Abstract

This research develops the Alker and Salker distribution information system for supply chain management using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This system aims to overcome the problem of monitoring stock in area and central warehouses, as well as improving the efficiency of goods distribution from the center to the area. In this research, observation, interviews and literature study methods were used to collect data, while Fishbone diagrams were used to analyze problems. The application development process involves several stages, starting from requirements planning, design workshops, to system implementation and testing. This system is designed using UML to describe use cases and activity diagrams, and is equipped with an intuitive user interface. System testing is carried out using the White Box method, which tests various logic paths in the application to ensure that no errors occur. The research results show that the application developed is able to increase the efficiency of supply chain management by providing accurate stock information and facilitating the management of transactions between warehouses. With this system, companies can minimize errors in stock management and ensure the distribution of goods runs smoothly. The implementation of this system is expected to increase the company's operational productivity and efficiency, especially in the management of Alker and Salker. This research contributes to the literature regarding the use of RAD in the development of supply chain information systems and provides practical solutions to goods distribution problems in companies.. Keywords : Supply Chain Management; Rapid Application Development (RAD); JavaScript; MySQL Abstrak   Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi distribusi Alker dan Salker untuk manajemen rantai pasokan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah pemantauan stok di gudang area dan pusat, serta memperbaiki efisiensi distribusi barang dari pusat ke area. Dalam penelitian ini, metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, sementara diagram Fishbone digunakan untuk menganalisis permasalahan. Proses pengembangan aplikasi melibatkan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari perencanaan kebutuhan, workshop desain, hingga implementasi dan uji coba sistem. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan UML untuk menggambarkan use case dan activity diagram, serta dilengkapi dengan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode White Box, yang menguji berbagai jalur logika dalam aplikasi untuk memastikan tidak ada kesalahan yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen rantai pasokan dengan menyediakan informasi stok yang akurat dan memfasilitasi pengelolaan transaksi antar gudang. Dengan sistem ini, perusahaan dapat meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pengelolaan stok dan memastikan distribusi barang berjalan dengan lancar. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, khususnya dalam pengelolaan Alker dan Salker. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur mengenai penggunaan RAD dalam pengembangan sistem informasi rantai pasokan dan memberikan solusi praktis untuk masalah distribusi barang di perusahaan. Keywords : Supply Chain Management; Rapid Application Development (RAD)

Abstract

Digital education is one of the important components in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia. However, the main challenge arises when elementary school students tend to spend more time playing than studying. To overcome this, the development of a gamification-based Digital Learning System (DLS) can be an effective solution. DLS allows students to learn independently and interactively with the support of digital technology, while gamification offers game elements that make the learning process more interesting and enjoyable. In English learning, gamification-based DLS helps students develop vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills in a fun and structured way. Through the application of challenges, rewards, and levels, students are invited to be actively involved in learning, increasing their motivation and learning outcomes. This DLS is not only relevant to the needs of elementary school children who like games, but also supports the achievement of the objectives of the Independent Curriculum, which focuses on flexibility and contextualization of education. This abstract highlights the importance of gamification-based DLS as an interesting and effective English learning innovation for elementary school students in the digital era.

Abstract

Accreditation serves in order to guarantee the quality of study programs and Higher Education externally to protect student and public interest, also to determine feasibility of study programs and Higher Education based on criteria that refer to national standards of Higher Education. However, the implementation of accreditation in Mercubuana University currently is still using manual process from the preparation, arrangement, monitoring, and vitalization process as well. Therefore, this thesis will propose the accreditation system which is expected to be able to provide ease of use in terms of time efficiency and effectiveness for all elements such as: Rector, vice rector, deans, vice deans, heads of program, vice heads of program, and lecturers in designing study program accreditation as well as Higher education accreditation. This system was created by using RAD (Rapid Application Development) model with stages of business modelling, data modelling, process modelling, application creating, assessing, and replacing. This system also created by using UML (Unified Modelling language) method with details of use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. The test results from the process that has been tested by using the black box method can be concluded that the system is running well and as expected.

Abstract

According to the Indonesian Minister of Health in 2010, the age limit for adolescents is between 10 to 19 years old and unmarried. Meanwhile, according to BKKBN, the age limit for adolescents is 10 – 21 years old (Ministry of Health, 2010). [1]. The purpose of the study is to produce a grouping of BMI values in adolescent posyandu in the UPTD Pengaringan Health Center and adolescent posyandu in the UPTD Pengaringan Health Center. Based on observations to the research places of the UPTD Pengaringan Inpatient Health Center and the Youth Posyandu in the area of the UPTD Pengaringan Inpatient Health Center. Where to determine BMI is still calculated by excel and the data has not been neatly arranged. Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is an assistance program from the government for school-age children whose parents are less able to provide cash assistance as indicated by the existence of a Smart Indonesia Card (KIP). However, this program at Minnatul Huda Integrated Islamic Vocational School is still felt to be not on target in determining potential beneficiaries because it is not only from poor families who receive it and this causes injustice to students who meet the criteria for receiving PIP assistance. By making purchases using a decision support system, it is hoped that it will help reduce inaccuracies in selecting prospective beneficiaries. The Decision Support System in this study applies the Waterfall system development method and the appropriate Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to calculate the ranking of potential recipients of PIP assistance and uses the Rank Order Centrooid (ROC) method for weighting each rank according to its importance. This system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, namely Use Case Diagrams, Use Case Scenario Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, the programming language uses PHP, CodeIgniter Framework, and MySQL database. The features available in the system include the user can only see the final result data and print the final result, while the admin can manage criteria data, sub-criteria, alternatives, and assessments, and can view calculations and final results, the admin can also print the final results and manage user data and profile data. The results of the calculation process obtained alternative values that have the highest to lowest values as determinants of PIP assistance recipients. The research conducted resulted in the Agisna Billah Nurzaman Alternative as the Alternative with the highest score and the Iyah Saadah Alternative as the Alternative with the lowest score. Abstract

As a hospital that implements the SIMRS system and technology (Hospital Management Information System) that supports hospital management so as to create optimal service. For this reason, all support will certainly require a secure information and communication technology and has become a major requirement, including in terms of processing information and exchanging information. Atma Jaya Hospital already has computer network technology that supports employees' needs for data access through computer networks. However, the computer network technology currently owned cannot be utilized optimally by the hospital, so that the safety of accessing data from outside the hospital is not guaranteed by both doctors and employees. The current condition is that access to data from outside the hospital uses third-party applications, whose history cannot be known and is not deactivated. By maximizing the existing Fortigate in the hospital network infrastructure, we implemented a VPN with the IPSec method to access hospital data for doctors and employees, so that it can be more calm and guaranteed security from both the hospital and doctor or employee sides.

Abstract

Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) is one of the new airports located in Kulonprogo Regency. Access to the airport is still relatively difficult to reach by public transportation. An informative application is needed to assist prospective passengers in providing information. Therefore, an application based on artificial intelligence is made that is able to provide information and recommendations for vehicle rental places according to the vehicles that people want to use. This application will make it easier for visitors to take sightseeing trips to the area around the Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) airport. This application utilizes the Simple Hill Climbing method, in utilizing the Simple Hill Climbing method the community will get information on the distance from the airport to the nearest to the furthest vehicle rental place. In the test results using the Black Box method goes according to the main design of the application and based on community assessments it shows that it is very effective to use with a success rate of 90% from the community's assessment as users.

Abstract

Secara singkatnya, aplikasi ini merupakan Alkitab Elektronik berbahasa Simalungun yang bisa di unduh di App store atau Play Store yang digunakan jemaat GKPS dalam peribadahannya. Dalam penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengukur, membantu serta menguji  tingkat kepuasan Jemaat GKPS selaku pengguna aplikasi Bibel Doding Simalungun dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire. Populasi pada penelitian kali ini berfokus pada jemaat GKPS dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia seperti Simalungun (daerah asal) dan Jabodetabek sekitarnya dengan mengambil 44 sampel dengan menggunakan google kuesioner. Pada penelitian dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire.  Metode ini memiliki 26 pertanyaan yang menjadi indikasi puas tidaknya pengguna. Selain itu User Experience Questionnaire memiliki skala penilaian dari ialah 7 yang mana kemudian akan di ubad oleh UEQ Tools menjadi skala mulai dari (-3) sampai 3. Abstract

Lack of interest in learning is one of the obstacles experienced by students that can affect learning power and cause students' ability to capture learning material to be hampered. Calculus is one of the subjects that is considered quite difficult due to the lack of interest in learning and the lack of basic knowledge of this course. Visual novel is a game genre that focuses on the interaction between characters and the story of the game in which it is possible for branching of stories to occur and also mini games which in this study use quizzes. Fuzzy Mamdani algorithm that can change input parameters in the form of fuzzy values into a solution can be applied to visual novels to determine the route of the story in the game. The development of the game using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) and is made using the Unity game engine. The implementation of the fuzzy Mamdani algorithm to determine the route of the game is implemented in two parts, calculating the final value of the chapter with the parameters obtained when the user takes the quiz – the number of correct answers and processing time to determine the storyline at the end of the chapter –  and determination of the final value of the game –   using parameters of the average value of chapter result and accumulation of additional questions that can be answered correctly by the user. The comapred results between manual and program calculation shows the same result.
