Abstract

LKS merupakan bahan ajar penunjang dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (1) Kesesuaian isi materi, (2) Bagaimana kelayakan soal.Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif.Fokus dan Lokasi Penelitian ini adalah kelayakan isi dan kelayakan soal LKS ekonomi kelas X di SMA Negeri Kota Semarang.Hasil penelitian diperoleh kelayakan materi dengan Materi Pokok, KD dan IPK dari hasil analisis menunjukan kesesuaian Materi Pokok 100%, KD 100%, IPK 91,95%. Analisis keterbacaan materi oleh siswa rata-ratanya menunjukkan hasil 3,13 (78,2%) dengan kategori baik. Analisis kelayakan soal pilihan ganda pada aspek materi 100%, kontruksi 85,7%, dan bahasa 100%. Rata-rata soal pilihan ganda 95,2% dengan kategori sangat baik. Analisis kelayakan soal uraian pada aspek materi 100%, kontruksi 55,8%, dan bahasa 100%. Rata-rata soal uraian 85,3%. Analisis kelayakan soal dilihat dari keterbacaan materi oleh siswa rata-ratanya 3,27 (82,03%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) LKS sesuai dengan K13, (2) soal-soal latihan sesuai dengan tingkatannya. Saran yang diberikan untuk penelitian ini adalah: (1) Sekolah hendaknya menyeleksi beberapa LKS yang sesuai dengan K13, (2) penerbit hendaknya memperbaiki kualitas LKS dengan menggunakan hasil penelitian sebagai referensi, (3) peneliti hendaknya memperbaiki penggunaan kontruksi soal dalam LKS karena rata-ratanya paling rendah dibanding aspek lain. Student Worksheet is supporting instructional materials in teaching and learning in schools.The purpose of this research described and analyze: ( 1 ) conformity the contents of material, ( 2 ) how feasibility problem.The research method is descriptive qualitative. Focus and the location of this research is feasibility the content and feasibility problem of student worksheet economic class X in senior high school the city of Semarang .The results of the research obtained feasibility of materials with the subject matter , basic competence and an indicator of competence the results of the analysis showed conformity subject matter 100 % , basic competence 100 % , an indicator of competence 91,95 % .Analysis legibility any material by students usually show results 3,13 ( 78.2 % ) to a category good. Analysis feasibility problem choice double on the matter 100 % , construction 85,7 % , and language 100 % .The average about choice double 95,2 % to a category very good.Analysis feasibility about the discussion on the matter 100 % , construction 55.8 % , and language 100 % .The average about the discussion 85.3 %. Analysis feasibility problem seen from legibility any material by students usually 3,27 ( 82,03 % ).Conclusions from this research are: (1) Student worksheet in accordance with K13, (2) problems exercises in accordance with the form. The advice given for this research are: (1) the school should select some student worksheet accordingly with K13, (2) the Publisher should improve is student worksheet using the research results as reference, (3) researchers should be fix the use of construction problem instudent worksheet because the average lowest compared to other aspect

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku persepsian terhadap niat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 2 Wonosobo baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas XII di SMK N 2 Wonosobo berjumlah 443 siswa, dengan sampel penelitian 82 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini memberikan beberapa hasil. Hasil analisis deskriptif yaitu (1) niat berwirausaha pada kategori tinggi, (2) sikap pada kategori baik, (3) norma subjektif pada kategori mendukung, dan (4) kontrol perilaku persepsian pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis regresi yaitu sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha. Norma subjektif berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha.Kontrol perilaku persepsian berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan antara lain (1) sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha, (2) norma subjektif berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha, (3) kontrol perilaku persepsian berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha. Saran yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini Siswa diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan dirinya dengan baik jika siswa memiliki niat untuk berwirausaha. Siswa dapat menyiapkan ide-ide kreatifnya untuk menyusun rencana bisnis yang akan dilakukan di masa mendatang The investigation aims to analyze the influence of Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and perceived behavioral control to the entrepreneurial intentions of twelfth-students in SMK Negeri 2 Wonosobo both simultaneously or partially. The population of this study was 443 twelfth-students of SMK N 2 Wonosobo, and the samples used were 82 students. This study used quantitative approach by using questionnaire as the method of collecting data. The methods of analyzing data used in this study were descriptive statistics and multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the two analysis done, the result of descriptive analysis show (1) the entrepreneurial intentions is on the high category, (2) the attitudes is on the good category, (3) the subjective norms is on the supporting category, and (4) perceived behavioral control is on the high category. The result of regression analysis show that the attitudes have positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. The subjective norm has positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. The perceived behavioral control has positive on entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded (1) attitudes has positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions, (2) subjective norm has positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions, and (3) perceived behavioral control has positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. The suggestions related to this study are the students hoped may prepare themselves well if they have entrepreneurial intentions. The students may look for creative ideas to arrange business plan will be done in the future..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai apakah usaha yang dijalankan dapat menjadikan koperasi untuk tumbuh dan berkembang, sehingga dapat memajukan kesejahteraan anggota dan memperdayakan perekonomian dan untuk mengetahui kinerja Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) yang bergerak di bidang simpan pinjam di Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2015 – 2016 diukur dengan menggunakan pedoman penilaian kesehatan koperasi simpan pinjam dan unit simpan pinjam koperasi pada aspek Kualitas Aktiva Produktif dan Jatidiri Koperasi(Per. Dep. No. 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dari Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Kabupaten Tegal yang berjumlah 72 KPRI.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah koperasi yang telah melakukan tutup buku tahun 2016/2017 dan telah menyerahkan laporan RAT Tahun 2016/2017 sebanyak 21 KPRI. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian perhitungan rasio kinerja koperasi pada KPRI Se-Kota Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2015-2016 berdasarkan standar Per.Dep No. 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 adalah pada tahun 2015 rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 79,17 poin termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup sehat. Sedangkan pada tahun 2016 ratarata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 87,5 poin termasuk ke dalam kategori sehat. This study aims to assess if the business can grow and develop, so that it can advance the prosperity of its members and empower the economy and and for performance performance Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) engaged in savings and loan in Tegal regency 2015 - 2016 is undone by using indicators of health assessment of savings and credit cooperatives and cooperative savings and lending units on aspects of Earning Assets Quality and Cooperative Identity (Per Dep. 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016).Population in this research is finance report from Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Tegal Regency as much as 72 KPRI.Sample of this research are cooperation that have closed their finance report 2016/2017 and have delivered their RAT report in 2016/2017, they are 21 KPRI.Data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis quantitative with finance ratio.The result of this research in cooperation performance of KPRI Tegal regency 2015-2016 based on Per.Dep No. 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 standard is in 2015 the average score acquired is 79,17 point, it is included in healthy enough category. Meanwhile, in 2016 the average score acquired is 87,5 point, it is included in healthy category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Profil usaha keripik super Pak Mudji di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang; (2) Proses produksi keripik super Pak Mudji di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang; (3) Strategi pengembangan industri keripik super Pak Mudji di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang oleh Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, dan Perindag Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat, tepatnya berlokasi di Keripik Sermier Pak Mudji, yang di laksanakan pada bulan September sampai dengan Oktober tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)Keripik Sermier Super Pak Mudji didirikan pada tahun 1998. Terhitung dari tahun 1998 hingga saat ini, usaha keripik sermier ini masih tetap dijalankan oleh Pak Mudji dan dibantu oleh anak-anaknya. Strategi pemasaran sederhana yaitu dengan sistem dari mulut ke mulut, dan strategi ini cukup efektif. (2)Selama proses produksi keripik sermier super Pak Mudji alat-alat produksi yang digunakan masih menggunakan alat-alat yang tradisional, masih belum menggunakan tenaga listrik. (3) Upaya yang sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan pengembangan industri guna untuk menaikkan omset pada pengusaha yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Kegiatan pengembangan industri rumah tangga perlu ditingkatkan agar para pengusaha Umkm lebih memahami upaya pengembangan ekonomi untuk kemajuan usahanya. The research aims to determine: (1) The profile of Mudji’s super chips business in West Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency; (2) The production process of Mudji's super chip in West Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency; (3) The development strategy of Mudji’s super chip in West Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency by the Cooperative, the MSE, and the Industry and Commerce Department of Semarang Regency. This research is conducted in the Sub-district of West Ungaran, precisely located in Mudji’sSermier Chips, which is carried out in September to October 2017. The results showed that: (1) Mudji’s Super Sermier Chips is established in 1998. From 1998 until now, this sermier chips business is still run by Mr. Mudji assisted by his children. (2) The devices used in the production process of sermier chips to flatten the sermier chip dough are conventional tools. During the production process of Mudji's super sermier chips, the production tools used is the traditional one, which does not use electricity. (3) The efforts that have been made by the government in assisting the community to develop the industry for increasing the turnover to the entrepreneurs is by providing some training to the perpetrators of SMEs. Furthermore, the suggestion provides by the researcher in this research is the household industry development activities need to be improved so that the MSEs entrepreneurs are able to understand the economic development efforts better for their business progres

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar ekonomi merupakan masalah dalam proses belajar yang dialami oleh siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Ngemplak tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar tersebut serta seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Ngemplak tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dengan jumlah sampel 114 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa angket dan teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis faktor dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan terdapat tiga faktor yang terbentuk, yaitu faktor sekolah, faktor psikologis, dan kondisi fisik dengan kontribusi masing-masing sebesar 29,477%, 24,350%, dan 12,669%. Ketiga faktor secara simultan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesulitan belajar. Besar koefisien determinasi ketiga faktor yaitu 64,4%, artinya sebanyak 64,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor sekolah, faktor psikologis, dan kondisi fisik dan sisanya sebesar 35,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Masing-masing faktor secara parsial juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesulitan belajar. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat tiga faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Ngemplak, yaitu faktor sekolah, faktor psikologis, dan kondisi fisik dengan pengaruh negatif. Saran yang diberikan yaitu semua pihak yang bersangkutan hendaknya ikut memperhatikan faktor sekolah, faktor psikologis dan kondisi fisik agar kesulitan belajar siswa berkurang. Learning difficulty in economics subject is a problem which faced by students of class XI of social science in SMAN 1 Ngemplak in the academic year of 2016/2017. The aims of this research is to determine it factors and how big those factors influence. This study was conducted on students of class XI of social science in SMAN 1 Ngemplak in the academic year of 2016/2017 with the total sample of 114 students. This research was used questionnaire and the analytical technique used is factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of factor analysis shows that there are three factors formed, namely school factor, psychological factors, and physical condition with the each contribution of 29,477%, 24,350%, and 12,669%. That three factors simultaneously have a negative effect on learning difficulties. The coefficient of determination of the three factors is 64,4%, which means that 64,4% is explained by school factor, psychological factor, and physical condition and the rest equal to 35,6% explained by other factors. Each factor partially also negatively affect the learning. The conclusion is there are three factors which become the cause of difficulty of economics lesson in students of class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Ngemplak, they are school factor, psychological factor, and physical condition with negative influence. It is suggested for all parties who have contributed in the learning process should pay attention and improve school factor, psychological factor and physical condition so that student learning difficulties are reduced, especially for school factors that have the greatest contribution in it.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, fasilitas kantor, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang baik secara partial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 67 pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 14,762 + 0,639 X1 + 0,135 X2 + 0,249 X3 + e. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan dari gaya kepemimpinan, fasilitas kantor, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 64,4%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial untuk gaya kepemimpinan yaitu sebesar 15,92% dan disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 7,73%. Untuk variabel fasilitas kantor tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai karena nilai signifikansinya 0,458. The purpose of this research were to find out influence of leadership style, office facilities, and work discipline to employee performance a trade office of Semarang City either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Trade Semarang were 67 employees. This research is saturated sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviews. The data analysis using descriptive analysis percentage, linear regression analysis, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results of multiple linear regression equation Y = 14.762 + 0.639X1 + 0.135X2 + 0.249 X3 + e. The amount of simultaneous influence of leadership style, office facilities, and discipline to employee performance that is equal to 64.4%. While the partial effect of leadership style that is equal to 15.92% and discipline that is equal to 7.73%. Office facilities for the variable does not influence the performance of an employee because of the significance value 0.458.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui strategi peningkatan kualitas kelembagaan koperasi; (2) Mengidentifikasi factor pendorong dan penghambat; (3) Merumuskan peta konsep permasalahan strategi peningkatan kualitas kelembagaan koperasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Fokus penelitian pada langkah/strategi dinas koperasi Kota Semarang dalam meningkatkan kualitas kelembagaan koperasi, meliputi: bidang perizinan dan kelembagaan koperasi, bidang pemberdayaan koperasi, bidang pengawasan dan pemeriksaan koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh tahapan startegi dalam upayanya meningkatkan kualitas kelembagaan koperasi. Sehingga dari hasil analisis tersebut pada masingmasing bidang memiliki keterkaitan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam upayanya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kelembagaan koperasi yang ada di Kota Semarang. Faktor pendukung pada dinas koperasi diantaranya: (1) undang-undang; (2) historis koperasi di Indonesia; (3) permasalahan koperasi; (4) rekan kerja; dan (5) pemberian motivasi; (6) Teknologi. Sedangkan faktor yang menjadi penghambat pada dinas koperasi: (1) dana; (2) jumlah SDM dinas koperasi; (3) kualitas SDM koperasi; (4) mental koperasi; dan (5) pandangan negatif dari masyarakat. Dari hasil analisis peta permasalahan pada dinas koperasi dappat dirumuskan mengenai langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil oleh dinas koperasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas kelembagaan koperasi, antara lain: (1) Menambah kuota program pembinaan koperasi; (2) menentukan prioritas pembinaan; (3) menambah jumlah pembina koperasi; (4) meningkatkan kerjasama. This study aims to (1) Know Strategy Improving the quality of cooperative institutions; (2) identifying the propulsion and inhibiting factors; (3) Formulate concept maps. This research is a qualitative research case study. The focus of research on action / strategy of cooperative service of Semarang City in improving the quality of cooperative institution, employment field, cooperative empowerment field, supervision and inspection of cooperatives. The results showed that there are seven stages of the strategy in order to improve the quality of cooperative institutions. So from the results of the analysis on each field has a linkage that can not be removed in an attempt to improve the quality of cooperative institutions in the city of Semarang. Factors that support the cooperative service: (1) the law; (2) the history of cooperatives in Indonesia; (3) cooperatives; (4) co-workers; and (5) motivation; (6) Technology. Factors that hamper the cooperative service: (1) funds; (2) number of human resources of cooperative service; (3) quality of cooperative human resources; (4) mental cooperatives; and (5) negative views of the community. From the result of problem map analysis on dappat cooperative office formulated about the steps that can be taken by cooperative service to improve cooperative institutional quality, among others: (1) Adding quota of coaching program for cooperatives; (2) prioritizing cooperatives; (3) increase the number of co-operatives, at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Semarang City; (4) cooperatives or the community

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan fasilitas belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga yang berjumlah 109 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis deskripsi yang telah dilakukan maka disiplin belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan fasilitas belajar yang terdapat di kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga tergolong dalam kategori cukup baik. Selain itu pengaruh positif juga dapat dilihat berdasarkan analisis regresi yang memiliki persamaan Y = 12,502 + 0,530X1 + 0,410X2 + 0,627X3. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan fasilitas belajar secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Besar pengaruh secara simultan yaitu 71,1%, sedangkan secara parsial disiplin belajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan fasilitas belajar masing-masing memiliki pengaruh sebesar 6,3%, 6,4% dan 5,5%. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the discipline of learning, school environment, and learning facilities affect student learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. The data of this research had been collected using documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were the students of class X Office Administration SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga which which consist of 109 students The data analysis technique was using descriptive analysis percentage, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS software. The results of this study showed the influence of student learning outcomes on several factors including learning discipline, school environment and learning facilities. Based on the analysis of the description that has been done then the discipline of learning, school environment and learning facilities in grade X Office Administration SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga classified in the category quite well. In addition, the positive effect can also be seen based on regression analysis Y = 12,502 + 0,530X1 + 0,410X2 + 0,627X3. The results of this study indicated that the discipline of learning, school environment, and learning facilities simultaneously and partially have a positive influence on the student learning outcome of grade X Office Administration SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. The simultaneous influence of 71.1%, while the partial discipline of learning, school environment, and learning facilities have an influence of 6.3%,6.4%, and 5,5% respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompetensi pegawai, koleksi, dan tata ruang perpustakaan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kualitas pelayanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik insidental sampling, jumlah responden sebanyak 116 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh antara kompetensi pegawai, koleksi, dan tata ruang perpustakaan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan masing thitung 5,790; 3,580; dan 3,441. Serta terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi pegawai, koleksi, tata ruang perpustakaan, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka dengan thitung masing-masing 0,293; 1,042; 4,347; dan 3,357. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai, koleksi, dan tata ruang perpustakaan merupakan variabel yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan berdampak pada peningkatan kepuasan pemustaka. Meskipun kompetensi pegawai dan koleksi perpustakaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Semarang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terutama dalam kompetensi pegawai, koleksi, dan tata ruang perpustakaan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pemustaka. This research is aimed to describe influence of staff competence, collection, and library layout design on patron’s satisfaction directly or indirectly through service quality. Based on the result of observation conducted at Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Library of State University of Semarang, there were decrease of patrons’ visit on 2016 significantly. Thus, it is important to examine patrons’ satisfaction, because it will influence visit intensity to library. Population in this research is all of visitors at UPT Library of State University of Semarang. The sampling technique used incidental sampling technique with number of respondents of 116 people. Methods of data collection used observation, interview, and questionnaires, and then analysis methods were classic assumption test, hypotheses test and path analysis. The findings show that there is influence between staff competence, collection, and library layout design on service quality with tcount 5,790; 3,580; and 3,441. There is also influence between between staff competence, collection, and library layout design and service quality on patrons’ satisfaction with tcount each of 0,293; 1,042; 4,347; and 3,357. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that staff competence, collection, and library layout design are the variables which can increase service quality and affect on increase of patrons’ satisfaction. Althouth staff competence and library collection affect on positive influence, but it both do not significantly affect on patrons’ satisfaction. As the suggestion to give in this research is that UPT Library of State University of Semarang is expected to increase service quality especially on staff competence, collection, and library layout design to increase patrons’ satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi eksternal yang dijalankan lembaga terhadap citra Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia-Dunia (LEPRID). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Direktur, Karyawan humas, Karyawan administrasi dan masyarakat umum diberbagai kalangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, kemudian disajikan untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi eksternal untuk menunjang citra Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia-Dunia (LEPRID) menggunakan tiga cara yaitu dengan menggunakan sosial media, bekerjasama dengan wartawan dan menerbitkan buku. Kendala yang ada antara lain website lembaga yang pernah diretas oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Upaya yang sudah dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala antara lain membuat website baru yang keamanan nya lebih terjaga. Solusi untuk meningkatkan citra Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia-Dunia (LEPRID) yaitu dengan cara menambah karyawan bagian humas dan memperbaiki kualitas foto atau video yang akan dimasukan di dalam sosial media serta membuat jadwal rutin untuk memperbaharui sosial media. The purposed to know there are external communication on Image of indonesia-world Achivement Institution (LEPRID). This research used qualitative research method. The data’s sources in this study were from the Principal, Employee of Public Relation, Employee of Administration and Society. The data’s collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The procedures included the re-field stage, field work stage, and data analysis phase. The data’s analysis used data collected , data reduced, and conclusion drawn. This research indicated that strategy of external communication supported Reward Organitation of Indonesia and World (LEPRID) used three ways methods such as social media, in cooperation with journalist and published a book. The Obstacles included organization website ever hacked by people who are not responsible. Effort made by organization was created a new website whose security awakened. The solution to improved the Image of Indonesia-World achievement institution (LEPRID) added employee of public relations and the quality of photo and video improved can be input on social media and made routine schedule.
