Personal achievement is a very important personality element to encourage students to have a need for achievement in facing challenges. Meanwhile, personal defence is the need to take a yielding and tolerant position to maintain balance. The aims of this research are: (1) to test the effectiveness of Behavioral counseling theory, self-management techniques in increasing personal achievement at MTs Mardlatillah Singaraja and (2) to test the effectiveness of Behavioral counseling theory, self-management techniques in increasing personal defence at MTs Mardlatillah Singaraja. This research design uses a one group pretest-posttest design. The research population was all class VII students at Mts Mardlatillah, totaling 90 students. The research sample was taken using random sampling and random class techniques as an intact group. Therefore, based on the lottery results, classes VII A and VII C were obtained as research samples. Statistical tests use the t-test to determine the effectiveness of the treatment that has been carried out. H0 is rejected if tcount > ttable. H0 is accepted if tcount ≤ ttable. The H1 hypothesis test which was carried out based on the t-test obtained tcount of 1.851 while ttable with db N-1 = 30 – 1 = 29 and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was 1.699. Meanwhile, for the H2 hypothesis test which was carried out based on the t-test, the tcount was 1.880, while the ttable with db N-1 = 30 – 1 = 29 and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was 1.699. Because tcount > ttable it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H1 and H2 are accepted.

Cerdas emosi dapat dicapai jika Individu dalam keadaan siap dan fokus pada pelajara. Individu harus memiliki cerdas emosi agar dapat memiliki kemampuan untuk kesadaran diri, memotivasi diri, pengaturan diri, empati dan membangun hubungan sosial. Adapun tujuan peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui teori konseling kognitif perilaku dengan teknik mencontoh , apakah efektif bisa meningkatkan cerdas emosi siswa di Smp Negeri 6 Singaraja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penulis menggunakan desain quasi experimental. Desain quasi experimental terdapat kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen yang tidak dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Independent Sample-test dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 27 menunjukkan nilai hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Samplest-test, mendapatkan t = 7.685> 0.05 p. Maka didapatkan nilai 0.00 < 0.05. ini berarti Ha diterima. Maka dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga pendekatan teori konseling Kognitif perilaku dengan teknik mencontoh memiliki pengaruh untuk meningkatkan cerdas emosi siswa di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Emotional intelligence can be achieved if the Individual is in a state of readiness and focused on learning. Individuals must have emotional intelligence in order to have the ability for self-awareness, self-motivation, self-regulation, empathy and building social relationships. The researcher's goal is to find out cognitive behavioral counseling with modeling techniques, whether it is effective in increasing students' emotional intelligence at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The author uses a quasi experimental design. The quasi-experimental design has a control group and an experimental group that is not randomly selected. This study uses the Independent Sample-test with the help of SPSS Version 27 to show the value of the hypothesis test results using the Independent Samplest-test, obtaining t = 7.685> 0.05 p. So a value of 0.00 < 0.05 is obtained. this means that Ha is accepted. Thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, so the counsellor's approach.

The finding of learning outcomes is low in this study; therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of constructivism theory with the Student Teams Achievement Division technique and Group Investigation techniques through Lesson Study related to thematic learning in fifth-grade elementary school. This research is a quasi-experimental research design with Randomized Control Trials (RCTs). The population of this research is 26 students in VB class. 13 VB class students as an experimental group and 13 VB class students as a control group. Obtaining data was collected with 30 multiple choice test instruments. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and an Independent Sample t-test. Based on the results of the study after testing the hypothesis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows in the decision table the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.005 which means the significance value (2-tailed) <0.05 (0.005 <0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 = accepted. This means that the results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence on the experimental group taught by the Student Teams Achievement Division technique and the Group Investigation technique through lesson study with a control group that the teacher learns as usual on student learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that the theory of constructivism with the Student Teams Achievement Division technique and Group Investigation lesson study techniques effectively improve the thematic learning outcomes of VB grade students.

Personal endurance is very important as it encourages students to have the need to be able to survive to overcome all obstacles and obstacles in achieving the expected goals. Personal heterosexuality is the need for sexual relations with other people, including associating with the opposite sex, having affection for the opposite sex, having a sense of concern for the opposite sex. Behavioral is an adaptation of the behavioristic counseling school, which emphasizes attention to visible behavior. Modeling is a learning process through observation after observing the behavior of other people. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Behavioristic approach with modeling techniques to build personal endurance and personal heterosexuality in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Denpasar. This research design uses a one group pretest-posttest design with a research population of all students in grades VIII.1, VIII.2 and VIII.3, totaling 90 people. Sampling used random sampling and random class techniques as an intact group. Based on the selection results, classes VIII.2 and VIII.3 were obtained as the assessment sample. Statistical tests use the t-test to determine the effectiveness of the treatment that has been carried out. H0 is rejected if tcount > ttable. H0 is accepted if tcount ≤ ttable. Based on the H1 ttest, the tcount was 4.926, while the ttable with db N-1 = 30 – 1 = 29 and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was 1.699. Based on the H2 t-test, the tcount was 3.738, while the ttable with db N-1 = 30 – 1 = 29 and a significance level of 5% (0.05) was 1.699. Because tcount > ttable it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H1 and H2 are accepted..

The COVID-19 pandemic that has lasted for two years is a dynamic condition that has an impact on all dimensions of life, including educational field. Various changes that appear in learning activities at school can not be denied has become a stressful situation that requires students to adapt quickly. Several findings have shown that there is a decrease in students' psychological well-being during the pandemic. This condition emphasizes that students need to have good psychological resilience so they are able to face difficulties and misfortunes, and be adaptive due the changes. The development of student resilience can be done through guidance and counseling services. SMART-R is a strength-based counseling model that can be implemented by counselors (BK teachers) to develop student resilience. Through the implementation of SMART-R counseling, students can have a more adaptive response in dealing with pressures and changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and can develop more positive feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan disiplin belajar antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan dengan fokus pada faktor psikososial dan kognitif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pemeriksaan pengaruh jenis kelamin terhadap disiplin belajar melalui motivasi internal, peran sosial, dan strategi belajar yang lebih terstruktur. Menggunakan desain kuantitatif komparatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa perempuan memiliki disiplin belajar lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa laki-laki. Rata-rata skor disiplin belajar siswa perempuan adalah 75,4 (M) dengan standar deviasi 5,6, sedangkan siswa laki-laki memperoleh rata-rata skor 69,2 (M) dengan standar deviasi 6,1. Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh motivasi internal yang lebih kuat, strategi belajar yang lebih terorganisir, dan ekspektasi sosial yang lebih tinggi terhadap siswa perempuan. Hasil uji t-test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara disiplin belajar siswa laki-laki dan perempuan (p0.05). Temuan ini penting untuk pengembangan strategi pengajaran dan bimbingan yang lebih efektif.

Psychological well-being enables adolescents to feel happy, have a sense of purpose, and manage emotional and social pressures effectively. However, many adolescents face stress due to academic demands, social expectations, and emotional disturbances, disrupting their psychological balance. Existing interventions often lack a holistic approach and fail to effectively integrate psychological, emotional, and spiritual aspects to enhance psychological well-being. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of transpersonal counseling as an intervention to improve adolescents' psychological well-being. The method employed was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test, involving 20 adolescents aged 15-18 years selected through purposive sampling. The results indicated that the average psychological well-being score significantly increased from 62.5 in the pre-test (low category) to 81.7 in the post-test (higher category). Statistical analysis using a related sample t-test yielded a t-value of 5.32 with a p-value < 0.05, signifying a significant difference before and after the intervention. These findings suggest that transpersonal counseling can be an effective approach to improving adolescents' psychological well-being through a holistic integration of psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

Cross-cultural counseling refers to a therapeutic process that occurs between counselors and clients who originate from diverse backgrounds and cultural contexts. Hence, it is imperative for counselors to possess proficiency in the domain of cross-cultural counseling in their professional endeavors. This research employed a qualitative descriptive methodology to examine the cross-cultural counseling process using the solution-focused brief counseling approach. The study focused on a seventh-grade student from one of the public schools in Nusa Tenggara Timur Indonesia who belonged to a distinct cultural background from the counselor. The primary objective was to investigate the effectiveness and outcomes of the cross-cultural counseling process when implementing the solution-focused brief counseling approach. The study's findings indicate that individual counseling using the Focused Solution Brief Counseling technique encompasses several key components. These include the construction of a positive therapeutic relationship, goal setting, the identification of issues, the development and implementation of solutions, and the termination of the counseling session. The study additionally demonstrates that within the realm of cross-cultural counseling, the solution-focused brief counseling approach has the capacity to effectively address the challenges faced by students. Therefore, solution-focused brief counseling may serve as an effective strategy for school counselors that can help students resolve their problems.

In order to promote career maturity at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, this study seeks to ascertain the implementation of trait and factor advisory services using modeling methodologies. This study's methodology was exploratory. employing a random sampling strategy for sampling. Using a career maturity questionnaire, data is gathered. The Paired-Sample T-Test was employed in the data analysis technique, which made use of parametric statistical analysis and the SPSS For Windows version 20.00 software. The purpose of this research methodology is to identify the type and contributing aspects that counseling with modeling techniques has on raising student career maturity. Students in the control class and the experimental class participated in this study using a non-equivalent control group design. This investigation is. The Independent Samples t-test was utilized in this study with the assistance of SPSS Version 20 to demonstrate the significance of the Independent Samples t-test results, which were t = 4.308 > 0.05 p. The value is therefore 0.00 0.05. Thus, Ha has gained acceptance. The class XI DPIB I and II students of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja show differences in career maturity between students who receive the trait and factor counseling approach with modeling techniques and students who do not receive the trait and factor counseling approach with modeling techniques. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the rational emotive-behavioral counseling service approach with reframing techniques to improve the emotional intelligence of SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja students. The method used in this study is experimental. Sampling using random sampling technique. Collecting data using emotional intelligence questionnaire. The data analysis technique used parametric statistical analysis, namely by using the Paired-Sample T-Test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 16.00 program. This research method aims to determine the effect of rational emotive behavioral counseling with reframing techniques in increasing students' emotional intelligence. The research design used was the Non-Equivalent Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. This study focuses on the effectiveness of the rational emotive behavioral counseling approach with reframing techniques to improve students' emotional intelligence with the data collection technique used, namely a questionnaire.
