Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi  informasi besar pengaruhnya dalam memicu kemajuan bidang perekonomian, bidang pendidikan, pertanian, kesehatan. Banyak sekali  yang dicapai oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi yang berpengaruhnya sangat signifikan terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. Pengaruh ini juga dirasakan oleh setiap guru mulai dari jenjang sekolah dini, SD, SLTP dan bahkan SLTA, setiap guru dan siswa sekolah di hampir semua jenjang pendidikan diwajibkan untuk melek teknologi, terutama teknologi   informasi karena setiap pekerjaan sudah bersentuhan langsung dengan teknologi informasi.  Teknologi informasi sebagai penunjang   kegiatan pendidikan baik itu pengajaran maupun administrasi, guru juga akan dimudahkan dalam menyelesaikan persoalan administrasi dan bagi siswa sebagai penunjang system pembelajaran. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pendidikan dan persoalan serta sebagai modal dasar bagi siswa untuk diperkenalkan dengan teknologi informasi agar mereka tidak canggung lagi kedepannya. Administrasi  yang  sudah terkomputerisasi dapat memudahkan dalam pengelolaan, pengeditan dan penyimpanan data atau berkas sehingga tidak menyulitkan dalam pelacakan bila sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft PowerPoint merupakan perangkat lunak yang memiliki banyak fitur yang masih kurang familier disebagian pengguna, terutama guru-guru dan siswa SD, dari hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh tim saat penjajakan ke sekolah ditemukan permasalahan adanya berapa guru di SD 26 Kota Bengkulu mengalami kesulitan dalam mengoperasikan peralatan komputer terutama yang sudah berusia lanjut dan jarang tersentuh oleh teknologi kekinian sehingga  belum terbiasa bahkan tidak mengenal sama sekali tool-tool yang banyak disediakan pada perangkat lunak Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft PowerPoint. Hal ini lah yang banyak dijumpai dilapangan sehingga kurang maksimalnya penggunaan fungsi merge di Word, fungsi rumus-rumus kondisi pada Excel dan animasi serta multimedia di PowerPoint. Atas dasar itulah  yang melatar belakangi tim pengabdian untuk memberikan   pelatihan ”Peningkatan Ketrampilan Komputer Dan Pengenalan Perangkat Lunak Microsoft Office Bagi Guru SDN 26 Kota Bengkulu”. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di ruang guru SD N 26 kota Bengkulu dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah merupakan guru-guru di SDN 26 Kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Microsoft office, Word, Exel, PowerPoint

Abstract

The development of technology changes the way of view, the way of human interaction and how to utilize information technology for several needs. The application of the digital archiving information system at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Association, abbreviated as MSMEs, is very helpful for micro, small and medium enterprises in recording information data for a long time that can be accessed by everyone quickly, anywhere and anytime as long as it is connected to the internet network. Data search is carried out using  the Knuth Morris Pratt  algorithm abbreviated as KMP in the process of searching data by matching patterns or word arrangements typed in search engines on the system. The Knuth Morris Pratt  algorithm  eliminates unnecessary comparison of patterns with text with precomputed tables that allow patterns to pass through as many positions as possible. The purpose of this study is the application  of the Knuth Morris Pratt  Algorithm  in the Data Search Application of the MSME Association of Bengkulu Province. This research also produced a data search application for the MSME association of Bengkulu Province with a fast and reliable data search system with an accuracy rate of 100 percent. In the assessment  of the System Usability Scale  aspect, it received a score of 77 with a good predicate. This means that the Bengkulu MSME Association Data Search Application received a good response from the members of the association/users of the system. For the test results, OKTAVIA data search at  the Pattern  position [1,2,3,4,5,6,7] and string  [9,10,11,12,13,14,15].

Abstract

Promosi dapat diartikan sebagai suatu upaya untuk memperkenalkan suatu produk dari suatu perusahaan tertentu agar dapat dikenal publik dan menarik minat pembeli sehingga meningkatkan penjualan perusahaan. Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu merupakan sebuah lembaga pemerintah di provinsi Bengkulu, yang bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan pariwisata di daerah tersebut Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu berwenang untuk mengeluarkan izin-izin bidang pariwisata meliputi Izin Usaha Pariwisata untuk travel agent dan lainnya, Selain izin-izin bidang pariwisata, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu juga memiliki wewenang dalam mengeluarkan izin terkait bidang kebudayaan seperti kegiatan kebudayaan, alih fungsi bagunan bersejarah dan lainnya. Dalam Praktek Kerja Lapangan ini program yang akan dilakukan adalah membuat film pendek tentang promosi pengenalan wisata yang ada di Bengkulu, terutama wisatawan luar. Observasi terhadap permasalahan di Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi ini memicu ide pembuatan film pendek yang berjudul “Balik Kampung” khusus untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Dengan promosi wisata, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu memikirkan Bagaimana strategi promosi dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung di wisata Provinsi Bengkulu. Bagaimana agar semua masyarakat yang berada di luar kota Bengkulu mengetahui adanya tempat wisata yang berada di Bengkulu. Dengan adanya pembuatan film pendek ini diharapkan masyarakat Bengkulu maupun Luar Bengkulu akan lebih tertarik untuk mengunjungi objek wisata yang ada di Bengkulu

Abstract

Simpang Ketenong Village, Kerkap District, is classified as a self-sufficient village, with the characteristics that it has started using communication tools and technology, is not isolated and has fairly smooth traffic routes between villages and cities. (Saputera et al., 2021) Service is a process, this process produces a product in the form of a service, which is then provided to customers. Good service will also have a good impact on customers in the form of customer satisfaction, in line with findings in the field that the local village community and youth have begun to understand the importance of technology for convenience in daily work and can even support careers in the future. Along with the current development of communication technology, it has also encouraged village officials and youth in Simpang Ketenong village to be able to understand and operate computers to make work easier, both for village administration and other needs. Referring to the situation analysis above, the service team together with partners justified that the priority problems experienced by partners and the priorities agreed to be resolved were related to: the lack of skill of village officials and Simpang Ketenong Village Youth in operating computers, especially in typing and lack of understanding of how to use them. excel. Through this PKM program the team wants to contribute to providing skills to village officials and youth in the Simpang Ketenong Village area, Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency to be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications. Based on the partner's problems, the solution that will be provided in this activity is to hold Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Operation Training, then an evaluation will be held of village officials and local teenagers will be able to be competent in the training process that has been carried out. The targets of this Community Service are time efficiency during service, reducing data errors in reporting the performance of village officials, being able to store village databases simply, increasing knowledge for village officials and youth so that they can learn about information systems through computer media.

Abstract

A system is an entity consisting of two or more components that interact with each other to achieve a goal. Information means the result of a process that is organized, meaningful and useful to the person who receives it. Graduation is an activity for the inauguration ceremony of graduation, handing over diplomas, release, and returning students to parents and as a sign that students have completed their studies. The graduation book system is closely related to internal control issues and as a tool to monitor and protect company assets. Students register to submit to the study program staff with complete files, then the staff verifies whether it is complete or not. Make a list of graduation registrants for student names then submit them to the head of study program, then the head of study program directs to BAAK. BAAK analyzes and retypes then creates a judicial decree. Then the next stage is BAU as the graduation equipment committee to make a graduation book by re-distributing the google form to request data by registering so complicated, the author hopes by proposing a graduation book information system by making it easier for students as well as BAAK and BAU of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The research objectives that the author wants to achieve are: Produce a graduation book system or application, providing convenience to students in obtaining web-based information. Research through case studies conducted on the Graduation Book Information System of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu by conducting interviews and providing questionnaires to parties and through literature studies. System development methods use analysis (system requirement analysis), design (design), coding (code generation), testing (testing), database design. From this research, a Graduation Book System application was produced consisting of the main page, graduation candidate page, operator page and admin page. With the Graduation Book Information System, it can make it easier to access the system that has often experienced obstacles in viewing graduation information, such as graduation schedules and graduation requirements.

Abstract

Al-Fatonah Mosque is a mosque located on Jalan Waiting, Bengkulu, which is a relatively new mosque. The Al-Fatonah Mosque is still largely unknown to the general public about its existence and activities. The aim of this research is to enliven or increase the congregation at the Al-Fatonah Mosque in positive activities, with the aim of research in the web-based information system of the Al-Fatonah Mosque using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. This research uses the rapid application development method, because this method is faster to develop so it does not require a long time to create the Al-Fatonah mosque system. The problem formulation in this research is how to create an information system for introducing the Al-Fatonah mosque to increase the congregation at the Al-Fatonah mosque using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. It is hoped that the results of this research will have a positive impact on local residents, outsiders and the mosque management by providing more information to residents about the activities and existence of the mosque.

Abstract

In this era of modern development, there is a lot of competition throughout the industrial world, including inside and outside the industry. This also happens because changes in the field of technology are increasingly rapid and precise. In conditions of rapid technological development, this is possible for business actors, especially companies, this situation is no longer surprising when operating in the field of commodity operations, in this case company management will compete with each other through various media to improve the sales process to current marketing consumers. This example is Yakusa Laundry. The author's aim in conducting research on the Yakusa laundry business aims to identify and analyze SWOT, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, such as competitive strategies to increase competitiveness. on the Yakusa Laundry business. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques using narrative data methods, namely oral and written interviews, observation and documentation. Investigation of informants is based on relevance and adequacy. The results of research regarding marketing strategies in increasing competitiveness at Yakusa Laundry show an increase in competitiveness, this is proven by the company's control of market share.

Abstract

In a very modern era like today where life is already in the era of the industrial revolution or commonly known as the digital era which includes information technology as part of human life in accelerating and facilitating the delivery of information, for example websites. The problem that occurs is that Durian Besar Village does not yet have a website as a means of conveying information to the public quickly and efficiently as a form of transparency on what the village government has done. The effect is that the community also experiences difficulties in obtaining information by having to come and meet sources of information, in this case the village government. The website was successfully built by presenting a member page feature to the public in which there are complaints and correspondence features. In this way, on this website, besides the community being able to access information easily, the community can also send messages or submit letters to the village government easily without having to come to the village office. The website is built with WordPress cms and also uses the Ultimate Member, WpForms and Elementor Pro add-ons for the appearance design.

Abstract

Bengkulu Province experienced floods and landslides that caused loss of life and property. These events mainly occur in the Central Bengkulu region and Bengkulu City, caused by damage to the Bengkulu River Watershed (DAS). During the rainy season, the river overflows. In this case the community is also confused when evacuating related to flood disasters, the community is confused in determining which route is the closest for the evacuation route because at the location of the flood disaster there are many routes that can be passed. From the problem the purpose of this research is to create an application that can determine which path is the closest in order to evacuate quickly. From the results of the analysis of this application, it is clear that the implementation of the Floyd-Warshall algorithm in this web application has a very important purpose, namely to assist the community in finding the shortest path to the evacuation point during a flood. The Floyd-Warshall algorithm is known to be effective in finding shortest paths in weighted graphs, as implemented in the context of this application to calculate the shortest distance between every pair of vertices or points within a defined area. The Floyd-Warshall algorithm can only compute shortest paths within areas that are well-defined in terms of vertices and edges, for the test results of the distance obtained in test 1 as far as 0.76 KM, in test 2 as far as 0.40 KM and in test 3 as far as 0.41 KM.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital di Desa Nakau, Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, sebagai respons terhadap tantangan globalisasi teknologi yang semakin mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat pedesaan. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya akses dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi digital di kalangan generasi muda dan komunitas umum di desa tersebut. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Nakau dengan keterampilan digital yang diperlukan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam ekonomi digital dan masyarakat informasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kelas pelatihan intensif, workshop interaktif, dan sesi mentoring, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teknis dan penerapan praktis literasi digital. Hasil dari program ini mencakup peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital peserta, seperti penggunaan internet, keamanan siber, dan pemanfaatan perangkat lunak produktivitas. Selain itu, program ini juga menciptakan pemimpin lokal yang mampu memfasilitasi pembelajaran berkelanjutan dalam komunitas mereka, serta meningkatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam transformasi digital.
