Abstract

AbstractRoom occupancy rate indicates the volume ofguests at the hotel in a period. Room occupancyrate is the main parameter to see the success ofa service hospitality. The goal of this research isto analyse characteristics of visitors and thedevelopment level of occupancy rooms in thePapyrus Tropical Hotel, making forecastingoccupancy rates for next one year (short term),and analyze the profitability of Papyrus TropicalHotel. Analysis of attitudes of visitors on thisresearch using model multiatribut Fishbein andthe methods of forecasting, was used singleexponential smoothing and double exponentialsmoothing. The results shown that overallvisitors have very positive attitudes towardsPapyrus Tropical hotel with a total score ofFishbein 142,37. Forecasting results for roomoccupancy rate percentages, in 2012 is 47,94percent This result has an increase 5.12 percentfrom 2011 with achievement of operating profitsRp. 983.428.275.Keyword: Occupancy rates, forecasting method,characteristic of visitors

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi setra upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi kendala dalam sistem pengelolaan arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun subyek penelitian ini adalah petugas Sub.Bag. Umum dan petugas kearsipan di Kantor Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan empat teknik yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, simpulan verivikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Perum Perhutani tahap pertama pengumpulan warkat, selanjutnya memeriksa tanda-tanda pelepasan oleh pimpinan, penetapan indeks, pemberian kode warkat, penyortiran, penyimpanan dan penataan warkat, pemeliharaan dan pengamanan arsip, penyusutan arsip, pemusnahan arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi pada saa tmemerikasa tanda-tanda pelepasan serta pendistribusian surat. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan mengirim surat kembali serta menyerahkan kepada pimpinan. The purpose of this study was to determine the records management system in the Office of Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division, constraints faced by Setra's efforts to overcome the obstacles in the archive management system. This study used a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is Sub.Bag officer. General and archival officer in the Office of the Regional Division Perhutanioffice Central Java Province. Data were collected by using interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using four techniques of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification conclusions. The results show records management system in the first phase of the Office Perhutanioffice collection slips, then check for signs of release by the leadership, the determination of the index, script coding, sorting, storage and slips structuring, maintenance and security archives, archives depreciation, destruction of records. Constraints faced by the SAA tmemerikasa sign the release and distribution of mail. Efforts are being made to send letters back and submit to the leadership.

Abstract

The most varied Islamic educational institutions are pesantren, given the freedom of the founding kyai to express pesantren with an emphasis on certain fields. Pesantren which is the hope of the community as a place to study in the hope that it can be a provision in the face of the times. However, the pesantren itself also faces many problems. Among the input problems contained in Islamic boarding schools are the weaknesses of the vision and goals brought by pesantren education. The Orenz business boarding school is a modern Islamic boarding school in Leuwiliang sub-district, Bogor Regency. This Islamic boarding school has a vision to produce students who master religious knowledge well and are independent by entrepreneurship. The operational needs of the pesantren are met from the business units that are built. The concept of a modern business boarding school must be supported by good governance and management. The problem that occurs is that the income obtained from the business unit is not maximized, especially from the aquaculture business unit. The business management carried out is also not supported by good financial management skills, especially in making financial reports. In order to increase the ability and business capacity of the Orenz Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to conduct training in increasing the value of the products produced and financial management training.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji indikator fitur Instagram ads yang paling mempengaruhi ketertarikan konsumen terhadap promosi produk frozen food. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pakuan, di Bogor, Jawa Barat. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan model Slovin dan diperoleh 100 sampel. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis validitas, reliabilitas dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata tertinggi adalah pada indikator gambar dan promosi penjualan dengan masing-masing nilai rata-ratanya adalah 88% dan 86,3%. Bagi para pelaku usaha frozen food yang menggunakan fitur Instagram ads untuk beriklan perlu mempersiapkan desain iklan dengan gambar yang jelas dan visualisasi yang menarik. Selain itu perlu juga untuk disiapkan strategi promosi penjualan yang menarik dan kompetitif untuk ditampilkan pada saat  beriklan menggunakan Instagram ads.ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the indicators of Instagram ads features that most influence consumer interest in the promotion of frozen food products. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pakuan University, in Bogor, West Java. The number of research samples was determined using the Slovin model and 100 samples were obtained. Sample selection using non-probability sampling method. Collecting data using the method of distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using analysis of validity, reliability and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the highest average value was on the image and sales promotion indicators with the respective average values being 88% and 86.3%. For frozen food business actors who use the Instagram ads feature to advertise, they need to prepare an ad design with clear images and attractive visualizations. In addition, it is also necessary to prepare an attractive and competitive sales promotion strategy to be displayed when advertising using Instagram ads.

Abstract

Wan Abdul Rachman Grand Forest Park is one of the forest areas that is quite important and certainly beneficial to the community. This utilization can be done by farmers who are members of forest farmer groups (KTH) who have been given utilization permits by the government. One of the KTHs in Wan Abdul Rachman Grand Forest Park is Karya Makmur II KTH, which in its cultivated area has a tree that is already rare, namely the kepayang tree (Pangium edule Reinw.). The objectives of this research are to determine the ecological conditions and the level of association of kepayang trees in the cultivated area of KTH Karya Makmur II. The method used was an exploration method in which the plot was made based on the presence of kepayang trees. The results showed that the kepayang tree population in the cultivated area of the Karya Makmur II Forest Farmers Group was found at an altitude of 155-161 m above sea level, land slope of 25-45%, air temperature 29.2-31.9 ° C, air humidity 55-71%, soil pH 6.5-7, soil type dystropepts, and rainfall 201 mm/month. The highest level of association occurred between kepayang trees and melinjo trees with an OI of 0.91.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producer countries in the world after Brazil, Colombia and Vietnam. For the local market, domestic coffee consumption continues to increase every year. This growing industry and large market are not necessarily enjoyed by coffee farmers. The problem that occurs is that coffee farmers do not have sufficient knowledge, information and distribution channels for their crops. Coffee farmers dependence on middlemen, blocking their access to other market potentials. As a result, the welfare of coffee farmers is generally still very low, due to the low selling price of their crops and the debt bondage to middlemen. This problem also occurs in a group of coffee farmers in Megamendung village, Bogor Regency. The Megamendung area is one of the centers for robusta coffee plantations in Bogor. Coaching coffee farmers with education on improving the quality of production and opening market access for product sharing is expected to be a solution to improving the welfare of coffee farmers in Megamendung village. Community service activities include 1) Survey and discussion of the service team with coffee farmer partners 2) Training on good coffee cultivation and harvesting materials 3) Sorting and packaging training 4). Marketing of crops to end users.

Abstract

Tourist villages are currently becoming an alternative form of tourism by promoting the concept of interaction between nature, culture, and local wisdom. Bogor, as one of the regencies in West Java province, has various interesting tourist destinations to visit, both by local and international tourists. The location of Bogor Regency, surrounded by mountains such as Gunung Gede Pangrango, Gunung Halimun, and Gunung Salak, has various natural tourism potentials. One of the tourist villages in Bogor Regency that offers nature tourism is the Neglasari tourist village. The Neglasari tourist village is traversed by the Cisasa River. The flow of the Cisasa River is utilized by the managers of the Neglasari Tourist Village to offer water tourism packages such as body rafting and river tubing. This river tourism business has been operating since 2021. The Neglasari tourist village is not yet very popular and is not frequently visited by tourists. The average visitation rate is only 4-5 groups of visitors or 20-50 people each month. This is due to the lack of massive promotion and marketing. To increase tourist awareness, digital marketing needs to be carried out with a good concept and done sustainably by utilizing digital marketing platforms such as websites and social media. The community service team from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pakuan University, conducted training and mentoring programs related to digital marketing for Neglasari Tourism Village. The results of this community service activity include the Neglasari Tourism Village website, social media promotion flyers, content marketing guide modules, and promotional videos for Neglasari Tourism Village.

Abstract

Bogor is one of the regions in West Java Province that has a lot of tourist potential for visitors. A total of 10.6 million tourists visited Bogor Regency throughout 2023. This figure represents a 25% increase from the previous year, which was approximately 8 million in 2022. Tourist villages are currently becoming a trendy alternative for tourism, promoting the concept of interaction between nature, culture, and local communities. According to information from the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bogor Regency, there are currently 70 potential tourist villages in the Bogor Regency area that will be developed, spread across 40 sub-districts. Purwabakti Village is one of the potential tourist villages in the Bogor Regency area that offers the beauty of hilly landscapes, rice fields, rivers, and local wisdom. This potential is not accompanied by the number of tourists visiting. The level of tourist visits in the Purwabakti tourist village is still very low. This is because the community is not yet aware of the tourism potential of the Purwabakti tourist village. The managers of the Purwabakti tourist village have not yet optimized their digital marketing. The Purwabakti tourist village's management has yet to effectively leverage the available social media platforms. This is evident from the small and inconsistent number of content posts, as well as the low number of followers. The Instagram social media account is also not yet connected to other marketing platforms such as the website and WhatsApp Business. The community service activities carried out resulted in a flagship tourism package in Purwabakti village, specifically a trekking and camping package in the Riung Kawung area. Riung Kawung is an area in the Purwabakti tourist village that features many Kawung trees, is located by the river, and has open land that can be used as a camping area. The tour package is published on the website and social media Instagram under the name "Riung Kawung Riverside Camp."ABSTRAKBogor merupakan salah satu wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki banyak potensi wisata untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Sebanyak 10,6 juta wisatawan berkunjung ke Kabupaten Bogor sepanjang tahun 2023. Jumlah ini meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya di 2022 yakni sekitar 8 juta atau meningkat sebesar 25 persen. Desa wisata saat ini menjadi trend alternatif wisata dengan mengusung konsep interaksi antara alam, budaya, dan masyarakat lokal. Menurut informasi dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Disbudpar) Kabupaten Bogor, saat ini terdapat potensi 70 desa wisata di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor yang akan dikembangkan dan tersebar di 40 Kecamatan. Desa Purwabakti adalah salah satu desa wisata potensial di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor yang menawarkan keindahan alam perbukitan, persawahan, sungai dan kearifan lokal. Potensi ini tidak disertai dengan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung. Tingkat kunjungan wisatawan di desa wisata Purwabakti masih sangat rendah. Hal ini disebabkan masyarakat belum mengetahui potensi wisata desa wisata Purwabakti. Pengelola desa wisata Purwabakti belum melakukan pemasaran digital secara optimal. Pengelola desa wisata Purwabakti belum memanfaatkan media social yang ada dengan baik.  Hal ini terlihat dari jumlah postingan content yang sedikit dan tidak kontinyu, serta jumlah followers yang rendah. Media sosial instagram yang dimiliki juga belum terkoneksi pada platform pemasaran lain seperti website dan whatsapp bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan menghasilkan paket wisata unggulan di desa Purwabakti yaitu paket wisata trekking dan camping di area Riung Kawung. Riung kawung merupakan suatu area di desa wisata Purwabakti yang terdapat banyak pohon Kawung, berada di tepi sungai dan memiliki tanah lapang yang dapat digunakan sebagai area camping. Paket wisata dipublikasikan pada media website dan media social Instagram dengan nama “Riung Kawung Riverside Camp”.
