Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning organization, capability on lecturer performance with stakeholders as intervening variables. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a population of permanent lecturers at a private Polytechnic in Banten. Samples were taken by using proportional random sampling technique, 158 lecturers. Technical data analysis using Partial Least Square method and Structural Equotion Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results indicate that learning organization and capability have positive and significant effects on stakeholder commitment and lecturer performance. Stakeholder commitment also positively and significantly influences lecturer performance and mediates the relationships between learning organization, capability, and lecturer performance.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly competitive globalization, the development of creative entrepreneurship and the ability to develop local businesses are important aspects for Vocational High School (SMK) students. This ability is needed to form superior entrepreneurial resources and be ready to compete in the business world. The effective application of creative entrepreneurship helps students to manage their time, determine priorities, and maintain motivation in undergoing the learning process and career preparation. In addition, local business development skills are the main provision in building confidence, communication, and the ability to make appropriate decisions in the work and social environment. This empowerment program aims to explore the application of creative entrepreneurship and the formation of local business development among students of SMK Mandiri 2 Balaraja, as well as analyze its impact on their readiness to enter the business world. The results of the study show that mastery of creative entrepreneurship and good local business development have a positive effect on the development of students' character, integrity, and adaptability in various work situations. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening creative entrepreneurship skills, especially creative entrepreneurship and local business development, as part of the curriculum to create superior and competitive entrepreneurial resources at SMK Mandiri 2 Balaraja.

Abstract

Cikamunding Village, Cilograng District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province has various local potentials that can be developed to improve community welfare. However, limited knowledge of entrepreneurship, business management, marketing and resource management Humans become an obstacle in utilizing this potential. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to optimize human resources based on local potential through an entrepreneurial mentoring program towards an independent and impactful village. The methods used include socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. The targets of the activity are MSMEs, youth groups, housewives and village officials. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of entrepreneurship, business management, digital marketing, and product development based on local potential. This program also encourages the formation of an entrepreneurial spirit and increases community capacity in developing sustainable productive businesses. Thus, potential-based entrepreneurship assistance Localization can be an effective strategy in realizing self-sufficient villages and providing an economic impact on the community.
