The purpose of this research is to identify the implementation and the needs of sex education for early childhood pupils in preschool so that it could be used to make parenting models for early childhood sex education to meet schools and parents’ needs. This study included a qualitative descriptive study conducted for 1 semester. The subject of this study are teachers at Tunas Bangsa PAUD, Merpati Ungaran Cluster, Semarang District. The data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The result showed that teachers had not been doing sex education for early childhood intensely because they did not understand the material in detail about sex education. The school has never carried out parenting activities about sex education for children but actually require parenting for early childhood sex education by bringing the experts. The parenting of sex education are expected in the form of seminars and counseling, or in the form of games thus they can involve parents and able to carry that task in pleasant conditions.

This study aims to find out how caregivers in helping children to develop or build discipline from an early age conducted by 3 caregivers of the Orphanage of the White Cross on the Orphanage Children of the White Cross especially against one early childhood. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with case study method, data collection by interview and data analysis with qualitative. In this study there are 3 subjects that help one child in building discipline. The results of the study show that the discipline of children is increasing from previously unattended discipline until now already have good discipline, in building discipline. The way in which the subject tends to be different from the other caregivers. Subjects do not use corporal punishment and it is done in a better way. The way the subject tends to be a subtle way with good advice, real stories, habits, good examples, daily schedules made, gift giving to children.

The objective of this research was to evaluate whether self-confidence influenced students’ social adjustment significantly. One hundred and twenty students in Class X SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga was sampled and given questionnaires regarding self-confidence and social adjustment. The data was then analyzed quantitatively using simple linear regression. Results showed that there was a significant positive influence of self-confidence on social adjustment. Self-confidence explained 26.40% variation of social adjustment.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-control on truancy behavior of students. Self-control which is an individual's ability to read the situation himself and his environment. Students in a school have different characteristics. One of them is about truancy behavior. The results showed that there was an influence between self-control and school stress on bullying behavior, so that students. There was a decrease in truancy behavior at school after being given group counseling.

Tujuan penelinitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Motivasi Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Motivasi Kerja Guru. Motivasi yang merupakan suatu proses dimana kebutuhankebutuhan mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan serangkaian kegiatan yang mengarah ke tercapainya tujuan tertentu. Tujuan yang jika berhasil dicapaiakan memuaskan atau memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan tersebut. Untuk cara bangkit kembali motivasi kerja sepeerti 1. Mengerti tujuan diri sendiri, 2. Berpikir positif dan bersyukur, 3. Beripenghargaan untuk diri sendiri, 4. Cintai pekerjaan kita, 4. Jangan taku dan ragu, 5. Dan ingat diluar sana masih banyak yang menganggur Teknik untuk analisis data digunakan teknik korelasi Kendall Tau-B dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS IMB Statistics for windows 20.0.

Dewasa ini isu mengenai pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap self-regulated learning menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap self-regulated learning mahasiswa BK UKSW. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kausal komparatif yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS IMB statistic for window20.0.

Nowadays, the issue regarding the effect of online games on student motivation at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik is interesting to examine. This study aims to describe the effect of online games on student learning motivation. This descriptive study took 50 online games for students at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik. Data was collected through a distributed research questionnaire that matched the criteria, namely active users of online games. In this study using quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this research is using the SPSS software program for Windows Realease version 20.0 to process statistical data. The results of the study indicate that there is a motive that is the driving force for playing online games for students at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik. The tendency of online game players to experience addiction symptoms when viewed from the intensity and frequency of playing more than an average of 5 days a week and playing for more than an average of 5 hours a day, it is concluded that the addiction experienced by online game players reaches the maniac game stage for students. at SMK Terpadu Al Mustaqim Timpik.

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK N 1 Pringapus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X TSM SMK N 1 Pringapus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Kendall’s tau. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel total seluruh siswa kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus yang berjumlah 116 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala, pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks dan perilaku seksual yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori dari Rahman dan Fachrudin (2000), dan penulis mengadopsi dari Febrian Firza (2011) serta teori Arum dalam Octaviani (2009) dan penulis mengadopsi dari Febrian Firza (2011). Pengolahan datanya menggunakan progam SPSS for Windows 17.0 version. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks dengan perilaku seksual remaja siswa kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, dengan nilai r = 0,435 dan koefesien signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Maka hubungan kedua variabel tersebut positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis peneliti Ada Hubungan Signifikan Antara Pengetahuan Tentang Pendidikan Seks Dengan Perilaku Seksual Remaja Siswa Kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019”, jadi dapat dikatakan hipotesis diterima.Kata kunci: Pengetahun Tentang Pendidikan Seks, Perilaku Seksual

This study aims to examine the effect of smartphone use on social interactions of adolescents at Salib Putih Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was total sampling in order to obtain a sample of 42 teenagers as residents of the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation. The data used is in this study using primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire or questionnaire. This study uses simple regression analysis techniques and is processed with SPSS version 25 software. The simple linear regression test results show that the intensity of smartphone use has no effect on the social interactions of adolescents at the Salatiga Orphanage Foundation, this is evidenced by a significance level greater than 5% alpha, namely 0.590 > 0.05. Based on the Model Summary data in table 4.8, it can be seen that the value of the R Square is 0.007, which means 0.7%. So it can be concluded that the variable of smartphone use has an effect on social interaction by only 0.7%. and for 99.3% by other factors not described in this study. For this result because it is too small so it can be ignored.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara perkembangan moral dengan perilaku prososial. Teknik sampling didalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Pengambilan datanya dengan cara langsung membagikan skala kepada semua siswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak SMK Negeri 1 Tengaran Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 129 siswa. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik korelasi kendall tau b. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perkembangan moral dengan perilaku prososial siswa kelas X Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak SMK Negeri 1 Tengaran Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan koefisien korelasir = 0.291 dan p = 0.001 < 0.01. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa perkembangan moral memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku prososial siswa SMK Negeri 1 Tengaran. _________________________________________________________This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between moral development and prosocial behavior. The subjects of this study were all grade X students of Software Engineering at State Vocational School 1 Tengaran in the 2019/2020 Academic Year totaling 129 students. This type of research is correlational research with the Kendall tau correlation technique b. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between moral development and prosocial behavior of the tenth grade students of Software Engineering at State Vocational High School 1 in 2019/2020 Academic Year with correlation coefficient = 0.291 and p = 0.001 <0.01. That is, the higher the level of moral development, the higher the level of prosocial behavior, or conversely the lower the level of moral development, the lower the level of social behavior.
