research is motivated by the idea that the problems found in the field during the implementation of guidelines and development activities archives and documents of the archives in environmental management BAUAK Walisongo IAIN Semarang focus of this research is how the dynamic records management in the General Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs (BAUAK) IAIN Walisongo Semarang? The results showed that the process of recording archives in IAIN BAUAK Walisongo Semarang using the principle of centralization and decentralization. Process control is still in the stage of maintenance records archives. Archival storage process using the alphabetic system and subject the system. Archival preservation process using shelves and filing cabinets from the best materials, in other words, the implementation of records management in BAUAK IAIN Walisongo Semarang has not been too good in accordance with the standards of effective and efficient. The process of removal and destruction of archives need to be done because of space and a place to store files and archives are also limited lifespan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan arsip dinamis, kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip dinamis, dan bagaimana usaha dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip dinamis pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisi data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian meliputi, penciptaan arsip berupa penerimaan dan pembuatan arsip. Penggunaan arsip meliputi kegiatan pelayanan peminjaman dan temu kembali. Peminjaman arsip belum menggunakan kartu pinjam arsip. Pemeliharaan meliputi pemberkasan, penataan, penyimpanan, dan alih media. Penyusutan meliputi kegiatan pemindahan dan pemusnahan arsip. Penyusutan arsip belum melakukan jadwal retensi arsip.The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of records , any obstacles encountered in the implementation of records management , and how the effort to overcome the obstacles encountered in the implementation of records management Ni the local water company of Pekalongan. It was a qualitative research. The data sources – as the informant – were the Archive Manager, the Head of Administration, the Archivists of the Regional Archives section. The data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis were performed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the creation of the archive consists of two forms; they are acceptance and archiving. The use of the archive includes lending and retrieval services, the archives lending did not use the archive card yet, the maintenance of the archieves includes filing, organization, storage, and transfer of media, the depreciation includes removal and disposal of archives. The archives retention schedule is not done in the depreciation archival.

Abstract

Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh motivasi belajar dan penggunaan media terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari buta kelas X AP SMK Palebon Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui baik secara simultan maupun parsial apakah motivasi belajar dan penggunaan media typing master berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan mengetik siswa kelas X AP SMK Palebon Semarang. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X AP sebanyak 91 orang. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi belajar, penggunaan media, dan keterampilan mengetik 10 jari buta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuisioner, tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda penelitian ini yaitu  Y= -14.439 + 0.292 X1 + 0.845 X2. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 73,3%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial motivasi belajar sebesar 13,47% dan penggunaan media sebesar 40,19%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dan penggunaan media terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Problems examined in this study is there any influence in learning motivation and the use of media to 10 fingers blind typing skills at tenth grade of SMK AP Palebon Semarang either simultaneously or partially. The purpose of this study is to determine either simultaneously or partially in learning motivation and the use of media to influence typing skills at tenth grade of SMK AP Palebon Semarang. The variables were examined in this study is the learning motivation, the use of media, and 10 fingers blind typing skills. The Population in this research is tenth grade AP as many as 91 students. Data collection is used by the writer are questionnaires, tests, observation and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results of this research multiple regression analysis is Y = -14 439 + 0292 + 0845 X2 X1. There is a simultaneous effect of 73.3%, while the partial effect of learning motivation by 13.47% and amounted to 40.19% of media use. The conclusion of this research, there is influence in learning motivation and the use of media to 10 finger typing skills either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Aktivitas belajar di sekolah cukup komplek dan bervariasi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada mata diklat kearsipan kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 9 Semarang.mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah pengunjung dari tahun ke tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan dokumentasi. hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaanY = 22,155 + 0,372X1 + 0,367X2. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara metode mengajar dan fasilitas terhadap aktivitas belajar yaitu 55%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap aktivitas belajar secara parsial adalah metode mengajar sebesar 30,914% sedangkan untuk fasilitas belajar yaitu 21,996%.   Teaching and learning activities in schools are quite complex and diverse. The problem of this study wasthe low learning activity of the tenth grade students at Archival subject in Office Administration department at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was Y = 22.155 + 0.372X1 + 0.367X2. The teaching method and teaching learning facility influenced simultaniously toward the learning activity for 55%. The variable which gave the largest impact on the learning activity was teaching method for 30,914% and the second largest impact was learning facility for 21,996%.

Abstract

Minat baca siswa yang tinggi tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti fasilitas perpustakaan dan kinerja pustakawan yang ada di perpustakaan SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya fasilitas perpustakaan yang memadai, rendahnya ketrampilan pustakawan SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji Fhitung = 188,745 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan Y = 4,045 + 0,56X1 + 0,567X2. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara fasilitas perpustakaan dan kinerja pustakawan terhadap minat baca yaitu 58%. Pengaruh secara parsial variabel fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap minat baca sebesar 21,44%, sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja pustakawan adalah sebesar 26,73%. High of student interest in reading must be influenced by several factors, such as library facilities and the performance of librarians in the library Vocational High School 9 Semarang. Problems in this study is the lack of adequate library facilities, lack of skills librarians SMK 9 Semarang. Data collection method used is the method of questionnaire and observation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. The significance of the test equation as calculated from the F test was 188.745 with probability was 0.000 < 0.05, while the results of multiple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 4.045 + 0.56X1 + 0.567X2. The simultaneous influence of library facilities and performance of librarian toward the  student interest in reading  was 58%. The influence of partial variabel library facilities for reading of 21.44%, while for the variabel performance of the librarian was at 26.73%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi setra upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi kendala dalam sistem pengelolaan arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun subyek penelitian ini adalah petugas Sub.Bag. Umum dan petugas kearsipan di Kantor Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan empat teknik yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, simpulan verivikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Perum Perhutani tahap pertama pengumpulan warkat, selanjutnya memeriksa tanda-tanda pelepasan oleh pimpinan, penetapan indeks, pemberian kode warkat, penyortiran, penyimpanan dan penataan warkat, pemeliharaan dan pengamanan arsip, penyusutan arsip, pemusnahan arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi pada saa tmemerikasa tanda-tanda pelepasan serta pendistribusian surat. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan mengirim surat kembali serta menyerahkan kepada pimpinan. The purpose of this study was to determine the records management system in the Office of Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division, constraints faced by Setra's efforts to overcome the obstacles in the archive management system. This study used a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is Sub.Bag officer. General and archival officer in the Office of the Regional Division Perhutanioffice Central Java Province. Data were collected by using interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using four techniques of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification conclusions. The results show records management system in the first phase of the Office Perhutanioffice collection slips, then check for signs of release by the leadership, the determination of the index, script coding, sorting, storage and slips structuring, maintenance and security archives, archives depreciation, destruction of records. Constraints faced by the SAA tmemerikasa sign the release and distribution of mail. Efforts are being made to send letters back and submit to the leadership.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang secara simutan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 40 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 77,3%. Kompetensi professional guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 39,8%. Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 24%. Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 38.7%. Dengan kompetesi  professional guru yang baik, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah yang baik pula, akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of students' perceptions of teacher professional competence, learning, and school environment to study accounting results of class X in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang in simutan and partial. This research is quantitative, with a population of 40 students, all of which are used as research respondents. The data collection method used is the documentation and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated professional competence of teachers, learning and school environment influence together on learning outcomes accounting for 77.3%. Professional competence of teachers affect the learning outcomes accounting of 39.8%. Learning facilities effect on learning outcomes accounting for 24%. School environment influence on learning outcomes accounting for 38.7%. With a good teacher professional competencies, learning and school environment is also good, will improve learning outcomes.
