Abstract

Writing a language skill that requires practice to be controlled properly. writing skills closely related to other skills, such as listening, speaking, and reading. Therefore, learning to write should get more attention that writing skills are considered to be complex and complicated can be mastered easily. On learning Indonesian language and literature, especially in the sixth grade of elementary school, the students began to be introduced to write poetry. There are some things that become obstacles students in writing poetry as a matter of choosing words (diction), the selection of ideas (imagination), and figurative language (figure of speech). These constraints raise the motivation of authors to conduct research by providing learning to write poetry that is attractive and easy to students. In ensuring this research, in addition to the use of the medium of film to stimulate students in writing an epic poem, the author also implements strategies to make students motivated in learning writing that will be implemented. The strategy used the motivational strategies ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction).

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah gizi pada balita dikarenakan terganggunya asupan gizi saat kehamilan yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya perkembangan anak dan memberikan efek negatif jangka panjang. Inovasi Pangan Lokal Pembuatan Nugget Ikan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memenuhi kecukupan gizi masyarakat terutama kebutuhan protein harian yang bisa didapatkan dari pemanfaatan ikan di Padukuhan Gentingan, Yogyakarta. Pembuatan Nugget Ikan ini memilih ikan nila dan ikan bawal sebagai bahan dasar karena ketersediaannya yang melimpah didaerah tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung diversifikasi pangan lokal dengan memanfaatkan potensi ikan nila dan ikan bawal dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi dalam pertumbuhan anak-anak. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, wawancara, pelatihan pembuatan nugget ikan dan penyuluhan gizi kepada masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan tentang gizi keluarga salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan budidaya ikan lokal. Kesimpulan: terdapat peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentinggingnya gizi dalam pertumbuhan anak-anak dan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang cara pembuatan nugget ikan untuk mendukung diservasi pangan lokal. Agar pengabdian masyarakat dalam peningkatan inovasi-inovasi lainnya dapat dikembangkan sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting, baik untuk memberikan kesehatan dan peningkatan standar ekonomi kepada masyarakat sasaran, dan mendukung diversifikasi pangan lokal. Langkah selanjutnya adalah pemantauan dan evaluasi, serta perluasan program untuk mencapai dampak yang lebih luas dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan berbahasa-tanda baca pada surat edaran PT. WM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah dari surat edaran PT. WM dari tahun 2020-2021. Data tersebut diklasifikasikan berdasarkan jenis kesalahan tanda baca, dengan merujuk pada Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan terdapat tujuh jenis kesalahan berbahasa tanda baca antara lain tanda titik 12 data (24%), tanda koma 11 data (22%), tanda titik dua 15 data (30%), tanda hubung 1 data (2%), tanda petik tunggal 1 data (2%), tanda kurung 3 data (6%) dan tanda garis mirirng 7 data (14%) dari 50 data kesalahan tanda baca. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kesalahan tersebut dikarenakan kompetensi dalam menerapkan aturan (PUEBI) bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, adanya potensi kurangnya pengetahuan tentang bahasa itu sendiri. Selanjutnya, kesalahan dimungkinkan lelah, kurang teliti dan sejenisnya.

Abstract

lapangan pekerjaan, mendukung kemajuan komunitas setempat, dan berperan sebagai katalisator perubahan sosial. Namun, di tengah arus perubahan teknologi yang begitu cepat, banyak UMKM yang berisiko tertinggal jika mereka tidak mampu mengadopsi teknologi digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Field Project Study ini memiliki tujuan yaitu membantu pelaku UMKM Pondok Tani dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produk. Dan juga, dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM Yang ada di Desa Hariara Pohan, salah satu UMKM Yang dipilih yaitu UMKM Pondok Tani dimana UMKM ini memiliki kendala pada digital pemasaran, oleh karena itu mahasiswa/I ikut berperan dalam membantu strategi mengenai pemasaran digitalisasi. Penerapan strategi digitalisasi UMKM Pondok Tani saat ini masih menggunakan cara tradisional yaitu dari mulut ke mulut namun pelaku juga memanfaatkan teknologi digital hanya saja belum optimal karena pelaku masih mengunakan 2 media social (Facebook dan whatsapp). Pada saat kegiatan pendampingan mengenai pemanfaatan digitalisasi berlangsung, mahasiswa/I FPS melakukan penyuluhan kepada pelaku UMKM Pondok Tani mengenai pentingnya digitalisasi melalui media sosial agar produk dapat dikenal masyarakat luas. Mahasiswa/I FPS juga memperkenalkan platform media sosial yang lainnya seperti Instagram dan Tiktok kepada Pelaku UMKM Pondok Tani, memandu pelaku UMKM untuk membuat akun Instagram dan Tiktok, labelisasi produk, serta pembuatan Google My Business. Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi yang semakin maju, banyak pelaku usaha memilih untuk menggunakan pemasaran dan promosi produk melalui media sosial, terutama Instagram dan Tik tok, sebagai pilihan utama. Kehadiran media sosial diharapkan dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pemasaran digital. Melalui program pendampingan, penggunaan media sosial dalam penjualan diharapkan dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga mempermudah UMKM dalam memasarkan produk mereka tanpa harus menghabiskan banyak waktu dan biaya.

Abstract

Maritime tensions in the South China Sea have become one of the most significant geopolitical issues in Southeast Asia. Indonesia, as a country with a strategic position in this region, plays a crucial role in these dynamics. This journal discusses the interaction between the military and politics in Indonesia in the context of the tensions in the South China Sea and how Indonesia responds to the increasing maritime security challenges in the area. Tensions in the South China Sea have intensified in recent years. As a maritime nation with strategic interests in the region, Indonesia plays a key role in maintaining stability and security in these conflict-ridden waters. This journal explores Indonesia's maritime political dynamics in the South China Sea, focusing on the domestic military and political aspects that influence Indonesia's policies and approaches to addressing these tensions. The South China Sea region has become a global focal point due to the intense territorial claims competition among neighboring countries. Indonesia, as the world's largest archipelagic state and a key player in Southeast Asia, has a strategic role in managing these maritime tensions. This article analyzes Indonesia's military and political dynamics concerning the maritime tensions in the South China Sea. The research employs document analysis and interviews with national security experts and relevant government officials. The findings indicate an enhancement of Indonesia's military capabilities, a foreign policy focused on maritime diplomacy, and Indonesia's active role in promoting peace and stability in the region.

Abstract

More and more users and business owners are gravitating toward short films. Short videos are now more engaging and entertaining due to more interactive engagements and the development of artificial intelligence technology like facial recognition. Short video marketing communications emerged due to the rapid growth of short videos. Social media usage is one kind of short video marketing communication. Short videos can now be uploaded to social media platforms for communication. TikTok is one of those social media sites. To sell its app, TikTok uses short movies that, thanks to an algorithm, quickly become viral hits. This study aims to identify Social Media Algorithms and Short Videos as Effective Communication Media in Tourism Marketing. Descriptive techniques are used in this study's qualitative methodology. The findings of the study demonstrate how social platforms like TikTok, which use algorithms based on user preferences and short films uploaded to social media, have changed how prospective tourists learn about places to visit the use of brief videos through social media platforms as marketing communications influences tourists' perceptions of destination image and tourist intentions, with interactive marketing playing a more significant role. This study investigates empirically the influence of usage on perceptions of destination image and tourism intentions. Regarding the effect of visitor intention, the influence of tourist attractions and accommodations is greater than that of short video marketing on image perception.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh Betukang.id, Betukang.id merupakan aplikasi yang menyediakan berbagai jenis layanan jasa pertukangan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi Betukang.id dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan Betukang.id. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan algoritma C4.5 pada tools Weka versi 3.9.6 sehingga menghasilkan nilai akurasi. Model klasifikasi C4.5 menggunakan tools Weka versi 3.9.6 mengidentifikasi pelanggan Betukang.id dengan tingkat akurasi 82.9431%, serta hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelanggan Betukang.id merasa puas dengan layanan yang diberikan sebesar 71.57% dan variabel yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yaitu Reliability sebesar sebesar 59.53%. Dari hasil analisis data training di peroleh sebuah pohon keputusan yang memiliki 27 rule model dari 53 cabang decision tree yang dihasilkan oleh algoritma C4.5 dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan kepuasan pelanggan Betukang.id.

Abstract

The tourism business world continues to grow in line with the development of tourism that accommodates all the needs of tourists visiting various tourist attractions. The purpose of this study is to develop various strategies to answer these needs both in increasing the number of entrepreneurs and workers in accordance with the needs of the business world, the industrial world and the world of work, especially in the tourism sector. This study uses a qualitative research approach where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and implemented by a group of researchers in the field of social sciences, including education. The results obtained after conducting research in two interview quotes delivered by two informants from the Lake Toba Authority Implementing Agency, it can be said that the need for workers in the tourism sector in 8 Regencies Around Lake Toba is currently still high. However, to support the two statements above, a projection will be calculated based on four tourism business samples, namely, star hotels, non-star hotels, restaurants/eateries and Travel. Based on arithmetic calculations, the number of workers in the next five (5) years can be projected. In 2023 the number of workers in travel is estimated at 722 people. In 2024 it will increase to 766 people. In 2025, there were 827 people. In 2026, it increased to 902 people and in 2027, it increased to 1,010 people. The conclusion obtained from the research results can be seen in the projection of the number of special workforce data on travel in the next five (5) years, increasing by around 5% - 12% each year.

Abstract

Landscape is stated as a land that has certain forming elements, composition and characteristics as its differentiator. (Dina et al., 2005) According to Eckbo in his book entitled "Lanscape for Living" landscape as part of the land area built or formed by humans outside buildings, roads, utilities, to the wild nature which is designed primarily as a place for humans to live. According to Simon (19983) landscape is a natural landscape that has certain characteristics that can be enjoyed through all the senses that humans have.

Abstract

Various cases of child development are rife in society. Cases of child development such as language, intellect, and morals deserve important attention. The lack of acquisition of language and literacy that is appropriate for their age is one of the inhibiting factors in children's development that has an impact on their language, psychology, and morals. The stuttering of technology and the communication media experienced by parents are also other factors. It was on this case basis that the PKM team conducted counseling entitled "Digital-Based Children's Story Counseling as a Parent's Effort in the Language, Intellectual, and Moral Development of Children at the Al-Hidayah Taklim Assembly". The implementation of counseling is divided into three sessions, namely: (1) the provision of knowledge about the types of folklore that exist in digital media; (2) the provision of knowledge regarding the five stages of child development and the selection of readings to develop language, intellectual, and moral education in children; and (3) the provision of knowledge of the steps as parents support the development of child psychology through digital reading media. Through this counseling, it was concluded that many parents were still wrong in parenting children in the developmental aspects of language acquisition and child psychology, but the material presented was positively received. Based on the PKM that has been implemented, parents can start a parenting style for their children's language and psychological development according to the material presented.
