Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze, (1) the influence of food quality to the satisfaction of the merchant of Langkitang in Padang beach resort area; (2) the influence of price to the satisfaction of the merchant of Langkitang in Padang beach resort area, 3) the influence of food quality and price simultaneously to the satisfaction of merchant consumers Langkitang pavement in the area of Padang Beach tourist attraction. Population in this research is all consumer of Langkitang merchant of pavement in Padang beach resort area. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents which use accidental sampling technique. Based on the result of the research, it can be seen that: (1) The quality of food has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the consumers in the street vendors in Padang Beach tourist area, where t-count 2,685 from t-table 1,661 and significance 0,009 less than level of significant (α ) 0.05. (2) Price has a significant effect to customer satisfaction at Langkitang street vendors in Padang Beach tourist area, where t-count 2,564 > t-table 1,661 and significance 0.012 < level of significant (α) 0,05. (3) The quality of food and the price simultaneously have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the consumers on the street vendors in Padang Beach, where F-count is 19.496 > F-table 3.09 and the significance of 0.000 is < the level of significant (α) 0.05. (4) The coefficient of determination is 0,272, mean than food quality and price influence consumer satisfaction at trader Langkitang pavement in coastal resort area of Padang equal to 27,2%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensiyang dimiliki perajin sulaman minang terhadap hasil sulaman minang di kelurahan koto panjang ikur koto kota Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengrajin sulaman dikelompok Anisa dan kelompok Mawar.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel sampling jenuh, untuk membuktikan kompetensi dapat mempengaruhipengetahuan dan keterampilan dari pengrajin sulaman dikelompok Anisa dan Mawar ikur koto kota Padang maka Penulis menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis secara statistik. Tahapan pengujian yang penulis lakukan meliputi uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis, seperti uji t-statistik, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikant terhadap variabel kompetensi secara parsial dimana nilai thitung variabel pengetahuan adalah 0.289 dengan probabilitas signifikan sebesar 0.774. Probabilitas signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan df = n-k = 60-2 = 58 diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1.672, dari hasil di atas dapat dilihat bahwa thitung ttabel atau 0.2891.672, maka variabel pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Hasil uji t, diketahui keterampilan berpengaruh signifikant terhadap variabel kompetensi secara parsial dimana nilai thitung variabel keterampilan adalah 5.048 dengan probabilitas signifikan sebesar 0,000. Probabilitas signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan df = n-k = 60-2 = 58 diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1.672, dari hasil di atas dapat dilihat bahwa thitung ttabel atau 0.0001.672, maka variabel keterampilan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi.Hasil uji R2diperoleh 0,373 hal ini berarti besarnya pengaruh pengetahuan danketerampilan secara bersama-sama perpengaruh terhadap kompetensi penyulam di Kelurahan Koto Panjang Ikur Koto Kota Padang adalah sebesar 37,3% sisanya sebesar 62.7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yaitu yang tidak masuk ke dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The millennials, as other generations, has their own characteristics that can be seen from their traits, habits, lifestyle, and nature which due to those attributes can lead to different expectations from others. This research aims to understand and analyse the effect of sense of place towards social capital on millenials in a semi-urban city. The population of this study is the Millennial generation in Padang aged 19 to 38 years with a total population of 425,053 people. The number of samples was determined using the formulation proposed by Slovin (1960), namely 400 respondents from various backgrounds, ages, education, domicile, profession, and income were involved. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it was found that sense of place has a positive and significant influence towards social capital. This research is expected to carry a positive contribution to the dynamics, issues, and problems of millennials related to sense of place and social capital, especially in a semi-urban city in developing countries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of price and trust on purchase intention in culinary subsector creative economy products (Kripik Balado Christine Hakim). This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods, sampling was carried out by accidental sampling technique, which amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that price and trust, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. While the results of the coefficient of determination test show that price and trust contribute to purchase intention by 23.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of live music, taste and product variety on customer satisfaction at Parewa Coffee Padang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents, with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the t-test were carried out partially with the live music variable, taste and product variety having a significant effect on Parewa Coffee customer satisfaction. the results of the f test variable live music, taste and product variety have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Parewa Coffee, while the results of the coefficient of determination are found in the Adjusted R-Square value of 23.0%
