Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Husein Widiya secara kreatif menggambarkan libido sebagai sumber energi kreatif dalam karyanya. Dengan menggunakan teori kepribadian Sigmund Freud sebagai kerangka teoritis, yang menggambarkan konsep id, ego, dan superego sebagai komponen utama dalam perilaku manusia, termasuk libido sebagai bagian dari id. Libido seksual, menurut Sinurya merupakan dorongan untuk mencapai kepuasan seksual dan minat terhadap seks. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk menjalankan kajian terhadap kreativitas dalam karya sastra yang mengeksplorasi tema libido. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk memberikan deskripsi dan penggambaran yang jelas terhadap data yang terkumpul. Objek penelitian adalah teks puisi dari buku "Penyair Jalang" karya Husein Widiya, khususnya pada subbab Eros, Asmaragama, Jalang, dan Nonsens. Data yang diperoleh dari buku puisi ini dianalisis dengan membaca secara berulang, mengidentifikasi, memilih, dan mengklasifikasikan baris-baris yang mengandung unsur libido seksual. Baris-baris tersebut kemudian diinterpretasi dan dilengkapi dengan bukti kutipan untuk mendukung analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Husein Widiya menciptakan puisi-puisi yang mengandung unsur libido seksual, seperti deskripsi kegiatan masturbasi, hubungan seksual, atau bahkan penggunaan kata-kata yang merujuk pada bagian tubuh dan organ reproduksi manusia. Dengan demikian, kajian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana libido dapat menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi pengarang dalam menciptakan karya sastra yang kreatif dan beragam.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how marketing information systems, digital marketing, and market orientation influence competitive advantage. The method used in this research is quantitative research using literature study or library research methods. The data in this research comes from several national and international journals obtained through trusted platforms such as Science Direct, nelite, scholar, and textbooks or handbooks. The results of this research show that marketing information systems have a positive influence on competitive advantage. Digital marketing, such as online marketing, has a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. Market orientation has a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage

Abstract

Secara teoritis, artikel yang dibuat ini ditujukan untuk menambah wawasan agar dapat mengimplementasikan niali-nilai pancasila dalam penggunaan sosial media sebagai upaya pencegahan tindakan cyber bullying. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara metode studi literatur yang berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu kondisi atau fenomena berdasarkan pengumpulan data sekaligus kajian pustaka yang diambil dari berbagai macam sumber seperti buku, artikel, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya. Setelah melakukan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial menjadi satu kewajiban dan juga tanggung jawab semua warga negara Indonesia supaya menumbuhkan aspek sosial dan kemanusiaan sehingga dapat berkomunikasi sekaligus berinteraksi yang berpedoman pada nilai-nilai sosial yang ada dalam pancasila. Mengoptimalkan perilaku etika berinternet serta peran orang tua lebih intensif, pihak berwenang rutin mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi sekaligus penyuluhan anti bullying, dan juga organisasi sosial merupakan cara mencegah tindakan bullying di media media sosial. Pembentukan karakter anak menjadi salah satu faktor utama sebagai pengendalian diri sendiri dari tindakan cyber bullying. Selain itu juga, edukasi atau pemahaman yang baik mengenai cyber bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure and function of the Pamujan Palace building, Keraton Gunung Kawi, Malang Regency. The object of this research is the form and function of the Sanggar Pamujan building, the tallest building in the Gunung Kawi Palace. The theory used to analyze is the theory of structuralism. Structuralism theory is a theory that studies and understands the subconscious mind of humans living their lives with myths to find out the relationship and function with cultural structures. This research method uses descriptive qualitative which describes and interprets the meaning of the data that has been collected and then studied and understood so as to obtain general and comprehensive conclusions. The data are in the form of interview words from the caretaker and supporting documentation data. The collected data is then analyzed, interpreted. The result is a triangular mountain which means a place that is considered sacred from the realm of life to death. The two statues in the form of a sembrani horse mean a vehicle to heaven. The three square shapes of the building mean that the five pancer sedulur papat are the four corners of the winds with the elements of water, fire, wind, and earth to protect from negative things. Its functions are, Chess boarding four levels of human life in the phase of leaving the world, Tri Hita Karana the concept of connecting with God for happiness and peace, and Astanga Yoga a way of connecting with God through meditation on physical and spiritual control with God.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of seaweed (Eucheuheuma denticulatum) marketing in Napa Village, Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency. The population concerned by this research is made up of seaweed producers and traders. The sampling method for farmers uses the simple random sampling method, while marketers use snowball sampling. The number of samples taken by farmers is 12 people, collectors are 3 people. The data collected comes in the form of marketing channels, sales volume, prices for each marketer, and marketing costs. The data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive data, marketing margins and marketing effectiveness. Based on the results of the study, the marketing channel in Napa Village, Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency was efficient.

Abstract

Technology plays a very important role in a business, one of which is Artificial Intelligence (AI). This research was conducted to determine the impact of AI on business innovation and the challenges faced in its implementation. This research is carried out using the Literature Review method. Data in this research is collected through various electronic media. The findings in this study are AI can automate routine tasks, increase accuracy and efficiency, and provide in-depth data analysis. Although AI replaces many human analytical skills, the need for intuitive and empathetic abilities is increasing. This shows the importance of a new approach in human-machine interaction, where AI and human skills work synergistically to provide optimal service. But in its implementation, AI has obstacles such as costs, privacy, quality of human resources, and legal regulations. Overall it can be underlined that Artificial Intelligence (AI) affects the business of business.

Abstract

Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is decompensated acquired hemolysis caused by the body's immune system working against its own red blood cell antigens. A 40-year-old female patient came to the emergency room with complaints of black stools like tar, her eyes looked yellow, her body felt weak and she had a headache that had been felt for 5 days before she was admitted to hospital. The patient had a similar complaint which was felt approximately 4 years ago. On physical examination of the eyes, anemic conjunctiva and icteric sclera were found. On abdominal examination, grade 1-2 splenomegaly was found. Laboratory examination revealed a decrease in the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets and an increase in the number of SGPT, SGOT, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin. On examination of the peripheral blood images, mild anisocytosis, polychromasis and thrombocytopenia were found. Treatment for these patients is by using corticosteroids.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian produksi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah literature review, data dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan analisis pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan judul yang sama. yaitu terkait dengan Pengaruh Kedisiplinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja terhdap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, nilai ? value sig < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 yang berarti Kedisiplinan dan Lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian produksi.

Abstract

Lack of interest in learning is one of the obstacles experienced by students that can affect learning power and cause students' ability to capture learning material to be hampered. Calculus is one of the subjects that is considered quite difficult due to the lack of interest in learning and the lack of basic knowledge of this course. Visual novel is a game genre that focuses on the interaction between characters and the story of the game in which it is possible for branching of stories to occur and also mini games which in this study use quizzes. Fuzzy Mamdani algorithm that can change input parameters in the form of fuzzy values into a solution can be applied to visual novels to determine the route of the story in the game. The development of the game using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) and is made using the Unity game engine. The implementation of the fuzzy Mamdani algorithm to determine the route of the game is implemented in two parts, calculating the final value of the chapter with the parameters obtained when the user takes the quiz – the number of correct answers and processing time to determine the storyline at the end of the chapter –  and determination of the final value of the game –   using parameters of the average value of chapter result and accumulation of additional questions that can be answered correctly by the user. The comapred results between manual and program calculation shows the same result.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a condition where blood pressure exceeds normal limits, namely systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg on repeated examinations. Hypertension, commonly known as high blood pressure, is caused by abnormalities in the blood arteries, preventing oxygen and nutrients from reaching the body's tissues. As an alternative treatment, the combination of Benson relaxation therapy and lavender aromatherapy has similarities in the mechanism of action, as seen in how the Benson relaxation technique works, namely focusing on specific words or sentences that are repeated repeatedly with a regular rhythm accompanied by an attitude of surrender to God Almighty while drawing deep breaths. While lavender aromatherapy works on both the physical and emotional levels, it can also help to lower anxiety, high blood pressure, heart rate, and stress. Lavender also stimulates the production of the hormones melatonin and serotonin. Aromatherapy can be used in a variety of methods, such as steam, inhalation, and compresses. Purpose : the aim of this study was to determine whether there is a combination effect of Benson relaxation therapy and lavender aromatherapy on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertension at Madurejo Public Health Center in Pangkalan Bun. Methods: This type of quasi-experimental research used a one-group pre-test and post-test design with a sample of 30 respondents and purposive sampling. Blood pressure measurement using a tensimeter and an observation sheet using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed that the blood pressure of hypertension sufferers pre-tested in category 1 was mild at 33.3%, moderate at 56.7%, and severe at 10.0%. The results of the level of type 2 diabetes mellitus post-test were in the good category (83.7%) and sufficient (16.3%). The Wilcoxon test results obtained a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: There is an effect of a combination of Benson relaxation therapy and lavender aromatherapy on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertension at Madurejo Public Health Center, Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan.
