Abstract

PT Cheger Motor merupakan perusahaan dealer yang berlokasi di daerah Tangerang Selatan yang melayani service dan penjualan unit sepeda motor khususnya sepeda motor bermerek Honda. PT Cheger Motor masih kesulitan dalam mengatur bisnisnya, terutama dalam pengolahan data penjualan. selain. Hal ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah diantaranya penumpukan unit sepeda motor, yang diakibatkan kurang tepatnya dalam meramalkan penyediaan unit sepeda motor untuk periode berikutnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuatkan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan dapat membantu melakukan proses pembelian unit dan peramalan untuk pembelian mendatang. Langkah-langkah pengelolaanya yaitu mengumpulkan data penjualan sepeda motor, ploting data, dan menentukan metode perhitungan yang sesuai. Penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk menyelesaikan masalah pembelian stock sepeda motor yang nantinya akan dijual dengan menggunakan Metode peramalan. Penerapan Metode Time Series Exponential Smoothing implementasikan ploting data penjualan unit sepeda motor Honda di PT Cheger. Hasil analisis dengan Metode Exponential Smoothing menunjukan bahwa didapati ada 3 jenis motor dengan nilai error yang kecil yaitu diatas 50% yaitu Beat Deluxe sebesar 55,26%, Beat CBS Sporty Fi sebesar 60,93% dan Scoopy Fi Sporty 52,86%. Hasil dari perhitungan membantu mengurangi keterlambatan atau kesalahan pada stok barang dan perusahaan dapat melakukan pembelian dengan tepat.

Abstract

Electric Vehicles (EVs) adoption is emerging especially electric motorcycles due to their lower price. Research has shown that the majority of people have positive sentiments towards EVs but most of the sentiments were from people who did not already own or use EVs, but rather from people who reacted / commented towards a product that is recently being launched/announced. This research aims to evaluate users’ opinions regarding the positive and negative aspects of electric motorcycles they had purchased / used. This information will be beneficial for the manufacturers and marketers as an evaluation for their products; and it is also beneficial for prospective buyers as a buying consideration. This research uses Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis applied on 844 electric motorcycles review data from www.bikewale.com website. Results showed that the notable positive sentiments are related to smooth riding experience and low maintenance. Whereas notable negative sentiments are related to poor build quality and product malfunctions. The other aspects of electric motorcycles received mixed sentiments such as related to vehicle speed and customer service. The research findings, limitations, and future research direction are discussed.

Abstract

Auto2000 BP Sunter is one of the companies in the automotive sector. Its attendance system still uses cards to record the daily presence of its workers. Based on these, an information system for managing the presence of workers is developed. This information system uses using android-based GPS Camera, that records the presence of workers, easily finding historical data to be assessed, evaluated, or analyzed. The developing system method used in this writing is the Waterfall method, with Javascript as the tool for programming with react-native framework, and Firebase as the tool for managing the database. In modeling the system, a diversity of diagrams in UML is used. ERD is also used for designing the database. With this Android-based GPS camera for presence information system, Auto2000 BP Sunter has been made easy to manage their data of employee attendance.

Abstract

P PT Astra Otoparts Tbk Divisi Nusametal is a company operating in the automotive industry. This company produces four-wheeled vehicle components, two-wheeled vehicle parts, and other automotive components made from aluminum materials. In the painting process, there is a quality inspection of the products divided into FG (Finish Good) and NG (Not Good) products. The use of technology can be very helpful in quality control, especially in the painting process. In the painting process, rejects often occur on automotive components. Each reject has different symptoms and causes, so the solution to address each reject is also different. Knowledge about solutions to address rejections is only possessed by the engineering team on the second shift, so handling can be delayed by 1 day and the painting process will be halted. The variables used are 13 symptoms and 51 causes. In this study, the use of the Forward Chaining method in the expert system can analyze reject symptoms and reject causes, allowing operators to identify the type of reject and fix the reject results without having to wait for engineering in the second shift. This way, repairs can be done in just 30-60 minutes, and operators can independently resolve 80% of painting reject issues while the painting process continues.

Abstract

Used passenger cars are an attractive alternative for consumers because they offer more economical prices than new cars, while still maintaining competitive quality. However, the large selection of used cars with various criteria often makes it difficult for prospective buyers to make the right choice. This research was conducted to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to help prospective buyers choose a used car based on several criteria, namely price, engine capacity, mileage (kilometers), and seating capacity. The data used is used car sales data. T In addition, data visualization through Tableau is also used to provide a clearer and more easily understood information representation for Sentosa Motor. The analysis results show that the SAW method is able to produce objective and accurate recommendations, thus helping prospective Sentosa Motor buyers determine the used car that best suits their needs and preferences

Abstract

PT. Ganding Toolsindo is an automotive stamping parts company that has been established since 1998. This design is illustrated by conducting research at the kruing plant which is placed in the production division to assist the audit process at first and collect customer data, then get a mandate from the managerial to create an information system that is integration and innovation in the area of return and use of dies. Then look for accurate data with various methods so that the implementation of this system goes well, on this occasion the design was made with the concept of a dies locator information system that tracks the existence of dies for production and contains the identity of dies data in the production process. The problem that occurs is that the operator often places the dies not according to the existing shelves and in the end the dies become unorganized and neat when the production process is running. The method of developing this system is to use SDLC (system development life cycle), namely Waterfall. This information system uses mysql and codeigniter, then to run this system using xampp. The whole of this information system is about tracking the dies whether they are in production or on the shelf, if they are being repaired, the status of the dies will change as well as the status of the dies when they are being used in production. In this system feature there are customer data, part data, shelf data, user data and the duration of use of the dies. In the end, this system generates a report to the production supervisor to be seen and in what dies data is being used in production so that there will be no more misplaced shelves.

Abstract

United Parcel Service (UPS) merupakan salah satu perusahaan global yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman barang keluar negeri (export-Import) menggunakan moda transportasi udara. UPS adalah pemimpin global dalam logistik, menawarkan banyak sekali solusi termasuk pengangkutan paket dan pengapalan, fasilitasi perdagangan internasional, dan penggunaan teknologi maju untuk mengelola dunia bisnis secara lebih efisien. Berdasarkan data yang dikeluarkan BPS mengenai jumlah ekspor-impor di Indonesia membuat banyak perusahaan freight forwarder, yang berskala nasional maupun internasional berdiri di Indonesia. Freight forwarder adalah perusahaan yang menjadi perantara antara pengirim barang (shipper) dan penerima barang (consignee). Sesuai dengan regulasi dari Negara Indonesia, UPS bekerjasama dengan PT Cardig mendirikan PT UPS Cardig International untuk mengakomodir kegiatan eksport-import yang ada di Indonesia. PT UPS Cardig International (UCI) dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operationalnya menggunakan e-logistic. Mulai dari pengiriman eksport sampai import selalu terintegrasi dengan sistem e-logistic. Penggunaan sistem ini tentu tidak terlepas dari masalah eror, perubahan system dan perubahan regulasi pemerintah. Masalah itu bisa hadir dari internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk membantu dan mencoba memberikan solusi strategi kepada PT UPS Cardig International (UCI). Abstract

Semakin lama jumlah kendaraan bermotor terus bertambah. Hal ini disebabkan karena meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan kendaraan sebagai sarana transportasi. Pengguna sepeda motor di Jakarta sudah menjamur, hampir disetiap rumah orang-orang minimal mempunyai 1 sepeda motor. Masyarakat Indonesia terutama di Jakarta jarang yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk merawat kendaraan bermotor (service atau perbaikan). Selain itu masyarakat Jakarta juga banyak disibukkan dengan kegiatan sehari-hari, sehingga tidak dapat merawat kendaraan bermotor sendiri. Sehingga masyarakat di Jakarta sangat membutuhkan jasa bengkel.Aplikasi Location Based Service memakai arsitektur client server. Pada apilkasi ini terdapat peta yang akan menunjukan lokasi bengkel, rute menuju bengkel dan tarif harga untuk service sepeda motor. uji coba aplikasi dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu uji coba program serta uji coba kompatibilitas. Uji coba dilakukan pada emulator dan perangkat android.

Abstract: PT Lion Air is one of the companies engaged in the field of aviation services and is one of the cheapest and largest airline companies in Indonesia. In recording and processing the assets of PT Lion Air assets, it still uses a manual system, data is input manually. In this manual process, there are often problems in its implementation, namely the frequent occurrence of the process of requesting assets, often the loss of request documents and the difficulty of understanding the demand and data collection of assets. In this research a website-based asset information system will be created. There is also the purpose of making web-based applications so that staff who wish to submit assets can go through the web, and approval from leaders can go online without having to meet directly with the leadership. This will facilitate the staff in submitting assets. In developing the information system for asset submission using HTML, PHP and MySQL as data storage media. After going through the stages in accordance with the chosen development method, the implementation of this asset system has no further system testing, namely alpha testing, where this test uses a black box testing method that focuses on the functional requirements of the software. After alpha testing, it can be concluded that the functional system has been able to produce the expected output, with a website display that is quite interactive and makes it easy for staff to process data and request assetsKeywords: Information System Design, Asset Request, PT Lion Air.

Abstract

AbstractVocational education or also called vocational education is education that is special (specialized) which includes all types of work. Vocational education is not limited to education that only focuses on skills guidance. But actually vocational education is also concerned with the mentality, values, and attitudes of the community (students).  Students who have finished field practice will be given a score in the form of a piece of paper and the score will be given to the field practice supervisor at the STMI Polytechnic. This activity creates risks because students can commit fraud, students can be careless and so on, which makes the value can be changed, damaged and lost does not reach the supervisor at the STMI Polytechnic. From the problems above, the most appropriate thing to do is to connect directly between the field supervisor and the supervisor at the STMI Polytechnic with an assessment system. The purpose of making this system is to reduce cheating and careless acts of students who make replaced or damaged grades. In making this system the author uses VB macro tools and Cloud itself. The system development method used is SDLC. The system development method is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method or often referred to as the waterfall approach. This method allows for departmentalization and control. the process of developing the model phase one by one, so as to minimize errors that might occur. Keywords: PKL Value, Macro VB,S DLC.
