Abstract

Introduction: Women with HIV/AIDS have a heavy burden. Discrimination and the low economic status causes them worse off in the uncertainty of life. The purpose of the study to develop a health empowerment and economic and increase community involvement in the business activities of women with HIV/AIDS.Methods: The method descriptive approach,focus group discussion. The preparation of the design strategies, health empowerment and economic through life skills education for women with HIV/AIDS strengthened through Participatory Action Research (PAR).Results:The results of this study showed that the health status of women with HIV who are involved in phase I. The average age of patients were at a fairly productive life span between 20–40 years. 90% they do not have income. The results of focus group discussions (FGD) indicates that the client requires additional activities that can generate income, but do not overload the physical. Some of the selected activities include embroider and sew, salons and cooking. the result of research on public response associated with HIV/AIDS they mention that women with HIV should be protected by the government and the public, although on average they still can not accept people in their environment.

Abstract

Pandemi  Covid-19 memberikan dampak secara signifikan terhadap penurunan  perekonomian. Secara umum hampir seluruh  sektor terdampak  oleh merebaknya Covid-19. Sektor andalan yang menjadi penunjang pertumbuhan  ekonomi nasional pada saat ini. adalah pada Industri makanan dan minuman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memproyeksikan model bisnis agroindustri kerupuk dan membuat desain  model bisnis agroindustri kerupuk dengan  pendekatan Business Model Canvas. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pengolahan informasi data adalah: (1)  Business  Canvas  Model (BCM),  (2)  Analisis  SWOT,  (3)  Blue  Ocean  Strategy Analisis, (4) membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil analisis Business Canvas Model dan analisis SWOT menghasilkan desain transformasi model bisnis pada UD. Sumber Urip yaitu  strategi pengembangan untuk memperbesar perusahaan  dengan cara mempertahankan Key Resources. Penambahan dilakukan pada Customer Segments yaitu Reseller dan Distributor, pada Value Propositions berupa bisa diantar ke alamat pemesan, PIRT dan Sertifikat Halal, layanan kustemisasi produk. Website dan media sosial pada Channels dan Customer Relationships, akan menghasilkan Revenue Streams dari  produk baru yang terjual dengan bentuk dan warna yang disukai anak-anak, penambahan aktivitas sosial pada Key Activities, menambah mitra jasa pengiriman pada Key Partnerships, serta penambahan biaya untuk kustemisasi dan aktifitas  sosial pada Cost Structure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variables that Determine the opportunities for consumer loyalty Jember Kolong cafe among the variables of the destination image, location and experiential research is explanatory research marketing.This the which aims to determine the causal relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method, the which is sampling with certain considerations. The consideration of sampling in this study is a minimum age of 17 years and a minimum purchase of 2 times. The Data used in this study are the data of primary and secondary data. The primary sources of data were used in this study through questionnaires and interviews while secondary sources of data were used in this study through scientific journals and literature. The Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results Showed that the destination image, location and experiential marketing had a significant effect on the consumer loyalty of Cafe Kolong Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, produk dan harga secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen Telkomsel Flash di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Telkomsel Flash di Bondowoso. Teknik penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Telkomsel Flash di Bondowoso. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa 71,5% kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan, produk dan harga. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

Jamu termasuk minuman herbal yang menjadi warisan budaya bangsa Indonesia. Usaha jamu tradisional mayoritas dilakukan oleh UKM atau kelompok usaha rumahan, seperti usaha jamu tradisional yang dilakukan oleh kelompok anggota Dama Aster Dahlia. Implementasi kegiatan Dama melalui usaha pembuatan jamu dari rempah ini  menjadi upaya peningkatan ekonomi keluarga, pendampingan yang dilakukan secara periodik dan peningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan anggota Dama Aster Dahlia. Peningkatkan produksi dan penjualan akan meningkatkan penghasilan anggota Dama, proses pemberdayaan perempuan akan tampak dari berubahnya wawasan dan sikap kerja mereka. Pelaksanaan PkM dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, praktek dan supervisi, monitoring dan evaluasi.  Mitra Dama Aster Dahlia sebagai peserta sosialisasi, juga bertindak sebagai peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan pengurusan NIB dan Sertifikat Halal.

Abstract

Rezti’s Batik merupakan salah satu industri pembuatan batik yang berada di desa Tegalsari Kabupaten Jember. Adanya tingkat persaingan yang tinggi karena semakin banyak industri yang sama bermunculan maka Rezti’s Batik dituntut untuk membuat rancangan strategi yang memberikan nilai lebih pada konsumen. Maka dari itu penelitian ini diperlukan guna mengetahui strategi apa yang tepat diterapkan. Dalam penelitian ini, Blue Ocean Strategy digunakan sebagai metode untuk merancang sebuah strategi yang berfokus menciptakan ruang pasar baru melalui proses dengan alat analisis kanvas strategi dan kerangka kerja empat langkah. Kanvas strategi digunakan untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan terhadap pesaing didalam ruang pasar. Sedangkan kerangka kerja empat langkah berfungsi merekontruksi atribut-atribut nilai pembeli dalam membuat kurva nilai baru. Dari pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka strategi yang perlu diterapkan Rezti’s Batik adalah stetrategi meningkatkan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan dengan selalu melakukan inovasi pada motif batik kemudian meningkatkan promosi sosial media dengan menambah pekerja yang ahli dibidang teknologi sehingga promosi bisa berjalan maksimal. Selain itu juga perlu mengurangi harga yang sedikit lebih mahal dari pesaing sejenins, batas waktu penyelesaian pembuatan batik dan kelengkapan peralatan. Kemudian menambah pekerja sebagai reseller atau pengecer diluar kota sehingga bisa menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas  lagi .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, motivation and competency analysis on employee performance at Pdam Bondowoso. This research method is quantitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 98 respondents with census techniques. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, religious test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, t test, and r2 test. The results of the study show, a) recruitment has an effect on the performance of PDAM Bondowoso employees. With a significance level of 0.04 0.05 (value); b) there is a positive and significant effect between motivation on organizational performance with a significance level of 0.00. < 0.05 (a value); c) there is a positive and significant influence between competence and employee performance with a significance level of 0.04 0.05 (values ​​of X2 and x3); d) jointly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance on permanent employees of the Bondowoso Regency PDAM office. In conclusion, recruitment, motivation, and competence have a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Bondowoso employees. Keywords: Employee Performance, Competence, Motivation, Recruitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample used in this study was 90 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to analyze product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction is multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistical program for window.v.26. The results showed, a) the quality of the product had a significance level of 0.457 and a positive positive regression coefficient of 0.044; b) service quality has a significance level of 0.004 and a positive feasible regression coefficient of 0.214; c) customer satisfaction has a significance level of 0.000 and a positive feasible regression coefficient of 0.343. In conclusion, product quality has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Foster children and caregivers in the orphanage Princess Aisha old Bondowoso many productive, but they have limited knowledge will be skills, as well as the shortage of funds for venture capital as well as to participate in skills training. These limitations make foster children and caregivers lack skills and do not have work experience. Proposer cooperation with SMEs Batik is Yuniar Batik to share knowledge and experience in mendesai n and make Batik, so as to help the orphanage Princess Aisha Bondowoso in terms of improving the skill set of foster children and their caregivers. By providing knowledge and experience on how to design and make batik, it is hoped that later foster children and caregivers of Putri Aisyah Bondowoso Orphanage will gain knowledge and skills in batik making. The Stimulus Community Partnership Program is implemented by establishing communication and collaboration between the executors of the University of Muhammadiyah Jember represented by Ms. Trias Setyowati, SE., SH., MM , and the 1st partner as a speaker is from Yuniar Batik, represented by the owner, namely the owner, namely the owner Yuniar Widiana, SP partner 2 is Orphanage daughter Aisha Bondowoso represented by Ms. Herni Mauludiyah, S.Pd.I ., In this case, act as coach and chaperone and pemonev activities. While partner 1 acts as a speaker and partner 2 acts as a participant in training and mentoring activities . To both work together to undertake community service activities with the title Empowerment through Training Design and Manufacture Batik at Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyah Bondowoso .

Abstract

Background - Efforts to improve service quality are very influential on the future of a company to foster trust and provide satisfaction to customers or consumers. Objective - This study aims to determine how influential the service quality variables consisting of tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy and the trust variables consisting of ability, benevolence, integrity on customer satisfaction BUMDes Dana Asri Sejahtera. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is causal associative research using quantitative technique. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 85 people. Findings – Based on the results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis on the service quality variable, the most influential dimension is tangibles with a total of 1,264, while the most influential dimension of trust is ability with a total of 1.132. So the conclusion obtained is that the variables of service quality and trust have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction. Research implications - The results of this study have the implication that customer satisfaction can be increased through improving service quality and customer trust and can be a reference for the influence of service quality and trust on satisfaction, especially for BUMDes Dana Asri Sejahtera customers. Research limitations - The limitations of this study are the number of respondents, which is only 85 people, of course, is still lacking to describe the real situation and the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show the actual events, because sometimes it is caused by differences in thoughts, assumptions and understandings of each respondent.
