Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between adversity intelligence and career adaptability of BNI employees of the Rengat branch. The independent variable in this study is adversity intelligence and the dependent variable is career adaptability. The measuring instrument used in this research is the adversity intelligence scale and the career adaptability scale. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling with a total sample size of 35 employees. The validity test uses the Corrected Item-Total Correlation and the reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach technique. The test results show the validity coefficient on the adversity intelligence scale ranges from 0.326 to 0.732, while the reliability coefficient is 0.915. The results of the validity coefficient on the career adaptability scale ranged from 0.349 to 0.831, while the reliability coefficient was 0.939. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient is 0.368 with a significant level of correlation (p) = 0.030 (< 0,05). This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between adversity intelligence and career adaptability of the BNI Rengat branch. So it can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The effective contribution of the adversity intelligence variable with career adaptability is as much as 14%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara positive thinking dengan forgiving behavior pada siswa di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah positive thinking dan variabel dependent adalah forgiving behavior. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala positive thinking dan skala forgiving behavior. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 205 siswa. Uji validitas menggunakan Corrected Item-Total Correlation dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan koefisien validitas pada skala positive thinking berkisar dari 0,314 sampai dengan 0.764, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,898. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala forgiving behavior berkisar dari 0,340 sampai dengan 0,854, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,961. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan besarnya koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,457 dengan taraf signifikan korelasi (p) = 0,000. Artinya ada hubungan signifikan dengan arah positif antara positive thinking dengan forgiving behavior pada siswa di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Sumbangan efektif variabel positive thinking dengan forgiving behavior adalah sebanyak 19%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan self-regulated learning dengan flow experience perkuliahan daring selama pandemi covid-19 pada mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika Angkatan 2018 di Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini self-regulated learning dan variabel terikatnya adalah flow experience. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika Angkatan 2018 di Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang berjumlah 133 orang. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini adalah teknik simple random sampling. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Indeks daya beda aitem pada skala self-regulated learning ini bergerak dari rix=0,320, sampai dengan rix=0,769 dengan Koefisien Reliabilitas sebesar α=0,910. Sedangkan skala flow experience memiliki indeks daya beda aitem rix=0,301, sampai dengan rix=0,757 Dengan koefisien reliabilitas α=0,865. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi antara skala self-regulated learning dengan flow experience perkuliahan daring selama masa pandemi covid-19 pada mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika Angakatan 2018 di Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” sebesar 0,688 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 (P<0,001). Berarti hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-regulated learning, grit on academic stress in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic on students in the city of Padang based on information technology. The data collection method used a self-regulated learning scale, grit scale and academic stress scale with sampling techniques using purposive sampling and snowball sampling, a sample of 1130 students in the city of Padang. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was a significant and negative effect simultaneously between self-regulated learning, grit on academic stress in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic for students in the city of Padang, as seen from Fhitung 271,660> Ftable 3,00371 the hypothesis was accepted and p=0,000< 0.05, and there is a significant and negative effect between self-regulated learning on academic stress in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic on students in the city of Padang with thitung 5.777> ttable 1.962071 the hypothesis is accepted with p=0.000<0.05, and there is a significant effect between grit on academic stress in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic on students in the city of Padang as seen from thitung 12.872 > ttable 1.962071 the hypothesis is accepted with p= 0.000<0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination between self-regulated learning, grit on academic stress are 32.4% and 67.6 are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Guilt is a conscious emotion that causes adolescents to feel sorry, uncomfortable as a result of violating a social norm and religiosity is the belief in the existence of forces outside of oneself that regulate life and life in the universe. This study aims to explore and determine the relationship between religiosity and guilt in adolescents at SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin, Solok Regency. The independent variable (x) in this study is religiosity and the dependent variable (y) is guilt. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of religiosity and guilt scale. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 165 students of SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin Solok Regency. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the alpha cronbach technique. The item discriminatory index on the religiosity scale moves from rix= 0.327 to rix= 0.839 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.926 while the guilt scale moves from rix= 0.327 to rix= 0.816 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.930. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a very significant relationship between religiosity and guilt, with a correlation value (r) of 0.511 with a significant level of 0.000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that with the proposed hypothesis there is a very significant positive relationship between religiosity and guilt in adolescents at SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin, Solok.

Abstract

In taking education there must be a lot of problems faced by students, especially when they are in the phase of adolescent development which is a transitional period. This study aims to determine how big the relationship between hardiness and academic stress in class XI students of SMA Negeri 4 in Padang. The independent variable in this study is hardiness and the dependent variable in this study is academic stress. The measuring tools used in this research are the hardiness scale and the academic stress scale which the researchers constructed themselves based on the theoretical concepts used where for the hardiness scale uses the theoretical concepts covering three aspects, namely commitment, control, and challenge. Academic stress uses the theoretical concept which includes four aspects, namely biological, cognitive, emotional and behavioral. The sample collection technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 153 students who were in SMA Negeri 4 Padang. The validity test in this study is to use content validity and construct validity. The validity coefficient results obtained on the hardiness scale moved from rxy = 0.352 to rxy = 0.830 with a reliability coefficient α = 0.917, while the validity coefficient on the academic stress scale moved from rxy = 0.348 to rxy = 0.822 with a reliability coefficient α = 0.941. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of r = -0.535 was obtained with a significance level of p = 0.000, meaning that the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a moderate and very significant relationship between hardiness and academic stress in class XI students of SMA Negeri 4 Padang with a negative relationship. The effective contribution of hardiness to academic stress is 29% while 71% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Being a student faces a lot of problems, both from the surrounding environment and academic problems. This study aims to determine the role of school well-being and optimism in the academic flow of students at the Faculty of Psychology, University "X" in the city of Padang. This study uses a quantitative research approach with survey methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were all Psychology students at "X" University in the city of Padang, totaling 803 people and the research sample used a probability sampling technique with a cluster random sampling technique with a significance level of 5% so that the sample in this study was 258 students. The measurement tool for this study uses three scales, namely the Academic Flow scale, the School Well-Being scale and the Optimism scale. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of IBM SPSS 26,0. The results of the analysis show a value of p=0,000 (p<0,01), which indicates that school well-being and optimism can play a very significant role in academic flow. The first minor hypothesis test has a significance value of 0,000 <0,01, which means that school well-being plays a positive and very significant role on academic flow. The results of the second minor hypothesis test have a significance value of 0,000<0.01, meaning that optimism plays a positive and very significant role in academic flow. These findings indicate that when students' school well-being is in good condition, the level of academic flow they have will also be good. Likewise, if students have good optimism from within themselves, this will contribute to a good level of academic flow as well. The effective balance of the two independent variables to the dependent variable is 39,8%.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa yang rentan dan masa penting untuk menentukan perjalanan remaja di masa yang akan datang. Banyak remaja yang terjerumus pada kenakalan remaja, dan tidak dapat menentukan tujuan akhir masa depannya. Sehingga hal tersebut perlu menjadi perhatian banyak pihak, termasuk remaja yang bersangkutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara grit dengan subjective well-being pada siswa jurusan teknik bisnis sepeda motor SMK X di Kota Padang. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan skala Subjective Well-Being dan Skala Grit yang peneliti kembangkan berdasarkan teori sebelumnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa Jurusan Teknik Bisnis Sepeda Motor SMK X di Kota Padang yang berjumlah 104 orang siswa. Teknik yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Maka jumlah sampel yang akan menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumalah 104 orang siswa pada jurusan teknik bisnis sepeda motor SMK X di Kota Padang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment pearson yang dilakukan dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 21.0 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,538 dengan nilai (p) sig = 0,000, karena nilai (p) sig 0,000 < 0,01yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan antara grit dengan subjective well-being dengan arah positif, artinya semakin tinggi grit makan semakin tinggi subjective well-being sebaliknya semakin rendah grit, maka semakin rendah juga subjective well-being pada siswa jurusan teknik bisnis sepeda motor SMK X di Kota Padang. Berarti hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima. Kontribusi efektif variabel grit terhadap subjective well-being 29%.

Abstract

Industri kreatif di Indonesia yang terus berkembang, kemampuan pihak di dalamnya untuk berinovasi tentunya memiliki peran penting dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan industrinya guna menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan atau perkembangan kompetitornya. Diperlukan sikap dan perilaku produktif yang didukung dengan kreativitas dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Modal psikologis memiliki dampak langsung pada perilaku kerja inovatif, kemampuan mengoptimalkan akan mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya dan membawa kesuksesan individu dan kelompok. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik apakah terdapat hubungan antara psychological capital dengan perilaku kerja inovatif di instansi X cabang Kota Padang wilayah Sumatera barat. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala psychological capital dan skala perilaku kerja inovatif menggunakan metode sampel jenuh untuk menentukan jumlah sampel. Pegawai yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitan adalah 41 orang. Hasil koefisien validitas pada psychological capital dengan nilai corrected item-total correlation berkisar antara 0,322 sampai dengan 0,665 sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,862. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala Perilaku Kerja Inovatif berkisaran antara 0,313 sampai dengan 0.607 sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,790. Berdasarkan analisis data, nilai korelasi 0,540 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 diperoleh, yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara psychological capital dengan perilaku kerja inovatif dengan arah positif pada pegawai di instansi X cabang Kota Padang wilayah Sumatera Barat. Kontribusi efektif dari variabel Psychological Capital pada Perilaku Kerja Inovatif adalah sebesar 29% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Moral Judgment Maturity and Cheating Behavior in MAS Bahrul Ulum Students, Tello Island, South Nias. The independent variable in this study is Moral Judgment Maturity and the dependent variable is Cheating Behavior. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Likert scale and the Cheating Behavior scale. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique. The sample in this study was 105 students at MAS Bahrul Ulum Tello Island, South Nias. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the Moral Judgment Maturity scale move from rix = 0.377 to rix = 0.701 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.878 while the Cheating Behavior scale moves from rix = 0.355 to rix = 0.760 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.927. Based on data analysis, obtained a correlation value of -0.425 with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between Moral Judgment Maturity and Cheating Behavior in MAS Bahrul Ulum Students, Tello Island, South Nias, in a negative direction. The results of the analysis of the effective contribution of Moral Judgment Maturity with Cheating Behavior is 18% while 82% is influenced by other factors
