Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe berada dipesisir laut yang di pisahi dengan sungai Cunda danmemiliki sejumlah tambak ikan dan udang disekitar sungai. Gampong Pusong Lama adalah salah satu desayang berada di pesisir kota Lhokseumawe, dan rata-rata penduduk Desa Pusong Lama adalah Nelayan.Sebahagian besar nelayan masih menggunakan alat tangkapan tradisonal sehingga pendapatan nelayan masihbelum optimal, dikarenakan hasil tangkapan dipengaruhi oleh cuaca. Mengingat kondisi semacam ini, perluadanya suatu usaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan memerlukan mitra untuk menciptakan ipteks,bimbingan dan pemberian modal usaha. Untuk itu, perancangan teknologi keramba jaring apunguntukbudidaya kerapu perlu dibuat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan. Untuk itu, teknologi budidayakerapu oleh mitra 1 dan mitra 2 sangat diperlukan yaitu berupa budidaya sistem Teknologi Keramba JaringApung untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Dengan hasil perhitungan analisis biaya tingkat keuntungan 36% danBEP Rp. 22000/ekor dengan jangka waktu pengembalian modal 0,7 tahun atau dua periode budidaya.

Abstract

D.I. Reje Guru is an open system irrigation network located in Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province. Various problems were identified such as cracked lining and wild vegetation around the network. These issues have impact on water losses along the channels’ conveyances through evaporation, seepage, operational factors and leakage. The input – output discharge measurement is used to determine the water loss and the value of the efficiency of water distribution in the Irrigation network. In addition, the evaporation and seepage loss are also calculated to find out the percentage of the loss from these two factors. The results shown that the maximum and minimum loss is from BS3RG and BS4RG which are 0,027 m3/sec and 0,004 m3/sec, respectively. The values are correlated to the efficiency values which are the highest 84,23% from BS4RG and 36,908% from BS3RG. It is confirmed that the two factors of evaporation and seepage are not the significant factor to the conveyance water loss.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknik Sipil yangbertempat di Bukit Indah, maka Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) yang digunakan adalah 6,5%untuk campuran aspal beton AC-WC dengan menggunakan abu sekam padi, serbuk kaca danbatu apung sebagai bahan filler modifikasi pengganti filler standar menurut spesifikasiDepkimpraswil (2002). Dari hasil pengujian parameter Marshall menunjukkan bahwapenggunaan batu apung dapat menghasilkan nilai stabilitas tertinggi yaitu 855 kg dari padapenggunaan abu sekam padi dengan hasil 845 dan serbuk kaca yang menghasilkan 830, untuknilai flow tertinggi pada penggunaan serbuk kaca yaitu 3,65 mm. Sedangkan nilai MQ tertinggidihasilkan pada penggunaan abu sekam padi yang mampu menghasilkan nilai MQ 270kg/mm. Penggunaan abu sekam padi, serbuk kaca dan batu apung dapat digunakan untukmenggantikan filler standar dalam campuran aspal beton AC-WC menurut SpesifikasiDepartemen Permukiman Prasarana Wilayah 2002.

Abstract

Water demand is the amount of water volume that must be met for irrigation, in the Krueng Pasee irrigation area of North Aceh has an irrigation network area of 5579 Ha. The purpose ofthis research is to obtain the maximum and minimum irrigation water demand discharge in the study area. This research can be an additional source of knowledge for writers in particular and for readers in general. As well as the results of this study can be known the value of rice planting water needs. The data used in the research is rainfall data sourced from BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency) Malikussaleh, used to calculate effective rainfall and climate data sourced from BMKGMalikussaleh in the form of temperature data, solar irradiation data, wind speed data and humidity or temperature data used to calculate evapotranspiration (ETo). ETo is a combination of evaporation and transpiration which is defined as the event of water loss from plant tissue and the surface of the soil usedas a place to grow plants. In analyzing ETo using the Penman Modification Methodology. The Penman method by adjusting the wind function according to local conditions produces the best approach to the evapotranspiration rate of the lysimeter results. The consumptive use of plants (ETc) during the land preparation period uses the results of the calculation of water requirements for land preparation (IR). Crop consumptive use (ETc) after land preparation is a calculation between evapotranspiration and cropcoefficient. The calculated irrigation water requirement (NFR) results in water requirement in the form of mm/day. Irrigation water requirements are converted to l/dt/ha with a conversion rate of 1/8.64. The smallest water demand calculation discharge was obtained in November-1 at Q = 4.32 m3/det and thelargest water demand in February -1 at Q = 13.40 m3/det. At the research location, rice planting begins in January-I, with a rice-soybean planting pattern. From the calculation of water demand, Krueng Pasee Irrigation Area has the smallest water demand in November-1 and the largest water demand in February-1.

Abstract

Inter-provincial movement activities from Lhokseumawe to Medan are busy travel routes because land routes connect many cities. Minibusses and buses serve transportation needs across these cities. Travelers choose minibusses because of their convenience, fast travel time, and comfort. The bus mode also offers smooth and comfortable travel, making it a popular choice among travelers on the Lhokseumawe to Medan route. This research aims to determine the characteristics and percentage of transportation mode choices by travelers. The approach used is the analytical hierarchy process method. The results of the analysis showed that the percentage of travelers interested in choosing a particular mode resulted in 42% of passengers choosing the Hiace Minibus, 24% selecting the Sempati Star Bus, 20% choosing the Putra Pelangi Bus, and 14% selecting the Kurnia Bus. The criteria that influence the choice of transportation mode are convenience with a percentage of 22%, time with a percentage of 19%, comfort with a percentage of 16%, cost with a percentage of 15%, headway and safety with a percentage of 14%.

Abstract

Agriculture in North Aceh District, with the number of Milleneal Farmers increasing every year, has become a major issue. The problem is that many farmers still lack access to markets, long and inefficient distribution chains and lack of transparency in the distribution delivery chain. So that with the ASSA application, the agricultural marketplace application with the GPS tracking feature can optimise the distribution channel by monitoring real-time movements of both product origin, delivery conditions and estimated time of arrival. In order for this research to succeed using the R&D (Research and Development) method, which is a systematic approach in creating new applications and making improvements. From the results of the implementation of the ASSA application in all villages in North Aceh District 90% experienced satisfaction in using the ASSA application, and 5% there are still users who experience bugs or errors, so this application will be improved next.

Abstract

The students (santri) at Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Miftahul Jannah have been practicing conventional vegetable cultivation, which requires large areas of land, inefficient fertilization, and is highly susceptible to pests and diseases. To address these issues, training on plant cultivation using the hydroponic eco tower system was conducted to enhance the students' skills. This community service (PkM) activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of the students in cultivating plants using the hydroponic eco tower system, thereby potentially enhancing their economic well-being. The methods involved include location surveys, socialization of the PkM activities, implementation of the PkM program, mentoring and monitoring, as well as evaluation after the program's execution. Data were analyzed using both descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. The training results showed an increase in learning interest by 87.17%, participant knowledge by 94.85%, and skills by 96.73%, which have the potential to improve the students’ economy and foster independence. Thus, this activity has had a positive impact in minimizing and overcoming the limitations of agricultural land use.

Abstract

Limbah cair kelapa sawit merupakan sisa hasil tanaman kelapa sawit yang tidak termasuk dalam produk utama atau hasil ikutan dari proses pengolahan kelapa sawit. Pengolahan Limbah cair yang dilakukan di pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit terdiri dari ; pengolahan pada kolam fat pit, kolam pendinginan, kolam pembiakkan bakteri, kolam pengasaman, kolam perombakan anaerob, kolam aerob, kolam sedimentasi, dan yang terakhir land application. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sesaat (grab sampling). Analisisnya menggunakan uji kandungan BOD, COD, TSS, PH dan N-Total pada uji kandungan limbah cair kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa limbah cair  pabrik  kelapa  sawit  di  PMKS PT Sisirau sudah  memenuhi  standar  baku  mutu kualitas limbah  cair bagi kegiatan  industri  kelapa  sawit sesuai  dengan ketentuan Standarisasi Kep-51/MEN LH/1995, yaitu  nilai  BOD  kurang dari 100 mg/l. untuk nilai COD sudah  memenuhi standar baku mutu karena kurang dari 350 mg/l, Untuk nilai TSS sudah memenuhi standar baku mutu karena kurang dari 250 mg/l, dan nilai N-Total sudah memenuhi Baku mutu karena kurang dari 50 mg/l.

Abstract

Air buangan dari kegiatan rumah tangga atau disebut limbah cair domestik pada perumahan di sekitaran PMKS berpotensi menjadi salah satu sumber pencemaran lingkungan jika tidak dilakukan pengolahan secara benar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memantau aktivitas pengolahan limbah cair domestik pada PMKS (PT Sisirau) Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian menggunakan metode grab sampling. Parameter pengamatan dari sampel air buangan pada perumahan pabrik adalah kadar  pH, BOD, COD, TSS, ammoniak, minyak dan lemak. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh sesuai Permen LH dan Kehutanan RI No. P.68/Menlhk/Setjen/Kum.1/8/2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limbah cair  domestik  di  PMKS PT Sisirau sudah  memenuhi  standar  baku  mutu kualitas limbah  cair yang aman di buang ke badan air yaitu  nilai  pH, BOD, COD, TSS, ammoniak, minyak dan lemak berturut-turut adalah 8,02; 23,9mg/L; 50,99mg/L; 25mg/L; 0,29 mg/L; dan < 2mg/L. Nilai-nilai ini berada dibawah kadar maksimum standarisasi.

Abstract

The Baccaurea brevipes Hook.F. plant has been studied in the past and has the potential to be a therapeutic herb. The Tampoi plant (B. brevipes) has been used as a medication by the Acehnese to regulate menstruation and make urinating easier. In nature, endophytic fungi are widespread and can be easily found in plant tissue. Without infecting the host plant, the endophytes colonize the inter and intracellular spaces of the tissue. Endophytic fungi can create bioactive chemicals that may be similar to or distinct from those of their host plants and have pharmacological effects. However, no studies have been done on its endophytic fungus as a potential source for novel medication development. This study was done to look into endophytic fungi in Baccaurea's twigs and roots. The techniques employed in this study were endophytic fungi purification, identification of macroscopic and microscopic endophytic fungi, and endophytic fungi isolation. Five isolates were identified as a result of isolation and purification; they were designated as isolates BVA1, BVA2, BVA3, BVR1 and BVR2. The genera Neofusicocum sp., Colletotrichum sp., Mucor sp., Fusarium sp. and Schizophyllum sp. are assumed to be the kind of endophytic fungal isolates BVA1, BVA2, BVA3, BVR1 and BVR2.
