Abstract

This community service activity aims to help partners realize the visual message of environmental awareness through mural media. The message of environmental care was chosen because environmental issues are one of the main issues that concern the world today. The issue is then focused into the theme of plants. In the implementation process, this activity was carried out with collaboration between the DKV Unindra Lecturer Team and the SMAN 3 Depok Teacher Team, especially during the planning and sketching process. Furthermore, in making the mural, this activity also involved DKV Unindra students and SMAN 3 Depok students who voluntarily participated. Through this collaboration and participation, it is hoped that not only the teachers and students will gain insight into the mural, but also foster a sense of ownership of the mural.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan tema “Peran Teknologi dalam Demokrasi”. Sosialiasi dengan cara presentasi interaktif dipilih karena merupakan cara yang efektif untuk membangun interaksi. Sehingga, audiens yang terdiri dari murid, guru, dan orang tua murid dapat memahami teori secara implementatif. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya, Tim Dosen Unindra memberikan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan teknologi dengan bijaksana untuk implementasi tata cara demokrasi di sekolah, yaitu dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan Ketua OSIS. Pelatihan berupa presentasi interaktif ini merupakan kolaborasi dari pihak Guru dan Komite Sekolah SMAN 51 Jakarta. Melalui kolaborasi dan partisipasi ini, diharapkan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) di sekolah, bukan hanya tentang keterlibatan Murid dan Guru, melainkan juga memerlukan dukungan dari Orang Tua Murid dan pendukung eksternal seperti Tim Dosen untuk mewujudkan kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Socialization is a process of learning and teaching humans to study the sociocultural environment of a society. Delivering a material that is based on the social culture of a particular community is part of the socialization process. The student council of SMP Negeri 5 Depok, under the UPTD Depok City, has implemented a series of LDKS. One of the series of activities was socialization about Javanese leadership theory, also known as hastabrata. Participants in this socialization were students and teachers of the Student Council Supervisor of SMP Negeri 5 Depok. Hastabrata is a Javanese leadership theory with philosophical value. As part of the social culture in Javanese island society, it is good for students from adolescence to know Javanese leadership theory so that, in addition to understanding global leadership theory, students also have knowledge of local leadership theory. The socialization will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023, in the school hall of SMP Negeri 5 Depok. In the implementation process, students and teachers listened to material about the understanding of leadership, the difference between leaders and bosses, global and local leadership theory, the description of hastabrata as one of the local leadership theories, and applying hastabrata theory in student council leadership. Students engage interactively to apply hastabrata theory in leadership, especially in the student council environment. The attention and appreciation from students and teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Depok were extraordinary and warm.
