Abstract

The hope of this research is to establish manateau kanji extract as a formula for bagea production that comes with gonad diadem setosum (sea urchins), which is rich in nutrients and therefore ideal for women pregnant. Cassava kanji extract can be used as a food formula ingredient to make a range of food formula The goal of this study is to examine the formula of bagea made from cassava flour extract and Gonad Diadema Setosum (Sea urchins) as an aging food in pregnant women. Pre-experiment design in the manufacture of bagea solution. The highest favorite amount for cassava flour bagea is BTP 2 (sago flour 50, cassava flour 50) with a value of 3.26. In addition, the highest level of favorite in the manufacture of bagea made from cassava flour and the addition of gonad is BTP 2 (sago flour 50, cassava flour 50 and gonad 20) In order to increase the preferred value of bagea with the addition of cassava flour and gonad, it is important to add certain ingredients to add flavor to remove odor.

Abstract

Background: Providing additional food made from local food is one strategy for handling nutritional problems in malnourished toddlers and SEZ pregnant women. In order to support improving the quality of Indonesian people, strengthening an economic structure that is productive, independent and competitive, the government has targeted an acceleration in reducing the stunting rate under five. In order to support the implementation of the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction which aims to achieve the quality development target by 2030 and the stunting prevalence target of 14% by 2024.Objective: To produce a comprehensive, up to date and effective analysis of supplementary feeding analysis: Accelerating Stunting ReductionResearch Method: This research uses a qualitative approach and design. Participants in this research were leaders and staff of institutions related to stunting prevention, namely: Provincial Health Services, District Services, Community Health Center Nutrition Officers and Posyandu Cadres. Materials and Tools: Questionnaire form, Camera, Video/handycam equipment, other ATK. This research was carried out in the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Health Service Area, in June-November 2023. Data analysis method: Reading/studying the data, marking key words and ideas that is in the data. The steps in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing as follows: Data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawingResults. PMT activities made from local food can build family independence in providing quality food for pregnant women and toddlers. Malnutrition among toddlers and pregnant women in KEK in Southeast Sulawesi. This problem must be corrected. One program is providing additional local food. Where Southeast Sulawesi is a coastal and island area that has a lot of food. The success of the local feeding program is demonstrated by improvements in the nutritional status of both targets. In toddlers, success can be seen from the weight gain each month. In this activity, the community health center plays a very important role. At the Puskesmas, all activities carried out by cadres can be monitored by the Puskesmas nutrition staff.Suggestion: Improvements in funding are needed, namely additional funds for food distribution to cadres, adequate transportation is needed. It is necessary to evaluate the process of providing additional food made from local ingredients and evaluate weight gain in children under five and increase in LILA size in pregnant women.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penyakit jantung terjadi karena kerusakan sel otot jantung dalam memompa aliran darah keseluruh tubuh, sehingga menyebabkan kondisi jantung tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsinya dengan baik. Perbaikan pada kelaianan jantung yakni konsumsi bubuk kakao. yang banyak katekin dan epikatekin). Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui Studi Pengaruh Konsumsi Bubuk Kakao Terhadap Kesehatan Jantung Pegawai Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen sederhana, untuk mengidentifikasi Studi Pengaruh Konsumsi Bubuk Kakao Terhadap Kesehatan Jantung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Poltekkes Kemenkes Kendari. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sebesar 20 orang. Setelah pemeriksaan, Sampel diberikan bubuk kakao sebesar 20 g yang dikonsumsi sebanyak 40 g tiap hari selama 7 hari konsumsi. Analisis data menggunakan paired t test. Hasil Penelitian: bahwa sebelum konsumsi bubuk kakao rata-rata nilai kolesterol sebesar 223,95 + 44,92 mg/dl dan nilai kolesterol sesudah konsumsi bubuk kakao 217,05 + 44,96 mg/dl. Hasil uji paired t test menunjukkan ada penurunan kolesterol setelah konsumsi bubuk kakao pv=0,045.  Konsumsi bubuk kakao rata-rata nilai LDL sebesar 144,42 + 28,78 mg/dl dan nilai LDL sesudah konsumsi bubuk kakao 136,74 + 34,47 mg/dl. Hasil uji paired t test menunjukkan tidak ada penurunan LDL setelah konsumsi bubuk kakao pv=0,213. Sebelum konsumsi bubuk kakao rata-rata nilai HDL sebesar 47,05 + 11,65 mg/dl dan nilai HDL sesudah konsumsi bubuk kakao 49,79 + 7.89 mg/dl. Hasil uji paired t test menunjukkan tidak ada perubahan kenaikan HDL setelah konsumsi bubuk kakao pv=0,103. Selanjutnya sebelum konsumsi bubuk kakao rata-rata nilai TG sebesar 47,05 + 11,65  mg/dl dan nilai TG sesudah konsumsi Cozika 49,79 + 7.89 mg/dl. Hasil uji paired t test menunjukkan tidak ada penurunan TG setelah konsumsi bubuk kakao pv=0,420. Kesimpulan: konsumsi bubuk kakao setelah perlakuan dapat menurunkan kolesterol total tapi tidak menurunkan LDL, tidak menaikan HDL dan tidak menurunkan TG. Saran, pada ujicoba ini hanya menggunakan waktu 7 hari sehingga perlu penambahan waktu untuk uji coba tersebut

Abstract

Ringkasan: Latar belakang: Angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia mencapai 162.327 kasus pada periode Januari-Mei 2024, dengan sektor kelistrikan berisiko tinggi. PT PLN menghadapi berbagai bahaya seperti sengatan listrik, jatuh dari ketinggian, dan tiang roboh yang memerlukan implementasi SMK3 efektif. Tujuan: Menganalisis risiko kecelakaan kerja berdasarkan perspektif pegawai PT PLN terhadap implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Metode: Penelitian cross-sectional dengan 110 responden menggunakan simple random sampling, kuesioner berbasis PP No. 50/2012 dengan 20 item skala Likert, analisis Chi-Square dan Odds Ratio. Hasil: Implementasi SMK3 kategori kurang (59,1%) berhubungan signifikan dengan risiko kecelakaan kerja (OR=6,641; p=0,000). Responden menilai adanya risiko kecelakaan kerja (63,6%), menunjukkan kesadaran tinggi terhadap bahaya. Simpulan: SMK3 yang kurang meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan 6,641 kali, implementasi signifikan mempengaruhi keselamatan kerja. Saran: Pelatihan K3 terstruktur, budaya keselamatan komprehensif, pemantauan berkala, dan penguatan sosialisasi kebijakan untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja.
