Abstract

The use of technology in the learning process can increase student learning motivation, accelerate conceptual understanding, and encourage the creation of a more interactive and engaging learning environment. This study aims to understand and describe technology-based learning innovations implemented in Islamic senior high schools (madrasah aliyah) to improve the quality of education in the digital era. The methodology used was a qualitative case study approach, conducted in one of the Islamic senior high schools in an urban area. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation during the implementation of technological innovations in learning. The results show that the application of technology, such as the use of online learning platforms, digital media, and interactive tools, can increase student learning motivation and the effectiveness of the learning process. However, the success of these innovations is also influenced by factors such as teacher readiness in integrating technology, available facilities, and support from madrasah management. These findings conclude that technology-based learning innovations have great potential to improve the quality of education in Islamic senior high schools, provided they are supported by adequate training and the development of relevant digital learning resources. This study contributes to the development of innovative models of technology-based learning that are adaptive and sustainable in the digital era.

Abstract

The urgent need to improve the quality of learning in order to produce high-quality graduates has become a major challenge in the Management of education at Madrasah Aliyah. The problems identified include a lack of innovation in learning strategies and the suboptimal Management of the learning process in response to contemporary educational demands. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of learning management at Madrasah Aliyah in an effort to enhance the quality of graduates. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on the process of learning management, strategies for developing students’ competencies, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies involving the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that the implementation of effective, well-planned, and innovative learning management can enhance students’ learning motivation and graduate competencies. However, several challenges remain, particularly related to limited resources and insufficient teacher training. These findings are expected to provide input and recommendations for optimizing learning management to further improve the quality of Madrasah Aliyah graduates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak organisasi harmonis terhadap motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan di sebuah perusahaan swasta. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali pengalaman, persepsi, dan pandangan karyawan terkait lingkungan kerja yang harmonis serta pengaruhnya terhadap semangat kerja dan hasil kerja mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap sejumlah karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terciptanya suasana organisasi yang harmonis mampu meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik karyawan, yang selanjutnya berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Faktor-faktor utama yang mendukung terciptanya organisasi harmonis meliputi komunikasi yang efektif, kepemimpinan yang empatik, serta budaya organisasi yang saling menghargai dan mendukung. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun dan memelihara hubungan kerja yang harmonis sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran proses rekrutmen yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai syariah dalam meningkatkan integritas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sebuah perusahaan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam proses rekrutmen mempengaruhi karakter dan kompetensi calon karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap manajer HRD, calon karyawan, serta pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai syariah, seperti kejujuran, amanah, keadilan, dan transparansi, mampu meningkatkan tingkat integritas calon karyawan serta memperkuat budaya organisasi yang berlandaskan etika Islami. Selain itu, proses ini juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas SDM melalui seleksi yang lebih objektif dan sesuai dengan nilai moral dan spiritual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan syariah terus mengembangkan dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam proses rekrutmen sebagai strategi penting dalam membangun SDM yang berkualitas dan berintegritas tinggi.
