Abstract

Keluarga merupakan pendidik pertama dan utama. Pengaruh keluarga sangat kuat dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak. Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap orang tua adalah mengetahui  bagaimana mengembangkan minat baca anak. Mengembangkan minat baca harus dilakukan dengan cara variatif, artinya tingkat konsentrasi anak tidak panjang dan mereka mudah teralihkan oleh sesuatu. Proses belajar membaca harus menyenangkan seperti bermain agar anak tidak merasa bosan. Kemampuan membaca berhubungan dengan minat dan kebiasaan anak dalam membaca. Mengembangkan minat baca dengan kegiatan Literasi taman bacaan yang menyenangkan dapat meningkatkan minat baca pada anak sekolah dasar di desa Rintis. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman kepada anak- anak sekolah dasar di desa Rintis. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan warna tersendiri kepada anak-anak didaerah taman bacaan karena selama ini mereka jarang sekali mereka melakukan kegitan tersebut baik di lingkungan tempat tinggal maupun di tempat mereka bermain. Kegiatan ini juga sebagai pengingat kepada anak-anak di daerah taman bacaan desa Rintis bahwa membaca sangat bermanfaat untuk masa depan. Dengan Kegiatan PKM ini anak-anak desa Rintis  dapat meningkatkan ketekunan dan  kepercayaan mereka bahwa dengan membaca mereka dapat menjelajahi dunia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPosyandu is a place/place where people get health services. The existence of Posyandu is very necessary in bringing promotive and preventive efforts closer to the community, the main thing is related to efforts to improve the nutritional status of the community and maternal and child health efforts. Children under the age of five are very susceptible to disease if their immune system is not protected. One of the efforts to protect the immune system in toddlers is immunization that is carried out periodically. Therefore, posyandu can play an active role in improving the immunization program for toddlers. Posyandu activities consist of Maternal and Child Health (KIA) activities, as well as efforts to develop the quality of human resources by optimizing the potential of children's growth and development. The growth and development of children can be monitored through posyandu activities for toddlers. The toddler posyandu is a service to toddlers and children by weighing so that the growth and development of toddlers and children can be monitored. The benefits of posyandu for toddlers are providing child health services, immunization, supplementary feeding, and counseling about health. Weighing toddlers and children. Keberadaan Posyandu sangat diperlukan dalam mendekatkan upaya promotif dan preventif kepada masyarakat, hal utama yaitu terkait dengan upaya peningkatan status gizi masyarakat serta upaya kesehatan ibu dan anak. Anak dibawah usia lima tahun sangat rentan terkena penyakit jika sistem kekebalan tubuhnya tidak terlindungi. Salah satu upaya untuk melindungi sistem kekebalan tubuh pada balita adalah imunisasi yang dilakukan secara berkala. Oleh karena itu posyandu dapat berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan program imunisasi pada balita. Kegiatan posyandu terdiri dari kegiatan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA), serta upaya pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan mengoptimalkan potensi tumbuh kembang anak. Tumbuh kembangnya anak dapat dipantau melalui kegiatan posyandu balita. Posyandu balita adalah merupakan pelayanan kepada balita dan anak dengan melakukan penimbangan agar bisa dipantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita dan anak. Manfaat posyandu balita ialah memberikan layanan kesehatan anak, imunisasi, pemberian makanan tambahan, dan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan. Penimbangan balita dan anak. Penimbangan balita dilakukan tiap bulan di posyandu. Abstract

More and more users and business owners are gravitating toward short films. Short videos are now more engaging and entertaining due to more interactive engagements and the development of artificial intelligence technology like facial recognition. Short video marketing communications emerged due to the rapid growth of short videos. Social media usage is one kind of short video marketing communication. Short videos can now be uploaded to social media platforms for communication. TikTok is one of those social media sites. To sell its app, TikTok uses short movies that, thanks to an algorithm, quickly become viral hits. This study aims to identify Social Media Algorithms and Short Videos as Effective Communication Media in Tourism Marketing. Descriptive techniques are used in this study's qualitative methodology. The findings of the study demonstrate how social platforms like TikTok, which use algorithms based on user preferences and short films uploaded to social media, have changed how prospective tourists learn about places to visit the use of brief videos through social media platforms as marketing communications influences tourists' perceptions of destination image and tourist intentions, with interactive marketing playing a more significant role. This study investigates empirically the influence of usage on perceptions of destination image and tourism intentions. Regarding the effect of visitor intention, the influence of tourist attractions and accommodations is greater than that of short video marketing on image perception.

Abstract

Information technology that is developing rapidly can be beneficial for the community in supporting various business activities, both large and small scale businesses, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) so that they can be marketed globally. This activity aims to improve and develop digital marketing which is one of the digital-based product and service marketing techniques carried out by various Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the Lake Toba Caldera village. In this study, we describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for UMKM actors in the Caldera village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research methods that are focused on problems based on facts which are carried out by means of observation, interviews and studying documents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, the results of research in the Caldera village are known.

Abstract

One of the main advantages of digital marketing is that it allows MSMEs to reach a much larger audience than traditional marketing methods. Implementing digital marketing allows MSMEs to target their ideal customers and communicate with them directly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing e-commerce, social media, and content marketing to increase shopping interest in MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach that tests numbers and analyzes statistical tests, collects data and uses a sample of 100 respondents to get valid answers. The results of this study show that e-commerce has no significant effect on shopping intentions in MSMEs, social media has no significant effect on shopping intentions in MSMEs, and the last variable, namely content marketing, has proven to have a positive and significant effect on shopping intentions in MSMEs. Researchers see that the application of content marketing greatly influences a consumer's shopping interest. The development of technology is currently very rapid and very influential for people in the business world.

Abstract

This training for empowerment of plantation sector cooperatives in the financial sector aims to increase the knowledge and ability of the cooperative owners or cooperative management in preparing simple financial reports for cooperatives. The government provides financial assistance in the form of a community palm oil rejuvenation program (PSR) with the aim that the community can rejuvenate old or damaged oil palm land into land that can produce high quality palm oil. This is because Labuhanbatu Regency is one of the producers of palm oil and oil palm plantations are also a major factor in supporting the economy of Labuhanbatu Regency. Fund assistance in the form of the community palm oil rejuvenation program (PSR) provided is Rp. 30 million per hectare of oil palm. The funds are given to cooperatives engaged in the plantation sector. The training provided is in the form of training in making simple financial reports for cooperatives. Starting from understanding transaction analysis, accounting terminology, accounting cycles, debit and credit rules, Chart of Accounts (COA), and finally preparing financial statements. Owners or management of cooperatives are very enthusiastic in participating in the training because there are some who just know about the basics of accounting science.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah Toko Grosir Minang Desa TJ. Medan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah konsumen Toko Grosir Minang sebanyak 60 orang.. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert merupakan suatu teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh variabel kualitas produk (X1), persepsi harga (X2), dan lokasi (X3) berpengaruh positif  terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian (Y). Nilai Fhitung sebesar 35,157> Ftabel 2.48 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk (X1), persepsi harga (X2), dan lokasi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan bukti empiris analisis faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2014-2017 yang berjumlah 44 perusahaan. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 32 perusahaan. Data diolah menggunakan metode uji statistik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility. Secara parsial profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Sedangkan leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility

Abstract

Every company must have financial reports that record capital, profits, losses, production wages, salary payments, which are related to the whole business. This report is called a financial report or financial report which records all information about a company's finances. The financial report is the final result of the process of recording financial transaction activities in a company that describes the company's financial condition in an accounting period and is a general description of the performance of a company. Where the purpose of making financial statements is to communicate the economic resources (assets), and obligations of an entity at a certain time, and the capital owned by the company. One way to get good financial reports is to compare the numbers in the financial statements. In making comparisons known as financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used are profitability ratios and liquidity ratios. The results of these financial ratios will show the health condition of the company in question and are used to assess management's performance in a period whether it has achieved the targets as set and assesses management's ability to effectively empower company resources.

Abstract

Service quality and product quality are the most important components in measuring student satisfaction and loyalty, especially for those who are attending education in the field of courses and training. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction at the Intermedia Computer Training and Training Center Rantauprapat Institute. This study uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and this study uses path analysis which will discuss the direct or indirect effects or effects of the intermediary independent variables and the dependent which became the causal hypothesis of the effect on variables with the help of the SPSS version 26 software program for Windows. The results indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality and product quality on satisfaction. But there is no significant effect on the quality of service through student satisfaction on student loyalty. Furthermore, product quality through student satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on student loyalty. And also, the influence has been given to student satisfaction so that there is loyalty given. Due to the results of this study the variable of service quality on loyalty is weak, therefore it is better for the Rantauprapa Intermedia Training Center Course Institute to provide improvements in service quality and be more selective in determining appropriate services and products.
