Abstract

   General election or what is often abbreviated as Election is the process of selecting people to fill certain political positions. These positions are varied, ranging from president, people's representatives at various levels of government, to village heads. At the local level, the means of implementing democracy are called regional head elections or pilkada. Beginner Voters are the basis of voters who use their rights for the first time in the 2020 simultaneous elections. In this community service, the aim is to provide socialization to Wisnuwardhana Malang High School students about the 2020 Beginner Voters "Pilkada in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic". The method used in this study is an empirical legal research method, namely by looking for data obtained directly from the community as the first source through field research, which is carried out either through observation (observation), interviews, or distributing questionnaires in SMA-SMK Wisnuwardhana Malang. The participants of this socialization were 26 students. The result of this community service is that there is a socialization of local election novice voters in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out at the Wisnuwardhana High Schools. . While the level of achievement in this program is 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe strategies for prospective female Regional Heads in various socio-cultural limitations of patriarchy. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, this study seeks to present data on the strategy of female regional head candidates in the Regional Head Elections of Batu City, 2017. DewantiRumpoko as a female regional head candidate in the Batu City Election is quite active in attracting support from women to vote for her in this political contest. His efforts produced results with his election as Mayor of Batu elected for the period 2017-2022. Some efforts such as blusukan (observation) or attending face to face with citizens, determining strategic work programs based on gender mainstreaming, approaches based on household needs, special attention and care of a woman who prioritizes deep feelings and imaging as a strong, and independent woman became the right strategy done by Dewanti Rumpoko.

Abstract

Perilaku  seks diluar nikah yang dilakukan mahasiswa, maka banyak mahasiswa yang mengandung dan memiliki anak. Sehingga kehidupan mereka sebagai seorang mahasiswa tidak dapat melanjutkan perkuliahan karena harus kembali ke daerahnya karena tidak ada yang merawat dan menafkahi anaknya. Ada juga yang mereka harus cuti karena mengandung dan melahirkan serta sampai ada yang mengalami kehamilan beresiko karena kurangnya informasi tentang kehamilan dan akibat dari perencanaan pengguguran janin di kandungan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah  mahasiswa dapat mempunyai ilmu dan pengetahuan tentang dampak dan bahaya yang terjadi akibat seks bebas bagi kesehatan, psikologis dan kehidupan mereka kedepan. Metode yang digunakan memberikan sosialisasi  dan pendampingan kepada mahasiswa agar terhindar dari perilaku seks bebas dan hamil di luar nikah. Hasilnya adalah perlunya pendidikan seks di perguruan tinggi serta mengoptimalkan bimbingan konseling  sebagai wadah perkembangan psikologis mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perlindungan hukum mengacu pada tindakan, baik lisan maupun tertulis, yang dilakukan untuk melindungi hak dan kepentingan individu atau entitas di dalam sistem hukum. Langkah-langkah ini dapat bersifat preventif atau hukuman. Perlindungan hukum dapat dianggap sebagai aspek independen dari tujuan hukum, yang mencakup gagasan bahwa hukum menjamin keadilan, ketertiban, kepastian, manfaat, dan kedamaian. Masyarakat adat Tengger yang telah eksis sejak masa Negara nusantara dengan corak monarkinya hingga transformasi menjadi Indonesia dengan corak demokrasinya menjadi menarik untuk ditelisik berbagai macam nilai-nilai yang tersemat dalam interaksi sesamanya seperti Kejujuran dan ketulusan masyarakat adat Tengger masih dapat dilihat sampai hari ini sebagai nilai luhur yang tetap dipertahankan. Berbagai upacara adat dan kebudayaan yang memiliki nilai filosofi tersendiri bagi masyarakat adat Tengger. Komposisi demikian menjadikan sebuah pertanyaan bagi kami para tim peneliti untuk melihat bagaimana kedudukan dan pengaruh nilai yang masih dipertahankan oleh masyarakat adat Tengger sebagai anotasi pada anggapan yang berkembang dengan mempertimbangkan kaidah-kaidah nilai yang masih hidup didalamnya yang salah satunya adalah eksistensi dan kedudukan nilai pada Kebudayaan Kasodor sebagai representasi budaya terdeterminan terhadap hukum dan sejauh mana cerminan nilai pada Kebudayaan Kasodor tersebut mendistorsi kecenderungan pemilihan nilai pada norma yang eksis di masyarakat Tengger sebagai variable terpengaruh. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian hukum empiris, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Kebudayaan masyarakat adat Tengger di Kecamatan Tosari serta mengetahui Peran Ketua Adat dalam upaya perlindungan kebudayaan masyarakat adat Tengger. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the processes and processes that occur in development planning in Pulungdowo Village, the role of the community in the development planning process, the process of controlling or controlling the use and financial management through the village consultative body, the development process of the economic development process. From the results of an analysis that can be reported on the process of development planning and financial management in Pulungdowo Village, has approved the mandate of Law Number 6 on Villages in 2014 by linking together the aspirations of the community and stakeholders in the village and its ranks in the village development planning consultation forum that supports the development of people welfare. To represent the results of this study, it is expected to produce consideration in generating synergy between the aspirations of the people and stakeholders or shareholders for better development in the village.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are business entities established and owned by the Village with one of the aims of increasing the village's original income. The Tulungagung Regency Government has implemented facilities for the formation of Village BUMs in 257 villages which are divided into the advanced category of 41 Village BUMs. One of the villages in Tulungagung Regency which has quite large local potential is Ngunut village. Along with the increasing number of local industrial sectors in Ngunut Village that have economic value, BUMDes in Ngunut village are still not being utilized optimally by some village communities. The aim of the research is to find out how the strategy for developing Ngudi Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprises is to improve community welfare in Ngunut Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. The type of research in this research is empirical legal research or sociological legal research and can also be called field research. The approach method used in this research is a sociological juridical approach. The village government's efforts in developing an independent village strategy are by increasing sales of Ngunut Village community products, namely the production of agricultural equipment. In addition, efforts are being made to improve production quality by establishing relationships between BUMDes Ngudi Sejahtera and the Ministry of Industry

Abstract

The importance of understanding intellectual property legal protection for marble craft craftsmen in Tulungagung. As an area famous for marble crafts, Tulungagung has many craftsmen whose intellectual property rights need to be protected. This protection is deemed necessary considering the rapid development of the marble craft industry in Tulungagung. focuses on in-depth understanding of the protection of marble craftsmen's intellectual property rights. This approach allows researchers to gain rich and detailed insights into intellectual property rights protection practices in the context of the marble artisan industry. Marble craftsmen in Tulungagung still need stronger intellectual property legal protection to prevent cases of copyright and trademark infringement. The government and related institutions need to increase outreach and education to marble craftsmen regarding the importance of legal protection of intellectual property, as well as simplify the registration process for copyrights, trademarks and industrial designs so that craftsmen can easily protect their work legally. Marble crafts in Tulungagung have high artistic and economic value.

Abstract

Al Kahf Islamic Boarding School has a strong commitment to eradicating bullying in the Islamic boarding school environment. With these efforts, Al Kahf Islamic boarding school continues to strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for its students. Socialization methods are an important key in preventing bullying in Islamic boarding schools. The education and training approach is an effective method for increasing awareness of the negative impacts of bullying and establishing good ethics among students. Through this approach, teachers and educational staff can provide a deep understanding of the importance of good interpersonal relationships, foster empathy, and provide knowledge and skills to resolve conflict positively. Through an education and training approach, Islamic boarding schools can create a safe and supportive environment for students. The importance of socialization in preventing bullying has also been proven effective in forming awareness and ethics for students. However, the active role of caregivers, teachers and Islamic boarding school staff in implementing this socialization method is very important.

Abstract

Pembelajaran hukum humaniora memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kritis dan analitis mahasiswa hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi metode pembelajaran hukum humaniora yang efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan analitis dan kritis mahasiswa. Metode penelitian kualitatif normatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis relevansi hukum humaniora dalam pendidikan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum humaniora, melalui pendekatan yang melibatkan analisis konteks sosial, budaya, dan sejarah, mampu memberikan pemahaman yang holistik tentang hukum. Metode pembelajaran seperti studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, dan analisis kritis kasus hukum terbukti efektif dalam melatih mahasiswa untuk berpikir kritis dan analitis. Hambatan dalam pengembangan jiwa kritis dan analitis meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya dan kurangnya penguasaan konsep hukum humaniora oleh pengajar. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, rekomendasi penelitian mencakup peningkatan metode evaluasi, penggunaan sumber belajar yang lebih beragam, serta penyelenggaraan diskusi dan debat terbuka. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran hukum humaniora berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lulusan hukum yang berintegritas dan mampu mengaplikasikan hukum dalam konteks sosial yang kompleks

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Program penguatan literasi hukum tata negara dilaksanakan untuk menjawab rendahnya pemahaman guru PPKn terhadap konsep konstitusi dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan tahap koordinasi bersama MGMP PPKn Kabupaten Malang guna menyepakati kebutuhan, tujuan, serta bentuk intervensi yang tepat. Selanjutnya, dilakukan penyusunan dan distribusi modul ringkas yang dirancang agar mudah dipahami dan relevan dengan praktik pembelajaran. Pada tahap implementasi, guru mengikuti sosialisasi konsep dasar, workshop pengembangan perangkat ajar, penyuluhan interaktif mengenai isu-isu aktual, serta praktikum perancangan desain pembelajaran yang kontekstual. Selama kegiatan, komunitas praktik berbasis daring dibentuk sebagai ruang diskusi dan pertukaran pengalaman antar guru. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest–posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, observasi partisipatif terhadap keterampilan pedagogik, dan analisis tingkat keterlibatan guru dalam forum daring. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata 34,7% pada pemahaman konseptual, 29,5% pada keterampilan pedagogik, serta partisipasi aktif hingga 85% dalam komunitas praktik. Modul ringkas dinilai memudahkan pemahaman materi, sedangkan komunitas daring memperkuat kolaborasi antarguru. Dengan demikian, program ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong guru mengintegrasikan isu hukum tata negara secara kontekstual sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Kata kunci: literasi hukum; PPKn; modul ringkas; komunitas daring; guru sekolah menengah ABSTRACTThe constitutional law literacy strengthening program was implemented to address the low level of PPKn teachers’ understanding of constitutional concepts and their application in classroom instruction. The activity began with a coordination stage with the PPKn Teacher Working Group (MGMP) of Malang Regency to identify needs, set objectives, and determine appropriate intervention strategies. Subsequently, a concise module was developed and distributed to provide accessible and relevant learning materials. The implementation stage consisted of conceptual socialization, workshops on teaching material development, interactive counseling on current issues, and practicum sessions for designing contextual lesson plans. During the program, an online community of practice was established to facilitate discussion and experience sharing among teachers. Evaluation was conducted through pretest–posttest to measure knowledge improvement, participatory observation to assess pedagogical skills, and analysis of teacher engagement in the online forum. The results showed an average increase of 34.7% in conceptual understanding, 29.5% in pedagogical skills, and up to 85% active participation in the community of practice. The concise module was perceived as effective in simplifying content, while the online community enhanced collaboration and peer learning. Thus, the program proved effective in enabling teachers to integrate constitutional law issues contextually in their classrooms while strengthening professional competence. Keywords: legal literacy; civic education; concise module; online community; secondary school teachers
