Abstract

Modernization is a necessity in madrasas, Islamic boarding schools, and Islamic educational institutions. This is in accordance with Islamic guidance that other than Allah is new according to human nature which wants change. This study aims to describe the footprints of the process of modernization of education at Al-Azhar Asy-Syarif Islamic Elementary School, North Sumatra. The researcher uses a qualitative methodology with a constructivist approach, this approach assumes that social reality is built and constructed by the individuals involved in it. This approach is taken to reveal how individuals understand and interpret the social reality that occurs around the object of research, with data collection techniques commonly used in the constructivist approach. The results of this study found that the phenomenon of modernization of Islamic schools is a change that occurs in the teaching system in schools, as has been implemented by SD Islam Al Azhar Asy-Syarif, North Sumatra. This can be seen from (1) the adoption of digital-based modern teaching methods; (2) provision of learning facilities that are relevant to the technological era, such as laboratories, digital libraries, and comfortable study rooms; (3) preparation of a learning curriculum that prioritizes improving skills (soft skills), strengthening intellectual insights, and teaching materials that train students' critical thinking and higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

Industri merupakan suatu usaha atau kegiatan pengelolaan bahan mentah atau barang setengah jadi menjadi bahan jadi yang memiliki nilai tambah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Keberhasilan marketing produk pakaian dari konveksi tersebut berkaitan dengan strategi pemasaran yang digunakan manajer untuk mendorong minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian, kemungkinan selanjutnya konsumen akan merasakan kepuasan terhadap sebuah produk dan timbul niat untuk melakukan pembelian ulang. Seorang konsumen akan menilai atribut-atribut yang ada pada sebuah produk. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem bagi hasil  dan kualitas produk  terhadap minat konsumen di Rahmad konveksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh secara langsung dari responden, yaitu dengan angket penelitian yang sudah disiapkan berupa pernyataan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden yang melakukan pembelian produk rahmad konveksi. Pada penelitian ini menyajikan informasi mengenai keadaan umum responden berdasrkan jenis kelamin, usia dan tingkat pendidikan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel bagi hasil berpengaruh terhadap minat konsumen dengan nilai 0,057 0,05. dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap varibel minat konsumen hal ini ditunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 1.933 0.05.

Abstract

This research examines the moral education in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum by Shaykh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. The focus of the discussion in this research is how moral education is in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum by Syaikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. Moral education is the most important thing in education because with moral students it will give birth to a religious person, close to God, and so on. This study uses a type of library research by looking at the text contained in the book written by Syaikh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji. The research object is explored in the book 'Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum' using a content analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the moral education contained in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim Thariq Al-Ta'allum by Shaykh Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji has six criteria, namely 1) Intention in learning. 2) Choosing knowledge, teachers and friends. 3) Glorify knowledge and experts. 4) Seriousness in Seeking Knowledge, Beristiqamah, and noble ideals. 5) Tawakkal. 6) Wara'.

Abstract

The creed is the basis, the foundation for building a building. The higher the building to be erected, the stronger the foundation must be. If the foundation is weak the building will quickly collapse. There is no building without a foundation. Akidah is the most fundamental problem in Islamic teachings, because it is the basis of the conception of the whole Islamic teachings. So that whether the deeds of humans or Muslims are accepted or not, in the sight of Allah it really depends on the creed itself. Akidah is a religious teaching about belief or belief in God. All divine religions teach about faith as the basis and principle of monotheism, so that from an early age the material of faith is taught to students. The creed that is deeply ingrained for its adherents cannot be bought or exchanged for any object. Humans cannot escape from belief and belief. Without trust and belief, it is impossible for humans to live. People will not dare to eat and drink until they are sure and believe that these foods and drinks do not harm themselves. Likewise all other human activities related to life and life. Everything is inseparable from the elements of belief and belief.

Abstract

The education level in Indonesia aims to create a society that has the lowest education, namely SMA/Equivalent, so that scientific competence, learning experience and thinking patterns have knowledge in general, so that in the process of interacting in the world of work, this is also the target of religious education institutions. which are non-formal in nature such as al-Quran memorizing schools (tahfiz schools), the method in this study uses the literature study method, namely discussing literature both from laws and regulations, government regulations, related ministerial regulations and education regulations. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui  Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa fakultas agama Islam Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi guru dalam upaya pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran Al Quran. Salah satu bentuk upaya tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Ustmani. Metode ustmani ini merupakan metode yang menggabungkan antara tiga metode yaitu metode riwayah, metode belajar membaca Al-Qur‟an dan metode dirayah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan Masyarakat dan tenaga pendidik bisa memahami metode lain yang bisa digunakan dalam belajar Al Qur’an, dan merasakan hal baru dalam belajar al Quran sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas membaca al-Quran

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in developing the religious creativity potential of Class X students at MA Swasta Al-Wasliyah Teluk Pulai Luar, Kec. Kualuh Leidong, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency. It also aims to examine the influence of Islamic Religious Education implementation on developing the religious innovation potential of Class X students at the same school. Furthermore, the research seeks to measure the extent to which the implementation of Islamic Religious Education influences the development of religious creativity potential in these students. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 35 students. sThe results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in developing the religious creativity potential of Class X students at MA Swasta Al-Wasliyah Teluk Pulai Luar is carried out through classroom learning processes, role modeling by teachers, and the application of religious activities outside of class hours. There is an impact of Islamic Religious Education implementation in developing the religious innovation potential of these students, as shown by the t-value being greater than the t-table value (5.544 > 1.690). The magnitude of the impact of Islamic Religious Education implementation on developing the religious creativity potential is 48.2%, based on the determinant test.

Abstract

Resilience is a crucial element in helping teachers manage various pressures and demands stemming from dual roles as educators and homemakers. This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy and religiosity on resilience, as well as to test the moderating role of religiosity in the relationship between self-efficacy and resilience. The study involved 167 female teachers from state madrasahs in Medan City as respondents. Data collection was conducted through a survey using online questionnaires employing three measurement tools: the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), the Short Muslim Belief and Practice Scale (Short-MPBS), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale-25 (CD-RISC-25). Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research offers novel insights into understanding resilience among female madrasah teachers by introducing religiosity as a moderating variable. The findings indicated that: 1) there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy, religiosity, and resilience; 2) religiosity does not moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and resilience. This study reveals that although religiosity serves as spiritual support, the dominance of self-efficacy highlights the importance of tangible actions in overcoming challenges. The study underscores the significance of building self-efficacy and provides new insights into developing support strategies for female madrasah teachers. Field data support the hypotheses.
