Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu memudahkan pencatatan keuangan dengan pola pencatatan keuangan yang benar atas transaksi keuangan yang dibuat oleh perempuan paguyuban nelayan Kondang Merak Kabupaten Malang. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh perempuan nelayan Kondang Merak adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan finansial yang dilakukan secara benar. Tujuan  kegiatan pengabdian mencakup peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, penerapan pencatatan keuangan yang benar, dan keterampilan dalam mengelola keuangan dengan giat yang mana perempuan nelayan diberi pelatihan dan bimbingan khusus. Salah satu fokus manajemen adalah literasi keuangan, dimana membantu perempuan nelayan belajar mencatat transaksi keuangan (seperti transaksi kas, penjualan, pembelian, dan biaya) dengan lebih mudah dan efisien. Kemampuan pencatatan keuangan yang benar, menjadi salah satu upaya peningkatan kinerja keuangan paguyuban nelayan perempuan Kondang Merak sehingga berdampak pada keberlanjutan usaha dan kemapanan keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at how work discipline and workload affect teachers' effectiveness at SMA Diponegoro Tumpang. Teacher performance in schools is a crucial aspect in achieving quality education goals. However, factors influencing their performance, such as workload and level of work discipline, are not fully understood in the context of senior high schools. This study employs a literature review method to examine the contribution of workload and work discipline to teacher performance. Through a review of related studies, this research aims to identify the relationship between the workload faced by teachers and their level of work discipline with their performance in the context of SMA Diponegoro Tumpang. The expected outcomes of this research are a deeper understanding of how workload and work discipline affect teacher performance at SMA Diponegoro Tumpang. The implications of these findings are expected to provide valuable insights for school management in designing policies that support the improvement of teacher performance, and serve as a foundation for further research in this area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of work motivation in mediating the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 23 Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach, using the path analysis technique with a sobel test. The research population was 38 teachers with saturated sampling techniques. The results of the study show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on work motivation and performance. Work motivation also has a significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture and organizational commitment through work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The implication of this research is that SMP Negeri 23 Malang needs to prioritize strengthening a positive organizational culture to improve work motivation and teacher performance. This requires investment in effective leadership, inclusive rewards programs, and proactive conflict management. By understanding that work motivation acts as a mediator between organizational culture and commitment to teacher performance, schools can design more focused strategies to improve teacher satisfaction and overall student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate competitive advantage as a mediator of the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of Batik UKM in Malang. The population of this research is 100 batik SME owners in Malang. Sampling in this study uses saturated / census sampling, meaning that all populations are used as samples so that the sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was a direct and positive influence of market orientation on the marketing performance of batik SMEs in Malang City and the competitive advantage was able to mediate the influence of market orientation on the marketing performance of batik SMEs in Malang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate competitive advantage as a mediator for the influence of managerial ability on the performance of SMEs in Malang City. The population of this research is the owners of SMEs in Malang, amounting to 113,000 units engaged in food processing, handicraft, and handicraft business units. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula with a sampling error rate of 5% obtained a total sample of 100 SMEs. The sampling method is through a random procedure (random sampling). Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there is an effect of managerial ability on the performance of SMEs in Malang City and competitive advantage can mediate the effect of managerial ability on the performance of SMEs in Malang City. Future research can analyze the networking capability variables that contribute to the competitive advantage and performance of SMEs.

Abstract

The numerous batik industries in Indonesia, including the province of East Java, are evidence of the fast-paced growth of batik in that country. Batik Businesses in East Java continue to perform poorly due to management issues that are numerous and interconnected. The resource-based theory emphasizes internal elements in elucidating business strategy through competitive advantage as a variable that influences the impact of human capital on the performance of Batik SMEs in East Java. The sampling strategy used in this research was proportional random sampling, with numbered samples drawn from 140 East Javan batik SMEs. A structural equation modeling (SEM) study demonstrates how human capital affects MSMEs' performance and competitive advantage. The link between human capital and the success of batik MSMEs in East Java can be mediated by competitive advantage. Based on the research findings, suggestions are put forward for science. The results of this research can enrich references and scientific repertoire related to Resource-Based Theory and can be implemented in MSMEs who want to get good performance by owning, mastering, and utilizing intangible assets through human capital. Batik SMEs in East Java need to improve leadership skills to be more cooperative with employees and partners and improve relations between employees, partners, and consumers, for further researchers can conduct a study of the business environment and network (networking) efforts to improve the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

An organization whether it is profit and public services are required to be able to show their best performance consistently in order to achieve organizational goals. One of the factors that determine the achievement of organizational goals is the performance of human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. In accordance with the subject matter and purpose of the research that has been formulated, then this kind of research is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 103 employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis. Based on the analysis of evidence that organizational culture and work motivation influence on job satisfaction, organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction may mediate the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. In order to improve employee performance, Institutions need to create a good organizational culture that is applied on the ability of the completion of the work, in addition, employees need to be motivated more by policies decided upon as creating a conducive working environment, providing fasiitas and facilities that support, and more consider the form of awards for employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how patient satisfaction, loyalty, and the hospital's reputation are affected by service quality at RSSA. The study employs a quantitative approach to achieve its objectives. Data were collected via questionnaires from 94 outpatients at the Pharmacy Service Unit of RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis employed the SEM-PLS method. The research findings suggest that service quality does not directly affect patient loyalty. However, both the hospital image and patient satisfaction significantly influence patient loyalty. The mediation analysis indicates that the hospital image does not act as a mediator in the relationship between service quality and patient loyalty. In contrast, patient satisfaction does mediate this effect. This research decisively strengthens hospital management's policies to improve service quality and patient satisfaction, while effectively evaluating the quality of hospital services. This initiative is vital for establishing a strong reputation for the hospital and ensuring unwavering patient loyalty. This research decisively establishes the connection between service quality and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine organizational culture, office facilities and employee performance at the Class I TPI Malang Immigration Office. Organizational culture is defined as the values, norms, and beliefs applied in an organization, while office facilities include the physical environment and work support tools. Work motivation is identified as an internal drive that drives employees to achieve certain goals. The research method used is the Literature Review method from various sources of previous research results. From the results of the review of related research, most studies acknowledge that organizational culture, office facilities, and work motivation affect employee performance. The expected results of this study are a deeper understanding of how organizational culture, office facilities, and work motivation affect employee performance through the results of several previous studies. In addition, the study is also expected to be a consideration for organizations in making policies in terms of improving employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aimed to analyze the influence of human capital, spiritual capital, and financial behavior on business performance mediated by the financial behavior of fisherwomen at the fish auction site in Situbondo regency. Method – This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 66 members of the fisherwomen’s association at the fish auction place in Situbondo regency, using the census sampling technique. The analysis tool used is a structural equation model with partial least squares and a mediation test using Sobel. Findings – The study's results explain that human capital, spiritual capital, and financial behavior positively affect business performance. Human capital and spiritual capital have a direct significant effect on financial behavior. Financial behavior can mediate human and spiritual capital's effect on business performance. Implications – This study contributes to resource-based theory with Intangible assets on human and spiritual capital. Practically related agencies of Situbondo regency and the marine and fisheries agency pay attention to fisherwomen in improving business performance with a focus on how financial behavior is supported by human capital and spiritual capital.
