Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, kesiapan belajar, dan disiplin belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS mata pelajaran ekonomi di MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung yang berjumlah 76 siswa. Semua siswa sejumlah 76 dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi ganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 5.555 + 0.229X1 + 0.265X2 + 0.761X3. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 67,0%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial untuk lingkungan  keluarga sebesar 6,708%, kesiapan belajar sebesar 8,41%, da disiplin belajar sebesar 44,756%.The purpose of this research was to know is there any influenced of family environment, readiness to learn, and disciplinery learning of the students' learning motivation in class XI IPS for the subject economic in MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung simultaneously or partially. The population in this research were students of class XI IPS in MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung totaling 76 students. All 76 students is used to be sample in this research. The data was collected using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis of the percentage, multiple regression analysis, analysis of classical assumption and hypothesis testing analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis of this research was Y = 5.555 + 0.229X1 + 0.265X2 + 0.761X3. There is a simultaneous influence as much as 67.0%, whereas partially the influence of family environment as much as 6.708%, readiness to learn 8.41%, and the disciplinery of learning 44.756%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru, kompetensi profesional guru dan lingkungan belajar siswa terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Wijayakusuma Jatilawang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 95 siswa. Semua siswa sejumlah 95 dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 1.776 + 0.190  + 0,221 + 0,353 . Berdasarkan output SPSS pengaruh X1 terhadap Y sebesar 0,190 dengan nilai hubungan parsial sebesar 8,4% pada taraf signifikansi 0,005, sedangkan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 0,221 dengan nilai hubungan parsial sebesar 7,6% pada taraf signifikansi 0,007 dan X3 terhadap Y sebesar 0,353 dengan nilai hubungan parsial sebesar 8,8% pada taraf signifikansi 0,004. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the teacher pedagogic competence, teacher professional competence, environment student towards students motivation either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research are 95 students of XI Office Administration Vocational Wijayakusuma Jatilawang. All 95 students is used to be sample in this research. The data collecting method is questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data technique are descriptive, the classical assumption, multiple regression. The results showed that multiple regression analysis obtained by the equation: Y = 1,776 + 0.190X_1 + 0,221X_2 + 0,353X_3. Based on SPSS output X1 effect on Y of 0.190 with a partial correlation value of 8.4% at a significance level of 0.005, while X2 on Y at 0.221 with a partial correlation value of 7.6% at a significance level of 0.007 and 0.353 for the X3 to Y with values partial correlation of 8.8% at a significance level of 0.004.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama  antara sumber belajar, cara belajar dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, pengaruh sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, pengaruh cara belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, dan pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Kota Pekalongan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Populasi berjumlah 118 siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Sedangkan sampel berjumlah 92 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara sumber belajar, cara belajar dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 61,4%. Sumber belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 5,95%. Cara belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 13,76%. Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 16,16%. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence jointly between learning resources, learning style and discipline toward learning achievement in economic, the influence of learning resources toward learning achievement in economic, the influence of learning style toward learning achievement in economic and the influence of discipline toward learning achievement in economic subject students in class XI IPS SMA State 2 Pekalongan City Academic Year 2013/2014. Population takes 118 students class XI IPS SMA State 2 year 2013/2014. Meanwhile, sample takes 92 stuents. Methods of data collection are questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages and analysis multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is an influence jointly between learning resources, learning style and discipline toward learning achievement in economic by 61,4%. Learning resources affect toward learning achievement in economic by 5,95%. Learning style affect toward learning achievement in economic by 13,76%. Discipline affect toward learning achievement in economic by 16,16%.

Abstract

Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus, dimana setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif..Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan partisipasi siswa sebesar 65,50% dalam kategori cukup partisipatif, keterampilan siswa sebesar 68,38% dalam kategori cukup terampil, ketuntasan klasikal 65,50% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 73,25. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan partisipasi siswa sebesar 69% , keterampilan  siswa sebesar 73,30%, ketuntasan klasikal 61,29%, menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 79,96. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus III menunjukkan partisipasi siswa sebesar 82,87%, keterampilan siswa sebesar 82,01%, ketuntasan klasikal 77,41% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 79,48. The subjects were students of class XI Administrative SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. The design of this study is a class action with three cycles, where each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods used in this research is the method of testing, observation, and documentation. Data collection methods used in this research is the method of testing, observation, and documentation. Methods of data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis. The results of the study in the first cycle shows student participation of 65.50 % in the category of participatory enough, the skills students 68,38% in the category of skilled enoug, classical completeness 65.50% with an average of 73.25 learning outcomes. For the second cycle study results showed a 69% student participation, student skills at 73.30, 61.29% classical completeness, showed an average of 79.96 students' learning outcomes. For the results of the third cycle studies show student participation by 82.87%, 82.01% of the students skills, classical completeness 77.41% with an average of 79.48 students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan analisis masalah ekonomi sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa akan materi dan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kurang optimal, selain itu karena metode pembelajaran yang digunakan tidak tepat yaitu menggunakan ceramah tanpa variasi sedangkan karakter materinya adalah teoritis dan membutuhkan analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan analisis masalah ekonomi dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan analisis masalah ekonomi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IIS 3 SMA 1 Bae Kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data kemampuan analisis siswa siklus I nilai rata-rata 73,94 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 52,94%, pada siklus II nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 82,29 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 82,35%, aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran siklus I cukup dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi sangat baik. The background of this research is the lack of knowledge in economic problems so students learning outcomes less optimal, moreover because the learning method that is used is not appropriate to use the oral speech without variation while the character is doctrinaire and needing analysis. This research aims to know improving the analysis ability on the subject economic problems with problem based learning model and how the use problem based learning can improving the analysis ability on the subject economic problems. The subject of this research is the class X IIS 3 SMA 1 Bae Kudus. This study is an action research conducted in two cycles. The research finding showed that analysis ability in learning cycle I average grade is 73,94 with percentage of classical completeness is 52,94%, in cycle II average grade increase to 82,29 with percentage of classical completeness is 82,35%, activity of the teacher in learning cycle I is good, in learning cycle II increase to very good, activity of the students in learning cycle I is enough, in learning cycle II increase to very good.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Limpung Kabupaten Batang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa di lingkup wilayah Kecamatan Limpung yaitu sebanyak 189 orang perangkat desa. Sedang sampel yang diambil sejumlah 128 orang perangkat desa yang didapat dari rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5%. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 3,669 + 0,274X1 + 0,271X2 + 0,268X3. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama dari kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kinerja perangkat desa yaitu sebesar 52,8%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri untuk kepemimpinan yaitu sebesar 9,48%, lingkungan kerja sebesar 9% dan fasilitas kantor sebesar 16,48%. The purpose of this study was to identify whether the leadership, office environment and office supply contributes to the performance of the village officials in the district of Limpung, Batang Regency. The population of the study was all of the village officials in the district of Limpung, as many as 189 officials. The sample taken was 128 officials based on the Slovin Formula with 5% standard error. The data was obtained through questionnaire, then was analyzed using percentage descriptive analysis, miltiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS. The result of multiple linear regression has been shown by the equation Y = 3,669 + 0,274X1 + 0,271X2 + 0,268X3. The influence of leadership, office environment, and office supply to the employee’s performance was 52,8%, while in partial, leadership contributed as much as 9, 48%, office environment 9% and office supplies 16,48%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sarana kantor dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kesehatan provinsi Jawa Tengah sebanyak 80 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan interview. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 3,976 +0,092X1 +0,683X2 +0,295X3+e. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebesar 10,7%, besarnya pengaruh sarana kantor sebesar 49,7%, dan besarnya pengaruh pengalaman kerja sebesar 7,8%. Sedangkan secara simultan pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sarana kantor dan pengalaman kerja sebesar 66,7% The purpose of this research were to find out influence of the OHS implementation, office facilities and work experience towards employees’ performance in Departmen of Health Central Java either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research were 80 employees. The data were collected by questionnaires, observations, documentations and interviews. The data were analyzed by multiple linier regression and dercriptive percentage. The result showed that multiple linear regression analysis was Y = 3.976 +0.092X1 +0.683X2 +0.295X3+e. The calculation showed that the partial influence OHS implementation was 10,7%, the partial influence of office facilities was 49.7% and the partial influence of work experience was 7.8%. Whereas, the simultaneous influence of implementation of occupational health and safety, office facilities and work experience was 66,7%.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Pati pada kompetensi dasar memilih jenis penggandaan dokumen yang sesuai. Sampel  pada penelitian ini berjumlah 37 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa terjadi kenaikan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2, dengan jumlah rata-rata siklus 1 (satu) mendapat skor sebesar 16 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan pada siklus 2 (dua) naik menjadi 26,4. Dimana siswa sudah aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, sebagian besar siswa sudah banyak yang mengajukan pertanyaan dari materi yang menurut siswa belum memahami, siswa juga banyak yang mencatat poin-poin penting yang disampaikan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar. The problem in this research is whether the model of learning Teams Games Tournament (TGT) can be increasing the activity of learning a student xi.administrasi offices in SMK Nasional Pati on the basis competence select the one doubling document accordingly. The samples on this research totalled 37 students. Data collection method documentation and interviews. Methods of data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. A descriptive analysis of the results showed that students in activity occurred in the study of cycle 1 and cycle 2, with the average number of cycles 1 (one) Gets a score of 16 was included in the category is sufficient and in cycle 2 (two) rose to 26,4. Where students have been active in the bengajar learning activity, most of the students there have been many who ask questions of material according to the students have yet to understand, many students also noted the key points presented in the teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Tulis Kabupaten Batang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 180 (seratus delapan puluh) perangkat desa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling, berjumlah 125 (seratus dua puluh lima) orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase, asumsi klasik dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y= 1.575+ 0,326X1+ 0,204X2+ 0,418X3. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa signifikan 0,000. Secara parsial (Uji t) variabel fasilitas kantor diperoleh signifikansi 0,000, variabel motivasi kerja diperoleh signifikansi 0,010 dan variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh signifikansi 0,000. Sehingga H1, H2, H3, dan H4 dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) antara fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa sebesar 0, 759 atau 75,9%The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of office facilities, work motivation, and work discipline tool perfomance employees Tulis regency of Batang district. The population in this research were 180 (one hundred and eighty) employees in the district of Tulis Batang. Then, the sample were 125 (one hundred and twenty-five) employees which were taken by using Proportional Random Sampling. This research used questionnaires and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by using percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, and regression. The result of this study based on doubled linear regression analysis showed that the equation: Y= 1.575+ 0,326X1+ 0,204X2+ 0,418X3. F-test showed that the significance was 0.000. Partially, the variable of office facilities showed that the significance was 0.000, the variable of work motivation showed that the significance was 0.010, lastly, the variable of work discipline showed that the significance was 0.000 so H1, H2, H3, dan H4 was accepted. Simultaneously, the coefficient (R2) among facilities, work motivation, and work discipline tool perfomance employees was 0.759 or 75,9%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kualitas pelayanan sub bagian tata pemerintahan pada pembuatan kartu keluarga (KK) di kantor kecamatan Mirit kabupaten Kebumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga di kecamatan Mirit tahun 2014 berjumlah 11.737orang pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 100 pengunjung yang diperoleh dari rumus Slovin.  Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 9.499 + 0.222X1 + 0.449X2 + 0.305X3. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi 0,000. Secara parsial (Uji t) variabel disiplin kerja diperoleh signifikansi 0,011, variabel kompetensi pegawai diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 dan variabel fasilitas kantor diperoleh signifikansi 0,022, sehingga H1, H2, H3, dan H4 dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) antara disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,577 atau 57,7%.The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Work Discipline, Employee Competence and Office Facilities toward the Quality of Services Sub-Division on the Quality of Governance in Family Card (KK) at Mirit Sub-district Office, Kebumen Regency. The population of this research were 11.737 head of family year 2014 in Mirit Sub-district. The samples were 100 visitors which based on formula Slovin. The data were collected by questionnaire and documentation, interview and observation . After that, the data were analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, and doubled regression. The result of this study based on doubled linear regression analysis showed that the equation: Y = 9.499 + 0.222X1 + 0.449X2 + 0.305X3. The F-test showed that the significance was 0.000. Partially, the variable of work discipline showed that the significance was 0.011, the variable of employee competence showed that the significance was 0.000, lastly, the variable of office facilities showed that the significance was 0.000 so H1, H2, H3, dan H4 was accepted. Simultaneously, the coefficient (R2) among work discipline, employee competence and office facilities toward the quality of services’ performance was 0.577 or 57.7%.
