Abstract

Marketing strategy is very important in business processes. This process is the final process of a production. Today digital-based marketing is one of the breakthroughs in the marketing world and we are required to adapt to it. Service activities for MSMEs are carried out at the Rantau Prapat MSME service in collaboration with the Rantau Prapat Pratama Tax Service Office. This activity focuses on MSME participants in Labuhanbatu, namely briefing on how to market product strategies in the current digital era with a total of 30 MSME participants. The implementation method used was lectures and questions and answers to MSME entrepreneurs who were present at the forum. The results achieved are that MSMEs can independently market products with their respective strategies in the current digital era in accordance with sales targets, MSMEs know market share and market developments in the current digital era, and can use media such as marketplaces as a place for their online sales.

Abstract

The distribution of dividend payments showed the state of the company's performance. The research aimed to found out the results of financial ratios to the Dividend Payout Ratio for food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period was taken from 2016 to 2021. Data collection in this research used secondary data in the form of data collection from the company's annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research showed that the Current Ratio had positive but not significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Return on Assets partial results had positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Debt to Equity Ratio was partially proven to had no significant negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Simultaneous test showed that the Current Ratio, Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio had positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. The urgency of research in knowing the results of financial ratios on the Dividend Payout Ratio in order to attract the attention of investors to invest more so that the issuer's capital will also increase which makes the company grow. The research contribution will give a signal to the public and those who wish to know the Dividend Payout Ratio of food and beverage companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis hubungan kinerja karyawan dari perspektif rotasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi pada PT. Kapuas Besar. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 orang. Hasil  penelitian  yang  dilakukan membuktikan pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan  antara variabel bebas (rotasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi) mempengaruhi variabel terikat (kinerja karyawan). Selain itu, secara parsial diketahui bahwa rotasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Komitmen organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kompensasi (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sedangkan nilai R² = 56,30% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak diikutkan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This study aims to see student acceptance during online lectures using the Zoom application and see how the Zoom application technology is acceptable in the learning process. The problems that arise are not far from how the digital interaction process is attempted to replace offline interactions where conventional learning usually takes place. The acceptance of information technology with an audio-visual-based learning process that was suddenly forced during the Covid-19 pandemic basically raised concerns over the classroom interaction process that previously dominated the lecture process. The research method implements the GETAMEL model to see how far the admission process occurs to students. All research respondents are cross-semester students who are under the study program in the economics faculty. 90 respondents answered the research questionnaire which was distributed online through the google form application. The results showed that the constructs in GETAMEL basically had an effect on student acceptance behaviour on the technology applied except for the experience variable. Furthermore, subjective norm and enjoyment variables play an important role in the process of student acceptance in using a relatively new technology.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak melalui penggunaan metode gerak dan lagu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi beberapa langkah, yaitu: (1) melakukan pre-test, (2) menyampaikan materi, (3) melakukan praktek menari, (4) melakukan post-test, dan (5) sesi tanya jawab. Partisipan program ini terdiri dari 20 orang anak dan satu orang guru. Hasil dari program pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman anak-anak tentang pelecehan seksual meningkat dengan signifikan setelah presentasi, terbukti dengan peningkatan nilai sebesar 31%. Ini tercermin dari kemampuan anak-anak dalam menjawab pertanyaan dengan tepat dan kemampuan mereka dalam mempraktikkan cara menolak jika ada yang ingin menyentuh tubuh mereka. Kesimpulannya, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan menggunakan metode gerak dan lagu terbukti sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 30 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t), pengujian signifikan simultan (uji F), dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi berpengaru terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training, work experience, work environment and competency on the performance of employees of the Labuhanbatu Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out using a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that training, work experience, work environment and competence influence the performance of employees of the Labuhanbatu Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budget planning, standard costs, and cost control on the operational efficiency of food and beverage companies in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of the study consists of all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample obtained consisted of 10 companies engaged in the food and beverage sector, with a financial report period of five years, resulting in a total of 50 data points. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique in this study uses SPSS software to conduct classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the Budget Planning variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on Operational Efficiency with a significance value of 0.657 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the Standard Cost variable (X2) has a significant effect on Operational Efficiency with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, and the Cost Control variable (X3) also has a significant effect on Operational Efficiency with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Budget Planning, Standard Cost, and Cost Control have a significant effect on Operational Efficiency with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pilihan konsumen di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi oleh harga, suasana toko, servicescape, dan variasi produk. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat. Karena populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui, maka penulis menggunakan rumus untuk mengambil sampel penelitian (Hair et al., 2019). Oleh karena itu, 120 responden merupakan ukuran sampel yang akan diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), yang berbasis pada Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat, harga secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Keputusan pembelian di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh suasana toko. Keputusan pembelian di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh Servicescape. Keputusan pembelian di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variasi produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kultur organisasi, need for power, dan kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap Organizational-Based Self-Esteem (OBSE) pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis regresi berganda hierarkis. Data dikumpulkan dari 182 responden melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OBSE, dengan kultur organisasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, gaya kepemimpinan yang partisipatif, serta pemahaman terhadap dorongan motivasi individu dalam membentuk persepsi diri pegawai terhadap nilai dan keberartian mereka di dalam organisasi.
