<![CDATA[The Middle Eastern media generally promotes the dignity of women more. The issues facing women who have endured conflict or sexual assault are constantly brought up in the news and widely distributed through movies. Discourse based on media culture demonstrates how firmly the Middle East supports the rights and dignity of women. The desire of the media to demonstrate the strength and might of a nation, a person, or a viewpoint is directly tied to the political and economic interests of this. Power relations are actually depicted in Middle Eastern media by a culture that has evolved from generation to generation. Unlike before the movement to uphold women’s rights, men's right to express their masculinity is now limited. This is the state of the art in scientific writings that take a media, political economy, and history approach to studying Middle Eastern media culture. Researchers in Indonesia still hardly ever use qualitative research methodologies that take a media political economy perspective with four units of analysis, including history, social totality, morality, and praxis orientation, that are connected to media cultures outside of Indonesia (the Middle East). The goal of this study was to determine the Middle Eastern countries' power structures based on their publicized media cultures. The Middle East is particularly receptive to industrialization that helps women, as shown by historical characteristics of the region that produce films and news about women's fights that women always win over males. Furthermore, the Middle East is home to a large number of female political figures, demonstrating that the media's political economy interests in promoting women are upheld there.]]>

<![CDATA[The Indonesian government has launched a MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) go digital program. Government support for MSMEs has had an impact on the increasingly rapid development of MSME digital businesses. Especially in DKI Jakarta, many MSMEs have collaborated with technology through e-commerce. MSME digital businesses are increasingly mushrooming, causing digital business competition to become increasingly fierce, requiring MSME business entrepreneurs to think creatively and actively survive in facing challenges. Therefore, running a digital business for MSMEs requires a digital business management communication strategy that can provide direction and positive reinforcement for MSME business entrepreneurs to continue to survive in facing challenges. The objectives of this research are 1) to find out how digital business management communication strategies influence the optimism of business entrepreneurs in facing challenges; 2) to find out how to implement MSME digital business management communication strategies; 3) to find out how an optimistic attitude is formed in carrying out MSME digital business processes. This type of research is quantitative using an exploratory causality method. The research data is secondary data taken from 52 MSME business entrepreneurs in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique was carried out incidentally. The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of digital business management communication strategies on the optimistic attitude of MSME entrepreneurs with a contribution of 40.9% and the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables; 2) digital business management communication strategy in running MSME businesses, namely business entrepreneurs in DKI Jakarta have implemented a proportional or balanced business communication strategy, namely planning at 24.15%; organizing by 25.20%; actuating by 23.65% and controlling by 27.00%; 3) the attitude of optimism that MSME entrepreneurs have in running a business is classified as proportional, namely permanence at 33.71%, pervasiveness at 32.58%, and personalization at 33.71%]]>

Dalam perang yang telah berlangsung mencapai 500 lebih hari itu, telah banyak yang kehilangan harta benda, materi dan nyawa yang sia-sia. Demi kepentingan tertentu antar pemimpin bangsa. Negara yang bertikai sampai hati untuk mengorbankan masa depan negara dan kini mereka terus berusaha untuk mendapatkan kemerdekaan semu. Politik luar negeri yang menekankan pada adanya komunikasi multilateral yang menjadi kebutuhan semua negara, sangat dibutuhkan secara bersama cara-cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk melahirkan adanya kemerdekaan yang saling membuka dan memaafkan setiap pengalaman bangsa yang sudah menjadi catatan Sejarah dalam membangun hubungan ke dunia politik. Pemahamn yang di gagas oleh Reza Antonius Wattimena, mengenai konsep transfomasi kesadaran menjadi salah satu tawaran kebaharuan yang nanti mampu menghadirkan dan mendamaikan konflik antar negara tersebut. Sehingga kedamaian yang dirindukan menjadi nyata dalam usaha terus menciptakan perdamaian duni secara berkala dan terstruktur.]]>

With education conducted by adults, these adults can learn to know and understand what is the need and concern, especially at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP). In this Institute, adults are fostered and educated within the scope of learning for farmer groups to get to know and learn in an integrated way the procedures for growing rice and caring for it until the harvest which will be carried out later as they get the results. <![CDATA[The Indonesian nation has a dark history of humanity. The existence of humanitarian violations in the G30S/PKI incident and the humanitarian tragedy in the 1998 Trisakti incident are clear evidence of gross violations of Human Rights (HAM). These violations against humanity, to this day, have not found a clear spot. So, in this regard, reconciliation is needed by presenting the theory of collective memory from Maurice Halbwachs, how in this theory we can accept the past and learn to be present and react to it properly. The mistakes that occurred in the past are history, where our nation continues to learn to become a nation that can more maturely and openly appreciate existing human values, for the sake of life and development with humanity.]]>

<![CDATA[Adanya fenomena pernikahan di usia dini pada Masyarakat di provinsi kepulauan Bangka Belitung menjadi sesuatu yang menarik untuk diperhatikan. Tidak hanya dalam usaha untuk mengatasinya, namun kita dapat melihat hal ini dalam segala aspeknya yang lebih jauh. Pernikahan usia dini memang memilki sejumlah risiko yang dapat terjadi, oleh sebab itu dalam perspektif komunikasi antar budaya kita dapat melihat pemahaman secara terpadu Elisabeth Beck-Gernsheim, dalam konteks Masyarakat risiko. Dengan hal yang dapat dilihat secara menyeluruh, Beck-Gernsheim menjelaskan dengan komprehensif mengenai usaha melihat sebuah fenomena pernikahan di abad 21 ini. Maka, sejumlah jalan Tengah yang ditawarkan diharapkan mampu menghadirkan pemahaman yang baik dan menyeluruh. Sehingga pada akhinya terbentuk kesadaran untuk secara terbuka menerima dan memahamai mengenai pernikahan tersebut, bahwa didalam membangun masyarakat yang berbudaya pernikahan merupakan sebuah proses yang bertanggung jawab dalam membentuk dan menghadirkan Masyarakat yang memiliki kecakapan pengetahuan dan sikap yang dewasa dalam berjuang dan mempertahankan sebuah perniakan yang sudah ditentukannya bersama pasangan hidupnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage in the belis tradition in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), has moral and cultural values that are broad and deep enough to be learned together. In the belis tradition, when a marriage couple is about to have a traditional wedding. Both prospective brides and grooms must have a good understanding of what they are doing when they carry out the belis tradition in the marriage. The study of belis culture does require a good understanding in its application, especially when it clashes with culture. The belis tradition can be seen as a way of making prospective couples who are getting married think twice before deciding to use the tradition. Not only is there a certain amount of material or nominal amount that must be prepared, the existence of certain objects or items that can and should be considered as dowry requires each couple to provide these materials and objects properly. Not to mention the existence of other agreements and offers, which of course can be understood. Marriage in the NTT tradition, with the culture of belis, is a phase for each young couple to prepare themselves to enter a new life in their life journey. The belis tradition is a pattern of life in the NTT community that can be used as one of the characteristics inherent in the traditions of our society. with cultural wealth that is certainly inherent and stored in it as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas karya seni musik Glenn Fredly melalui perspektif Theodor W. Adorno berdasarkan teori estetikanya. Karya-karya musik Glenn Fredly, seperti “Sekali Ini Saja” dan “Januari”, lahir dari kejujuran pengalaman hidup yang dialaminya. Lagu-lagu yang diciptakannya berakar pada pengalaman personal yang mendalam dan menjadi kekuatan utama dalam bermusik, memberikan pengaruh yang besar dalam dunia musik Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teori estetika sebagai pisau analisis untuk mengeksplorasi makna dibalik karya seni tersebut. Karya-karya musik Glenn Fredly dipandang sebagai bentuk antitesis terhadap masyarakat, serta sebagai penolakan terhadap penilaian yang mutlak atas seni. Karya seni tersebut berfungsi sebagai jalan tengah untuk merefleksikan fenomena sosial yang ada, bahkan berperan sebagai sarana kritik terhadap ketidakadilan dan ketimpangan sosial dalam masyarakat. Bahasa cinta yang dihadirkan Glenn Fredly dalam lirik- liriknya menjadi jawaban yang diterima oleh para penggemar, sekaligus mengajak mereka untuk dengan jujur menghadapi diri sendiri sebagai bagian dari kehidupan yang penuh paradoks.
