Abstract

STMIK Lombok is one of the Private Universities that regularly conduct assessments of lecturers every semester. This is done in order to motivate lecturers in improving service to students. Although in its implementation, the performance assessment of this lecturer runs smoothly but has not reached optimal because it still uses Microsoft Excel in the calculation process so it takes a long time in the process of calculating values and reporting process. so it still needs improvements, especially in the assessment process using the application. This research aims to build an assessment information system and evaluate the performance of STMIK Lombok lecturers. The ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is one of the multicryteria decision-making methods based on the concept of combat using a utility degree, namely by comparing the overall index value of each alternatife to the optimal alternative overall index value. This decision support system can provide selected alternative decisions that can later be used as a reference to determine the best Lecturer Performance. The system development method used is Waterfall, PHP as a programming language and uses data flow diagram (DFD) system modeling. The testing process used in this application is the Black Box. The results of this built Application can speed up the process of calculating the performance assessment of lecturers and the reporting process more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

BPNT is non-cash food aid. What is paid in the form of food by the government. The BPNT program aims to provide opportunities for the government to improve food security and provide balanced nutritional value to poor families, such as in Muncan Village, the BPNT assistance program is distributed every month. In decision-making, the selection of BPNT recipients is constrained because quite a lot of data that is processed or selected by the apparatus is still done manually. So far, the existing system has not been optimal for selecting BPNT recipients with the existing criteria. Data management still uses a manual system and is not effective in determining who is entitled to receive BPNT and who is not. The method used in the decision support system for Social Assistance for Non-cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is the ARAS method to make it easier to identify who is eligible to receive and who is not. support Based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The criteria for determining BPNT assistance include: occupation, number of dependents, income, home ownership, electric power and age. For testing using the Black Box method using the Boundary Value technique focusing on errors. The programming language used is PHP or Hypertext Preprocessor.

Abstract

The selection process for granting loans to BUMDes Sinar Linus is done conventionally, in this case it makes researchers feel interested in designing a WEB-based Decision Support System as a decision support tool for members of BUMDes Sinar Linus. The methodology used in the development of this system is a method of collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. While the analytical method used is the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method as a decision-making method for the design method using Extreme Programming (XP) which includes planning, design, coding and testing stages. And for the testing method using Blackbox Testing includes home display, login, loan application, applicant, criteria, alternative and TOPSIS. This research resulted in a web-based decision support system that can facilitate members of the BUMDes Sinar Linus in Batunampar Village in deciding or determining prospective recipients of loan funds at BUMDes Sinar Linus.

Abstract

Blood is an important component produced by the human body. Blood is also a very vital part of human survival. When blood levels in the human body are less than they should be, the way to overcome this is by donating blood or blood transfusion. The health facilities that organize blood donations, provide blood and distribute blood are called Blood Transfusion Units (UTD). UTD in carrying out its duties encountered several obstacles, such as blood only having a shelf life of 35 days from donation. If it has passed the expiration date, it cannot be used anymore for blood transfusions. Meanwhile, regarding the demand for blood, the need for blood is greater than those donating. Making it difficult for UTD if the demand occurs when the existing blood stock is not sufficient. And if the stock in UTD experiences an axcess, it can cause losses because the blood is wasted due to expiration. Apart form that. The problem is that in everyday life, many people’s need for blood is reduced. Many of their families intervened directly to find available donors. They even search on social networks or social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and others. And this shows that many of them lack donors. To anticipate these problems. So it is necessary to carry out research on forecasting blood demand using the Support Vektor Regression method at UTD PMI Central Lombok. The aim of this research is to forecast or predict the demand for blood at UTD PMI Central Lombok in the coming period. To reduce the impact of lack or excess blood. SVR is the application of Support Vektor Machine (SVM) in the case of regression to find the best dividing line in the regression function. The advantage of the SVR model is that it can handle overfiting problems in the data. The tests used to measure the best model are Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of this research shows that the best model is Support Vektor Regression (SVR) with a polynomial kernel and based on the tuning results, the parameters used are C=10, degree=1, epsilon=1. The SVR model using a polynomial kernel produces a MAPE value of 18.7502% and RMSE value of 0.6919, which means the model has very good predictive ability. Prediction accuracy was achieved with an R2 value of 0.9936 or 99.36% and an MSE value of 0.4787, which means that the prediction of blood demand data at UTD PMI Central Lombok using SVR with a polynomial kernel function had very good prediction accuracy. With predicted result in january for blood type A it was 1654, B was 920, O was 2205 and AB was 1104

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan dua metode yaitu Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam mengevaluasi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini membahas  sistem pendukung keputusan untuk evaluasi kinerja guru di pondok pesantren darul kamilin, di mana guru memainkan peran penting dalam pendidikan siswa. Selain membahas tinjauan literatur yang relevan dengan metode yang digunakan, penelitian ini juga menentukan tingkat efektifitas kedua metode tersebut dalam evaluasi kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih menyeluruh terkait dengan pemilihan metode evaluasi paling efektif antara WASPAS dan SAW untuk kinerja guru. Evaluasi hasil dari kedua menunjukkan perbedaan pada bagian hasil untuk alternatif A5, A9, A11, A13, dan A14 antara kedua metode yang digunakan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi berada pada alternatif A5(0.986) dan alternatif terendah berada pada alternatif A11(0.841).

Abstract

Aplikasi Sistem Pendataan Data Pegawai (SIDAWAI) merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang di dirancang sebagai solusi data kepegawaian seperti biodata pegawai, riwayat mutasi jabatan, riwayat kepangkatan, riwayat cuti dan lain sebagainya. Proses penyimpanan, pemusatan data dan pelaporan data kepegawaian yang dapat memudahkan dalam meningkatkan administrasi kepegawaian pada Kabupaten Lombok Tengah sejak tahun 2018. Kualitas informasi pada suatu sistem dapat memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna, serta tujuan dari penggunaan sistem dapat tercapai ketika sistem digunakan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan tingkat kesenjangan antara harapan dan kinerja aplikasi. Dalam membuat instrument kuesioner tingkat kepuasan pengguna mengunakan model End-User Computing Statisfanction (EUCS). EUCS menggunakan 5 indikator penliaian, diantaranya Content, Format, Accurancy, Ease of use dan Timelines. Untuk mengukur ke akuratan instrument kusioner dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas dengan melibatkan para pakar yang memahami terkait dengan Aplikasi SIDAWAI. Untuk mengetahui jarak kesenjangan antara harapan dan kinerja, serta mengukur kepuasan pengguna pada Aplikasi SIDAWAI dengan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data kuesioner dari model End-User Computing Statisfanction (EUCS). Dari hasil perhitungan kepuasan pengguna mendapatkan hasil 82,66% yang berarti sangat memuskan. Kemudian tingkat kesenjangan antara harapan dan kinerja pada Aplikasi SIDAWAI mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar -0,17 dimana harapan lebih besar dari pada kinerja. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius instrumen perlu dipertahankan kualitasnya yaitu C1, C3, A3, E1, E2, E3, E4, dan T1, dan instrumen yang sangat memerlukan perbaikan yaitu F2 san U2.   Abstract   The Employee Data Collection System Application (SIDAWAI) is an application designed as a staffing data solution such as employee biodata, position mutation history, rank history, leave history and so on. The process of storing, centralizing data and reporting personnel data which can facilitate the improvement of personnel administration in Central Lombok Regency since 2018. The quality of information on a system can have a big influence on the level of user satisfaction, and the objectives of using the system can be achieved when the system is used. Research was conducted to determine the level of user satisfaction and the level of gap between expectations and application performance. In making a questionnaire instrument the level of user satisfaction uses the End-User Computing Statisfanction (EUCS) model. EUCS uses 5 assessment indicators, including Content, Format, Accurancy, Ease of use and Timelines. To measure the accuracy of the questionnaire instrument, validity and reliability tests were carried out by involving experts who understand related to the SIDAWAI Application. To determine the gap between expectations and performance, and measure user satisfaction with the SIDAWAI Application using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method based on the results of processing questionnaire data from the End-User Computing Statisfanction (EUCS) model. From the results of the calculation of user satisfaction, the results obtained are 82.66% which means very satisfied. Then the level of the gap between expectations and performance on the SIDAWAI Application gets an average value of -0.17 where expectations are greater than performance. Based on the Cartesian diagram, the instruments need to maintain their quality, namely C1, C3, A3, E1, E2, E3, E4, and T1, and the instruments that really need improvement are F2 san U2.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada PMP Peningkatan Produktivitas dan Pemasaran Kelompok UMKM Pengrajin Pandan Berbasis Platform Digital yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengrajin pandan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pemasaran produk mereka. UMKM pengrajin pandan sering kali terhambat oleh keterbatasan akses pasar. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan topik ini penting untuk memberdayakan pengrajin lokal agar lebih kompetitif dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini mencakup pelatihan penggunaan platform digital untuk pemasaran, pendampingan dalam proses produksi, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran online. Aktivitas ini melibatkan workshop, bimbingan teknis, dan implementasi sistem digitalisasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam produktivitas pengrajin pandan serta perbaikan dalam jangkauan pasar melalui platform digital. Pengrajin yang terlibat mengalami kenaikan dalam penjualan dan memperluas pangsa pasar mereka secara efektif. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menegaskan pentingnya adopsi teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Penggunaan platform digital tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi produksi tetapi juga memperluas peluang pemasaran, yang pada gilirannya dapat berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan kesejahteraan pengrajin.

Abstract

Film merupakan sarana hiburan yang dapat dinikmati oleh banyak orang, bukan hanya sebagai hiburan tetapi juga merupakan sarana pemasaran, perdagangan dan pendidikan. Genre merupakan salah satu karakteristik penting dari sebuah film. Oleh sebab itu klasifikasi genre merupakan cara untuk menemukan hubungan dari masing-masing film sehingga memudahkan penonton untuk menemukan film yang sesuai. Klasifikasi genre film mungkin sangat komprehensif atau beragam berdasarkan kriteria, ada banyak genre yang serupa dalam satu film mungkin termasuk beberapa genre di dalamnya. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut peneliti mengusulkan klasifikasi multilabel genre film berdasarkan sinopsis menggunakan algoritma Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) dan membandingkan kinerja word embedding Word2Vec, GloVe dan FastText. Arsitektur model LSTM yang diusulkan terdiri dari beberapa layer yakni layer Embedding, SpastialDropout1d, LSTM dan Dese. Nilai dari masing-masing layer yakni 300, 0.5, 128, dan 18. Pengujian dilakukan dengan tiga scenario menunjukkan word embedding GloVe  mengungguli Word2Vec dan FastText dengan f1-score 0.603, 0.591 dan 0.580.

Abstract

Abstract Measurement of human body temperature can be measured using a clinical thermometer. Types of thermometers that already exist today include an analog thermometer and a digital thermometer. In general, this tool takes the fastest time of one to two minutes to get a body temperature value, then the scarcity and drastic increase of the tool during the pandemic make the tool rarely found. In this research, a tool is designed that can be used to determine the value of human body temperature in a short time and obtain accurate readings. Usingg an infrared sensor with the MLX90614 series which is combined with Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensor, buzzer, led, and a 16x2 LCD screen display is a way that is used to make a body thermometer without physical contact. The research method used is by collecting data, analyzing requirements, designing hardware, and software as well as testing or testing that is carried out on the tool made to find out whether the tool has been running and working as expected.

Abstract

Abstract Weaving craft is one of the handicrafts located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Weaving is one of the MSMEs that is very close to the tourism industry and has good economic potential because it absorbs a lot of labor, opens up business fields, and increases the country's foreign exchange. The problem that is often faced by entrepreneurs of woven fabrics is the difficulty in estimating customer demand, so that some of the products requested by customers are not available. It is necessary for sales analysis of woven fabric products to be able to predict customer demand, by means of analyzing past sales data to predict future sales. The research that will be carried out is to predict sales of woven fabric products by processing sales data in the past by modeling the Linear Regression method, and for testing the algorithm is by Mean Square Error (MSE), Mean Square Error (MSE) and Root Mean Square Error. (RMSE). From the results of linear regression modeling the score obtained is 0.8041320270845731. and the test results mean Mean Square Error (MSE) the error value obtained is too high, namely 47,377, and the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value is 6.883125, while the MAE score is 3.373572.
