Abstract

Tim PKM FKIP Universitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin telah melakukan edukasi tentang gaya belajar pada siswa SMK Martapura pada tanggal 15 dan 16 Januari 2025. Tujuan PKM ini agar siswa mengetahui tentang macam-macam gaya belajar, strategi belajar dari masing-masing gaya belajar, dan cara belajar yang efektif. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk kegiatan ini yaitu metode ceramah, tanya jawab,dan diskusi. Kesimpulan kegiatan PKM ini yaitu berhasil atau tidaknya belajar bergantung dari berbagai macam faktor, salah satunya adalah gaya belajar. Oleh karenanya gaya belajar dianggap memiliki peranan penting dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Ada beberapa gaya belajar yaitu gaya belajar visual, auditori, dan kenistetik. Belajar akan efektif jika siswa mampu menyelaraskan cara belajar dengan gaya belajar yang dimilikinya sehingga prestasinya optimal.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is essential in improving employee performance and productivity so that the institution can realize its goals. One factor that influences job satisfaction is employees' personality characteristics. This study aims to determine the effect of suitability between personality types and work environment on job satisfaction. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, XYZ University, with a sample of 24 lecturers. Data was collected through the questionnaires and analyzed with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed no significant effect of the suitability between personality type and work environment on job satisfaction; the contribution is only 5.3%.
