Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis pengaruh Prestasi Belajar dan Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing mahasiswa. 2) Menganalisis peran Soft Skill sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Prestasi Belajar dan Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk pada kategori kuantitatif dengan pendekatan hipotesys study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kuningan dari angkatan 2011 hingga 2014 yang berjumlah 198. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling yang menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 132. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Analisis data statistik inferensial dengan path analisys menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Uji normalitas dengan Kolmogorov Smirnov, uji multikolinieritas dengan melihat nilai VIF dan Condition Index, uji heteroskedaktisitas dengan uji Glejster, dan uji autokorelasi dengan Run Test. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh langsung Prestasi Belajar terhadap Daya Saing signifikan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 14,7%. Pengaruh langsung Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing tidak signifikan. Pengaruh Soft Skill terhadap Daya Saing signifikan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 51,9%. Peran Soft Skill dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Prestasi Belajar terhadap Daya Saing tidak signifikan. Sedangkan peran Soft Skill dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung Aktivitas Berorganisasi terhadap Daya Saing signifikan dengan nilai Sobel sebesar 39,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, sebaiknya mahasiswa meningkatkan soft skill-nya dengan serius mengikuti aktivitas berorganisasi. Selanjutnya, kepada pihak pembantu Dekan bidang kemahasiswaan sebaiknya lebih giat lagi dalam mengajak dan mensosialisasikan aktivitas berorganisasi untuk meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa, karena soft skill yang meningkat akan juga meningkatkan daya saing. This study aims to: 1) Analyzing the effect of Learning Achievement and Organizational Activities toward the students Competitiveness. 2) Analyzing the role of Soft Skills as intervening variable that mediate the indirect effect of Learning Achievement and Organizational Activities toward the students Competitiveness.This Thesis was an hipotesys study with quantitative approach. Population in this study is the students of Economic Education Department, Kuningan University from 2011 to 2014 graduates. The Sampling technique used simple random sampling which resulted in a total sample of 132. The Methods of data collecting in this study used documentation and questionnaires techniques. The statistical Analysis data used path analisys with SPSS 21th version. The Normality test used the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, multicolinierity test draw on VIF and Condition Index, test of heteroskedakticity utilized Glejster, and autocorrelation test exploited Run test. The Results of this study found that the direct effect of Learning Achievement toward the students Competitiveness were significantly 14.7%. The direct effect of the Competitiveness on the Organize Activities were not significant. The Effect of Soft Skill on Competitiveness was significantly 51.9%. Soft Skill mediating role in the Competitiveness Achievement was insignificant. But, the role of mediation Soft Skills at the Competitiveness Organize Activities were significantly with 0,397 of Sobel Test.Based on these results, we recommended that students can improve their soft skills with serious long-organize. Further, to the dean of student affairs should be more active in asking and socializing Organizational Activitised to improve the soft skills of the students, because the soft skills which is increasing would also enhance the competitiveness.

Abstract

Literasi ekonomi telah menjadi bagian penting yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap manusia untuk dapat memahami dan membuat pilihan sehingga dapat mengenali dan menggunakan konsep ekonomi dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan manusia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui literasi ekonomi yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan kampus melalui motivasi belajar.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan uji secara parsial 1) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar. 2) lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar. 3) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap literasi ekonomi. 4) lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap literasi ekonomi. 5) motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap literasi ekonomi. Uji jalur 6) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap literasi ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar. 7) lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap literasi ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar. Simpulan dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara langsung dan tidak langsung lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan kampus dan motivasi belajar terhadap literasi ekonomi. Semakin baik lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan kampus akan mendorong mahasiswa untuk mencapai tujuan dalam belajar. Literacy economy has become an important part that must be possessed by every human being to be able to understand and make choices and use economic concepts in order to improve human welfare. The aims of this research was to determine economic literacy which influenced by the family environment and the campus environment through learning motivation.The research used a quantitative method. Subjects of this study were 100 students in economic education of University Gunung Jati Cirebon. Analysis of data using path analysis.The results of data analysis shows. 1) the family environment affect of the learning motivation’s. 2) the campus environment affect of the learning motivation’s. 3) the influence of family environment on the economic literacy, 4) the campus environment’s effect of the economic literacy, 5) the learning motivation’s effect on the economic literacy, test ofpath analysis 6) the influence of family environment on the economic literacy through learning motivation and 7). the campus environment’s effect of the economic literacy through learning motivation. The conclusion of this study proves that there is a positive effect of direct and indirect family environment, campus environment and learning motivation toward economic literacy. The better the family environment and the campus environment will encourage students to achieve the learning purpose.

Abstract

Sebagai remaja, siswa SMA di kota besar mudah untuk berperilaku konsumtif. Mereka ingin diakui eksisitensinya oleh lingkungannya dengan berusaha menjadi bagian dari lingkungan tersebut. Fenomena tersebut menjadi lebih menarik lagi apabila dicermati bahwa siswa SMA yang menjadi responden adalah siswa yang sudah mempelajari ilmu ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, kelompok acuan, pengetahuan ekonomi, sikap konsumen baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa SMA Negeri di kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 1767 siswa, dengan sampel 326 responden melalui metode proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan tes, sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial, yakni analisis kausalitas menggunakan Path analysis melalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap konsumen. Kelompok acuan berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap konsumen. Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku konsumsi melalui sikap konsumen. Kelompok acuan berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap konsumen. Pengetahuan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kelompok acuan, sikap konsumen dan perilaku konsumsi. Sikap konsumen berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku konsumsi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa sikap konsumen memiliki peran dalam memediasi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap perilaku konsumsi. As teenagers, high school students in a big city is easy to behave consumptive. They want to be recognized their existence by trying to become part of that environment. The phenomenon becomes even more interesting when it was noted that a high school student respondents are students who have studied economics. This study aims to determine the influence of family environment, the reference group, the knowledge economy, consumer attitudes either directly or indirectly on the consumption behavior of SMA Negeri Semarang. The population in this study of 1767 students, with a sample of 326 respondents by proportional random sampling method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and tests, while the statistical data analysis techniques through descriptive and inferential statistics, the analysis of causality using Path analysis by AMOS program. The results showed that the family environment directly influence consumer attitudes. Reference group directly influence consumer attitudes. Family environment indirect effect on consumption behavior. Reference group indirect effect on consumption behavior. Economic knowledge has no directly and indirectly impact on reference group, consumer attitudes, and consumption behavior. Consumer attitudes directly influence consumption behavior. The conclusion of this study that consumer attitudes have a role in mediating the independent variables affect consumer behavior

Abstract

Para pemasar telah mengenal empat komponen dasar atau unsur-unsur yang biasa disebut dengan 4p (product, price, promotion, dan place) yang digunakan untuk menciptakan strategi pemasaran dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara empiris peran bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediator (Studi pada Rumah makan Pondok Padi Organik di Sragen). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Rumah makan Pondok Padi Organik di Sragen pada bulan April tahun 2016 sejumlah 950 konsumen. sampel diambil sebesar 10% dari jumlah populasi, yaitu sebesar 95 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk dan harga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, distribusi dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Produk, harga, distribusi, promosi dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil path analysis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh secara langsung lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Harga merupakan variabel paling dominan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen Rumah makan Pondok Padi Organik di Sragen. The marketers have known four basic components or elements that are commonly referred to 4p (product, price, promotion, and place) that is used to create a marketing strategy to achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the role of marketing mix on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as a mediator variable (Study on Organic Rice diner cottage in Sragen). The population in this study is that consumers in the House dining lodge Organic Rice in Sragen in April 2016 a number of 950 consumers. samples were taken by 10% of the total population, which amounted to 95 respondents by random sampling technique. The results showed that the product and the price is not significant effect on customer satisfaction, distribution and promotion of significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product, price, distribution, promotion and customer satisfaction significantly influence. purchasing decisions. The results of path analysis showed that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect. Price is the most dominant variable in increasing consumer purchasing decisions Rumah Pondok Organic Rice meal in Sragen.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif disebabkan oleh keinginan pemenuhan kebutuhan yang berlebih termasuk para remaja. Siswa SMA di usia remaja seharusnya mampu mengelola keuangan yang dimilikinya secara tepat dan rasional. Rendahnya literasi keuangan berdampak pada rendahnya keinginan menabung yang berdampak pada kebiasaan belanja berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji model perilaku konsumtif dengan rasionalitas sebagai variabel intervening literasi keuangan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung literasi keuangan dan rasionalitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -48,5%, variabel rasionalitas berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -20%, variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap rasionalitas sebesar 26%, sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui rasionalitas adalah sebesar -53,7% dengan total effect sebesar -5,2%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, rasionalitas yang tinggi menurunkan perilaku konsumtif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XI Ilmu Sosial se-Kota Semarang dengan rasionalitas yang tinggi cenderung memiliki perilaku konsumtif yang rendah dan mampu memprioritaskan kebutuhannya dengan baik sehingga menekan perilaku konsumtifnya. Consumer behavior caused by excessive desire fulfillment including teenagers. High school students in their teens should be able to manage its money appropriately and rationally. The effect of low financial literacy adversely will be spending habits of excessive and make people become consumptive. The research purpose is to analyze the models of consumptive behavior with rationality as an intervening variable between financial literacy and to determine the direct effect of financial literacy and rationality on consumptive behavior. By Employing a quantitative method. By using SPSS application the study try to analyze with path analysis. The result of this study found that financial literacy influence consumptive behavior by -48.5%, rationally influence consumptive behavior by -20%, financial literacy influence rationally by 26%, while for the indirect effect of financial literacy against on consumptive behavior through rationally by -53.7% with total effect by -5.2%. The conclusion of this study, the high rationality lowering consumer behavior. This suggests that a class XI student of Social Sciences as the city of Semarang with rationality that tend to have low consumption behavior and be able to prioritize their needs so well that pressing consumptive behavior.

Abstract

History shows that education was originally held informally in the family and held informal in society. Furthermore, formal education was held also in school. Even as you are understandable, these days the world of education experienced rapid development is outstanding. Relationships Education and Economic Life very closed. In connection with the problems as questionable above, based on data obtained from various sources, Sudarja Adiwikarta (1988) concluded that a link is steady and positive between the degree of education with economic life, in the sense that the higher the degree of education the higher the degree of economic life. Education is an essential ingredient of prosperity is at once obvious and contentious. So in this research will analyze the relationship between education (number of school or facilities and school expenditure) and economic growth (GDP). In this research will focused on high school. The reason to choose education because education reflects the country development index especially also in the economic growth.This research will used quantitative research. Data collection method in this research is documentation. Data collection from 1990-2015 from World Bank for data Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Technique analysis data used is normality test, regression model, and correlation analysis, also descriptive analysis. The decsriptive analysis method is a method that describe mean, minimum value, maximum value, and standard deviation.The result showed that there is relationship between education expenditure and GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, this can be seen from the significant value lower than 0,05 so the hypothesis accepted. Another result showed that there is relationship between number of high school and GDP in Indonesia. This can be seen from the significant value lower than 0,05 so the hypothesis accepted. Suggestion for further research is to add another variables that affecting GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, such as employment rate, inflation rate.

Abstract

Global financial crisis of 2008 led to slowdown of economic growth followed by the decline of global trade volume in the following year. This would have a negative impact on the reduction of production capacity that could trigger a surge of unemployment rate. In a economy if economic growth increases, government spending will also increased. In Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, economic growth that indicated by GDP is different each others, so it will be interesting to analyze the relationship between government expenditure and economic growth.The population in this study are the data for government expenditure, HDI and GDP. While the sample is variable data for government expenditure, HDI and GDP during the research period, namely 1990-2015. Data collection techniques in this research is the method of documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis to the equation. The model used are secondary data with regression analysis with classic assumption, that are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test. The result of this study showed that there is impact of government expenditure on GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. This can be seen from the p-value or significant value that is lower than 0,05 so the hypothesis accepted. Another result showed that there is impact of economic growth on GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. This can be seen from the p-value or significant value that is lower than 0,05 so the hypothesis accepted.Suggestions of this research as follows: For the government, can pay attention on givernment expenditure and economic growth because based on this research affecting GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. For further research, can add another variables that affecting GDP, such as interest rates, kurs, etc.

Abstract

Economic growth refers to the development of a country's economic activity is causing the goods and services produced within the community to grow and increase the prosperity of the community in the long term. The economic growth is one of the indicators used to assess the success of development. In the actual economic activity, economic growth showed the physical economic development taking place in a country, such as increasing the number and production of industrial goods, development of infrastructure, increase the number of public facilities such as schools, hospitals, roads, development of manufacturing goods, and so on. In principle, not all of the negative impact of inflation on the economy. Especially in case of mild inflation are inflation below ten percent. The inflation rate is the annual percentage increase in the general price level as measured by the consumer price index. The relationship between economic growth and macroeconomic indicators has long been a popular issue of debate in the literature of economic development. In this content, the primary purpose of this research is to analyze macroeconomic indicators of Indonesia and economic growth using panel data approach. To compare with another countries in developing countries so will use Malaysia and Singapore. Also in this research will analyze the relationship between inflation and interest rate with economic growth because inflation and interest rate closely related to macro economy and economic growth in a country.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi konveksi di Kabupaten Batang. Ada 75 Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) konveksi itu sampel dengan accidental sampling. analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menentukan produksi UKM konveksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah tenaga kerja, bahan baku, dan tingkat pendidikan telah positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap produksi UKM konveksi. Sedangkan peralatan, usia dan pengalaman tidak mempengaruhi produksi UKM konveksi di daerah penelitian ini. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the production of convection in Batang regency. There are 75 Small Medium Enterprise (SME) convection were sampled with accidental sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the production of SME convection. The results showed that the variable the number of labor, raw materials, and educational level have positively and significantly effect to the production of SMEs convection. While the equipment, age and experience do not affect the production of SMEs convection in this study area.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif adalah kegiatan konsumsi yang tidak didasarkan pada kebutuhan tetapi pada keinginan dan kepuasan semata. Perilaku konsumtif mulai muncul ketika terjadi perubahan pada pola perilaku konsumsi, yaitu menjadi perilaku konsumsi yang tidak rasional atau hanya karena faktor emosional. Secara teoritis perilaku konsumtif dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya, social, pribadi dan psikologi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga, teman sebaya, pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui litearsi keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FEB Unisbank Semarang dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 25,6% (2) Teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 34,7% (3) Pengendalian diri berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 16,1% (4) Pengaruh total lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 0,85% (5) Pengaruh total teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 17,94% (6) Pengaruh total pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -11,21% (7) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 31,3%.
