Abstract

This community service activity aims to broaden PAUD teachers' insights about tools and materials that can be used to create Educational Cloth Books in improving skills in making teaching aids in early childhood education. Educational Cloth Books are books made of soft cloth and filled with soft polyester fiber-like pillows that can be used as educational aids at the early childhood education level. The Educational Cloth Book is accompanied by funny pictures and adapted to the theme and uses a simple story method so that it is easy for children to understand. The method used in this activity included identifying participants, organizing, namely negotiating with related parties, explaining, introducing the Educational cloth book model, demonstrating how to make it, and then the participants made an Educational cloth book. The results of the training showed that PAUD teachers in Tikung District received additional knowledge about making teaching aids in the form of Educational Cloth Books, being able to create Educational Cloth Books with various themes to be applied to teaching institutions so that learning becomes more meaningful and fun for children. In addition, teachers can develop RPPH (Daily Learning Implementation Plans) that can be applied to the learning process and train creative teachers to create educational teaching aids with materials from the surrounding environment. After implementing this community service, it is suggested to PAUD teachers apply the knowledge and skills acquired in their respective schools to improve the quality of learning at PAUD institutions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing, service and promotion strategies on the decision to buy train tickets at PT KAI DAOP VI Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques through interviews with data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study obtained the results of the regression equation Y = -0.130 + 0.341 X1 + 0.396 X2 + 0.318 X3, which means that the influence of marketing, service and promotion strategies affects the decision to buy train tickets at PT KAI DAOP VI Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan (1) pengaruh penggunaan media Balok Cuisenaire berpengaruh terhadap pengusaan konsep bilangan anak kelompok Bermain, (2) pengaruh penggunaan media Balok Cuisenaire terhadap aktivitas anak kelompok Bermain, (3) pengaruh penggunaan media Balok Cuisenaire berpengaruh terhadap pengusaan konsep bilangan dan aktivitas anak kelompok Bermain. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan Noneequivalent Control Group Design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada KB Az-Zahwa Sugihan Kecamatan Kampak Kabupaten Trenggalek. Data digali  menggunakan lembar observasi, analisis data statistik deskriptif dan Statistik Inferensial (ANOVA dan MANOVA) dengan alpha < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penggunaan media berpengaruh terhadap secara signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep bilangan, hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji ANOVA yang menunjukkan nilai nilai Fhitung sebesar 163,303 lebih besar  dari Ftabel sebesar 4,01, (2) penggunaan media  berpengaruh terhadap secara signifikan terhadap aktivitas anak,  hal ini terbukti dar hasil uji ANOVA yang menunjukkan nilai nilai Fhitung sebesar 9,097 lebih besar  dari Ftabel 4,01, (3) penggunaan media  berpengaruh terhadap secara signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep bilangan dan aktivitas anak, hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji MANOVA yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan Fhitung sebesar 13.485 lebih besar  dari Ftabel 4,01.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan permainan outbound untuk mengembangkan kemampuan fisik motorik kasar anak usia dini. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian Deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara objektif keadaan di tempat penelitian dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau kalimat, mengenai perilaku dan tindakan guru pendidikan anak usia dini dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar melalui permainan outbound. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalis meggunakan reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian pencapaian perkembangan motorik kasar anak melalui permainan outbound, kemampuan motorik kasar anak masih belum berkembang. Dari 17 anak yang berkembang sangat baik 0%, anak yang berkembang sesuai harapan 17,6% dengan jumlah anak 3. Dan 53% anak yang mulai berkembang dengan jumlah anak 9. Serta 29,4 % anak yang belum berkembang dengan jumlah 5 anak.

Abstract

Based on article 21 of the Basic Agrarian Law which states that only Indonesian citizens can be given permission to own land in Indonesian territory. This normative analytical descriptive juridical research describes an examination of the legal certainty of the Nominee Agreement regarding the legitimacy of the transfer of property rights in accordance with national laws and regulations. The large number of mobilization activities of foreigners in Indonesia, especially in tourist areas, has made many foreigners decide to settle in Indonesia. Due to the large number of foreigners living in Indonesia, legal violations occur. One of them is legal smuggling of name loan agreements which are based on the theory of legal certainty, agreement theory and share ownership theory which are invalid and do not meet the objective requirements in BW. The juridical impact of this name-borrowing agreement is that it creates defects both legally and in terms of the legality of the agreement, thereby facilitating disagreements about who owns the land which will give rise to legal uncertainty and disputes in the future. If one of the parties defaults, there will be no legal consequences in the form of sanctions against the violator because the agreement that is the basis of the agreement violates statutory regulations and violates the law.

Abstract

Bullying is the act of attacking someone who is considered to have power or power to parties weaker than him. This act of bullying can be in the form of verbal assault or physical assault, and can be in the form of sexual harassment. This study aims to provide knowledge that bullying can be the cause of a minor perpetrator becoming a child offender. This normative analytical descriptive juridical research describes the examination of legal certainty about criminal acts by minors. Children's ability to think maturely is still limited, so they remain vulnerable to the potential to be subjects both as victims and perpetrators of criminal acts. Restorative justice is an alternative to solving problems such as bullying in the juvenile justice system to provide opportunities for children through coaching.
