Abstract

Entrepreneurial learning in early childhood is carried out by involving children in learning activities that exist in the class. Through the involvement of children in learning activities, children will know what steps should be taken to instill the values of entrepreneurship. So with entrepreneurial learning, values such as responsibility, creativity, and capability of making a decision will appear on the child when stimulated early. This research was conducted in early childhood institutions in Gunungpati Subdistrict, Semarang. The research result shows the development of entrepreneurial learning during learning programs in early childhood education institutions, students were introduced to various entrepreneurial values that correspond to the potential of children and provide them with early support for their skills.How to citeWaluyo, E., & Latiana, L. Abstract

Child interactions encountered some problems frequently. The ability to deal with problems is one of the capability that should be owned by children. Coping strategies will be useful for the child to deal with various situations both external and internal problems. Subjects in this study consisted of one teacher, two parents, and two students. Data collection techniques were using of interview, observation and documentation. This study used a method of qualitative research. This research method was used because of the researchers want to reveal the differences of coping strategies used by both children, boy, and girl when faced with the problems of social and emotional. The data analysis in this study was using data analysis interactive of Miles and Huberman model. It involves several processes including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The results showed that children have been able to report various forms of coping strategies. The coping strategies include seeking support (ask for help), problem-solving (solving problems), distraction (distracting), and escape (away / escape). The girl reported more dominant in seeking support strategies than a boy. Abstract

This research aims to increase communicating capability of hearing-impaired child of early age through verbal language method. This research was implemented at Poyowa Besar Primary School of Special Needs at Kotamobagu City. The research method used in this research was action research. The conclusion of this research result was that there was an increase of communicating capability on two hearing-impaired children researched at cycle I, it obtained outcome percentage of 10 %, at cycle II, it obtained 20%, and at cycle III, there was 80%. Based on that analysis result data, it says that percentage of preliminary research from cycle I, to cycle II, and cycle III underwent the increase.How to citePutri, N. (2014). Abstract

This Study using experimental approach with Static Group Comparison. This study examined the difference of Javanese language skill for early childhood in Pekalongan city by singing method using Javanese songs. The sample of this study is 30 children of ABA Binagriya Kindergarten as experimental group and 30 children of ABA Bendan Kindergarten as control group. The Javanese songs was used with experimental group only. The result of the study were analized using t-test. Independent sample t test used to measure difference level of Javanese language skill. The result of Independent sample t test indicated that t count value is -6,350 and t table is 3,156. The value of –t count < -t table (-6,350 < -3,156. Abstract

This study aims to develop intrapersonal intelligence in realizing the characterized early childhood, through the technique of "make-believe play" in learning, meanwhile, the focus of the problem is how to optimize the intrapersonal intelligence in learning by using these techniques. This study is a class action research (classroom action research), followed by small experiments to see the effectiveness of actions taken. Subjects were 24 children aged 5-6 years old in group B, in the kindergarten Al-Muhajirin Bengkulu City. Selected activities in developing the character is the technique of "make-believe play" in the classroom. The research data obtained were processed using a percentage. Abstract

The visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years old becomes absolutely essential for individuals to be able to adapt well to the environment and to be successful. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years after being treated using three-dimensional puzzle in PGRI 25 kindergarten, Karangrejo Semarang. The population was the students of PGRI Kindergarten in Gajahmungkur district that implemented the same curriculum. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster sampling, and the drawn sample was PGRI 25 Kindergarten, Karangrejo, group B as many as 30 children. The results of the study found an increase in the children’s visual-spatial intelligence, seen from the results of the first test and the second test after being given treatment. The results of the first test was a percentage of 46% and the second test was 54%. Then based on the calculation results of test I and II, there was an increase of visual-spatial intelligence by 8%. Based on that description, it can be concluded that three-dimensional puzzle can enhance the visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years after being given treatment using three-dimensional puzzle. Abstract

Aspects of early childhood development can be stimulated by providing learning activities that attract multi-media and methods. The research was conducted in kindergarten Earth Limaumanis Padang VI aims to determine the reading level of development as one part of the learning aspects of language development through multi-media computer. Learning to read children stimulated with software compact disc reading programs. The research method uses a class room with two action research cycles, each cycle of the three meetings. The results of this study demonstrate the effectiveness of the development of children with significant reading through the analysis of the data indicated an increase in the attitude of children who read well and good 92,5%. Increase in the child's well read and well 87,5%. This means that in general the development of learning to read the child has reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Therefore, this assessment is stopped until the second cycle at the meeting of 4, because of the thoroughness of learning to read at least in the development of children has been reached.How to citeSyofriend, Y. Abstract

This research was intended to develop an innovative conceptual model for early childhood education programs to develop early childhood character through Javanese traditional game. The research employed a research and development approach. Two categories of the subject were used for this research; direct subjects, consist of 2-4-age; and indirect subjects consisting of teacher and materials. These subjects were taken by means of purposive random sampling. The needed data were collected by means of interviews and literature reading. The analyzes showed that subjects, both from student and teachers were highly enthusiastic playing those traditional games. These traditional games had simple rules, easy to apply especially for toddler. Besides, these traditional games had moral value to build toddler’s character.  This model has been effectively proven to build toddlers’ characters successfully. Teachers actively reviewed the learning outcomes of the children and gave useful inputs for further development for them. Generally speaking, it can be infered that by using this model has resulted on the improvement of toddlers’ characters which is indicated by self-quality. Abstract

This research is aimed at finding the relationship between visual and auditory perception between towards reading readiness of the second year student of Kindergarten.This research was conducted at the East Jakarta Kindergarten At-Taqwa. The samples of the research consisted of 30 students were selected by who using simple random sampling technique was used in this research. The data were collected by using visual and auditory perception test and reading readiness test. The data of the study were analyzed by Applying multiple regression and correlation techniques. The research findings that show: there is a significant correlation between visual perception towards reading readiness of the second years of At-Taqwa Kindergarten student, East Jakarta. Abstract

This study used a qualitative descriptive method that aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the study subjects eg behavior, perception, motivation, action, and other holistically and by means of a description in the form of words and language, in a specific context naturally and by utilizing a variety of natural methods. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers and chairman of the foundation. Methods of data collection by using observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the data analysis and discussion concluded that the preparation of development programs in the School of Integral Holistic Integrative Hidayatullah Yaa Bunayya rod to provide essential services to the child so that the child can be met, in the provision of services to children of its implementation have been able to organize the development of integrative holistic early childhood education programs well or succeed in provide services to children with a holistic and integrative. School of Integral Hidayatullah Yaa Bunayya Rod trying to prepare what is needed to provide a holistic and integrative services to children, both of the facilities and infrastructure to prepare teachers who understand the needs of all children, holistic services for children. The school seeks to provide educational children in accordance with the principles of early childhood learning and in the process integrate with the values of divinity and equip the daily habit of planting Islamic character. Habituation Islamic way of life taught by role models whereas Qur'an and Hadist al is a source of inspiration in any learning process.
