Abstract

Produktivitas padi di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan nasional yang terus meningkat. Kabupaten Aceh Utara, sebagai salah satu sentra produksi padi di Provinsi Aceh, menunjukkan variasi produktivitas antar wilayah yang mengindikasikan adanya ketidakefisienan dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi spasial produktivitas padi dan efisiensi penggunaan lahan berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder yang mencakup produktivitas padi tingkat kecamatan, karakteristik lahan, topografi, curah hujan, serta citra satelit untuk analisis kondisi vegetasi, yang diolah melalui pemetaan tematik dan overlay spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi produktivitas padi dipengaruhi terutama oleh kondisi biofisik lahan, khususnya jenis tanah dan topografi, dimana wilayah dengan tanah aluvial dan topografi datar cenderung memiliki produktivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan lahan yang lebih tinggi. Pendekatan SIG memungkinkan identifikasi zona prioritas optimalisasi produktivitas padi secara spasial dan terukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lingkungan tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat produktivitas padi, dan analisis spasial melalui SIG dapat memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat untuk perencanaan pertanian yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Determining the appropriate fertilizer type is essential for supporting rice plant growth and optimizing agricultural productivity. However, conventional fertilization practices still rely heavily on empirical judgment and often neglect dynamic soil and plant growth characteristics. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of several machine learning classification models for fertilizer type determination in rice cultivation. The study employed a computational experimental approach adapted from the CRISP-DM framework using a dataset of 480 records consisting of soil and rice growth parameters, including Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), soil pH, moisture, and plant height. Five classification algorithms were evaluated, namely Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest. Model performance was assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, combined with Stratified k-Fold Cross Validation. The results showed that Random Forest achieved the best performance with an accuracy of 95.83%, precision of 95.54%, recall of 95.12%, and F1-score of 95.33%. These findings indicate that ensemble learning methods are more effective in handling heterogeneous and multivariable agricultural data than conventional classification approaches. This study contributes to the development of machine learning-based classification analysis for more accurate and data-driven fertilizer determination in rice cultivation.

Abstract

Jeruk keprok atau jeruk mandarin merupakan sebuah jeruk yang dapat tumbuh di daerah tropis dan subtropis. Penyebaran jeruk keprok di Indonesia terdapat di beberapa daerah dataran tinggi salah satunya jeruk keprok banyak di temukan di provinsi Aceh yang meliputi Kabupaten Bener Meriah dan Kabupaten Tengah. Saat ini keberadaan jeruk keprok gayo ini nyaris saja terlupakan karna banyak nya habitat jeruk keprok yang sudah mulai punah. Melihat kondisi di atas Karakteristik tanaman jeruk kerpok perlu dilakukan hal ini guna menyelamatkan genetik karakter dari pada jeruk keprok (Citrus reticulata L) di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Provinsi Aceh yang meliputi Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan Bener Meuriah. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini di mulai bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2024. penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 tahap. Tahap pertama adalah eksplorasi tanaman, tahap kedua yaitu identifikasi morfologi tanaman jeruk keprok lokal Aceh. Hasil penelitian di temukan karakter morfologi bentuk daun jeruk keprok (Citrus reticulata L) Aceh bedasarkan kuantitatif panjang dan lebar. Helai daunya tidak ditemukan perbedaan bentuk pada dua lokasi Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan Kabupaten Bener Meuriah. Lebar daun berkisar 3.3 cm dan panang helainyan daunya berkisar 8,5 sampai dengan 10.08 cm. Daun ditemukan ada dua bentuk yaitu elliptic dan lanceolate, sementara yang dominan adalah bentuk lanceolate.

Abstract

Flood disasters not only cause physical damage but also have significant psychological impacts on children as one of the most vulnerable groups. Children in Gampong Meunasah Lhok, North Aceh Regency, experienced various post-disaster psychosocial problems, including anxiety, fear, social withdrawal, and decreased self-confidence. This community service program aimed to enhance children's resilience after flooding through the implementation of the Children's Adaptive Resilience Enhancement (CARE) model integrated with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The program involved children, village officials, parents, and community leaders through four sequential stages. The activities began with Connect & Comfort, which focused on building emotional connections and creating a sense of safety, followed by Expressive Arts & Assessment through expressive art therapy and psychological assessment. The next stage, Reframing & Narrative Storytelling, encouraged children to reframe their traumatic experiences through storytelling, while the final stage, Education for Disaster Preparedness, provided disaster preparedness education to strengthen children's adaptive resilience. The results demonstrated positive improvements in the children's psychosocial condition, as reflected by their increased ability to express emotions, restored self-confidence, greater participation in group activities, and improved knowledge of disaster preparedness.

Abstract

Food access vulnerability among certain community groups requires stronger social awareness and community participation in food provision. This community service program aimed to describe the implementation and outcomes of the Dapur Mustikarasa Ramadhan 2026 Program in strengthening food solidarity through the empowerment of mosque kitchens and volunteer participation in Aceh. The program employed a participatory approach involving 14 mosque kitchens across four areas: Aceh Tamiang, North Aceh, Banda Aceh, and Langsa. Activities included preparation, organization, food processing, hygiene and sanitation practices, packaging, distribution, documentation, and evaluation, organized through the 5M principle: collecting, preparing, processing, serving, and distributing. The results showed that the mosque kitchen network functioned as a basis for organizing food activities, while volunteers and community members participated in food preparation, processing, packaging, and distribution. The program targeted the provision of 3,400 iftar meal packages through 14 mosque kitchens. These outcomes indicate that mosque kitchens and volunteer networks can be mobilized as community assets for organizing collective food initiatives during Ramadhan. The program highlights the importance of integrating local facilities, community participation, and social care in developing community-based food initiatives.
