Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of tamsulosin or solifenacin for treatment of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) due to an indwelling ureteral stent. Material & Method: In this study, we enrolled 24 patients who had polyurethane DJ-stent inserted for urinary stone disease or ureteral stenosis. Patients were divided into 3 equal groups as follows and study medications were started on postoperative day 7. Group I received tamsulosin 0,4 mg once daily, group II received solifenacin 5 mg once daily, and group III only received placebo. LUTS were evaluated using International Prostatic Symptoms Score (IPSS) questionnaire at 7 and 14 days after the procedure and stent insertion. The evaluation of IPSS score included not only total score but also irritative and obstructive subcores. Results: All 24 patients fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria, mean age of tamsulosin group was 54,3 years old, solifenacin group was 45,3 years old and placebo was 46,7 years old. There was significant difference in the total IPSS and irritative subscores between groups who received either tamsulosin or solifenacin (group I and II), whereas the obstructive subscore showed a difference though not statistically significant. Conclusion: Tamsulosin or solifenacin significantly improved irritative symptoms of LUTS in patients with an indwelling ureteral stent.Keywords: Lower urinary tract symptoms, DJ-stent, tamsulosin, solifenacin.

Abstract

Hasil observasi awal di SMA N 3 Pati menunjukkan rendahnya prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi yang dicapai siswa kelas XI IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi peneletian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMANegeri 3 Pati yang berjumlah 147 siswa. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar sebagai variabel bebas dan prestasi belajar sebagai variabel terikatnya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar (89,5%). Motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi (62,09%). Disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi (48,58%).Results of preliminary observations in SMAN 3 Pati showed low learning achievement of accounting subjects who achieved class XI IPS. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and discipline of learning to the student achievement either simultaneously or partially. The population was all students of class XI IPS SMAN 3 Pati, amounting to 147 students. Variables examined included learning motivation and discipline of learning as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable. The method of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation.While the method of data analysis includes descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are no influence learning motivation and discipline to learn on the learning achievement (89.5%). Motivation to learn influence on learning achievement accounting subjects (62.09%). Learn discipline effect on learning achievement accounting subjects (48.58%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh disiplin belajar, gaya belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Solihin Kabupaten Magelang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 siswa di SMA Solihin Kabupaten Magelang, seluruhnya dijadikan responden penelitian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi disiplin belajar, gaya belajar dan lingkungan keluarga sebagai variabel bebas dan prestasi belajar sebagai variabel terikatnya. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara disiplin belajar, gaya belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi (83,4%). Disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi (8,53%). Gaya belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi (11,97%). Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi (11,77%).This study aims at finding out if the influence of discipline, learning style and family environment to the student achievement of economic subjects IPS high school students of class XI Solihin Kabupaten Magelang either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study amounted to 52 students in high school Solihin Kabupaten Magelang. Variables examined discipline, learning stlye, and family environment to learn as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable. The questionnaire method of data collection and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive, multiple linear regression, F-test, t test, simultaneous determination coefficient (R2) and partial coefficient of determination (r2). The results show that there is an influence simultaneously between discipline, learning style and family environment on the learning achievement of economic subjects by 83.4%. Discipline of learning affects the learning achievement of economic subjects was 8.53%. Learning style affects the learning achievement of economic subjects was 11.97%. Family environment effect on learning achievement of economic subjects at 11,77%.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar tidak selamanya selalu berhasil, adakalanya mengalami suatu hambatan atau kesulitan. Hambatan-hambatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor intern dan faktor ekstern, diantaranya adalah perhatian orang tua, minat belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah. Observasi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa belum mencapai KKM yang ditentukan yaitu 75, sedangkan  perhatian orang tua,minat belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah tergolong baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua,minat belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X di SMK Swadaya Semarang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK Swadaya Semarang sejumlah 71 siswa. Karena sampel dalam penelitian ini kurang dari 100, maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel, oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perhatian orang tua, minat belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X program keahlian akuntansi SMK Swadaya Semarang baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.The learning process is not always successful forever, sometimes having an obstacle or difficulty. Barriers is influenced by several factors: internal factors and external factors, such as parental attention, interest in learning, and school environment. Preliminary observations made by the researchers showed that the students 'learning achievement economy has not reached the specified KKM is 75, while the parents' attention, in learning, and school environment quite well. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of parental attention, interest in learning, and school environment on student achievement of grade X SMK Swadaya Organization either simultaneously or partially. The study population was all students of class X Accounting Organization SMK Labuan number of 71 students. Because the sample in this study is less than 100, then all the population sampled, therefore it can be concluded that this study is a population study. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques. Hypothesis test used multiple linear regression. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang secara simutan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 40 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 77,3%. Kompetensi professional guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 39,8%. Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 24%. Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 38.7%. Dengan kompetesi  professional guru yang baik, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah yang baik pula, akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of students' perceptions of teacher professional competence, learning, and school environment to study accounting results of class X in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang in simutan and partial. This research is quantitative, with a population of 40 students, all of which are used as research respondents. The data collection method used is the documentation and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated professional competence of teachers, learning and school environment influence together on learning outcomes accounting for 77.3%. Professional competence of teachers affect the learning outcomes accounting of 39.8%. Learning facilities effect on learning outcomes accounting for 24%. School environment influence on learning outcomes accounting for 38.7%. With a good teacher professional competencies, learning and school environment is also good, will improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar matematika terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X jurusan akuntansi di SMK Palebon Semarang secara simutan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 66 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket.Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan menunjukkankontribusi minat belajar, motivasi belajar, dan kemampuan matematika terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi secara silmutan sebesar 55,8%. Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabel minat belajar sebesar 7,50%, variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 9,30% dan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabel prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 9,55%.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest in learning , motivation to learn and learning achievement to achievement learn accounting class X SMK majoring in accounting in Semarang Palebon simutan and partial manner . This research is quantitative , with a population of 66 students , all of which are used as research respondents . The data collection method used was documentation and questionnaires . Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression . Multiple linear regression analysis showed showed the contribution of interest in learning , motivation to learn , and math skills to the learning achievement silmutan accounting for 55.8 % . The amount of influence in partial interest in learning by 7.50 % , the variable motivation to learn at 9.30 % and the effect of partial variable mathematics achievement by 9.55 % .

Abstract

Prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS belum optimal namun minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar sudah optimal. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran akuntansi di SMAN 1 Subah secara simultan maupun parsial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsionate random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis statistik inferensial. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Minat Belajar, Motif Berprestasi dan Kesiapan Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar secara simultan diperoleh 93,8%. Kontribusi parsial variabel bebas adalah 39,81% minat belajar, 17,55% motif berprestasi dan 27,56% kesiapan belajar. Ada pengaruh signifikan antara minat belajar, motif berprestasi dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Subah tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 secara simultan maupun parsial. Learning achievement is influenced by various internal and external factors. In preliminary observations found that the majority of student achievement is not optimal, but the interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn which is owned by the students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Subah were optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of the interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn on student achievement in class XI IPS accounting subjects in SMAN 1 Subah either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Subah. Proporsionate sampling using random sampling. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and methods of documentation. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis of the percentage, the classical assumption test and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that there is a significant relationship between interest in learning, achievement motivation and readiness to learn the learning achievement of students of social class XI SMAN 1 Subah 2013/2014 school year either simultaneous or partially.
