Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan seberapa besar pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi berupa rekaman suara serta catatan. Subyek penelitian adalah dua anak perempuan berusia 6 tahun dari daerah yang sama namun dengan pola asuh yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Talang Lindung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh memiliki peran sangat penting dalam perkembangan bahasa anak. Perkembangan bahasa anak dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh orang tua dan lingkungan sekitar. AD, yang tinggal di lingkungan Jawa, terbiasa menggunakan Bahasa Jawa sehari-hari, sedangkan DN, yang berbahasa Indonesia di rumah, lebih memilih Bahasa Indonesia meski memahami Bahasa Minang. Pola asuh orang tua AD cenderung permisif, sedangkan orang tua DN lebih situasional, mempengaruhi cara berbahasa anak. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang tepat dan konsisten dari orang tua lebih berperan dalam perkembangan bahasa anak dibandingkan lingkungan. Orang tua yang bijaksana dan sejalan dalam mendidik anak akan mempengaruhi perkembangan bahasa dan perilaku anak secara positif.

Abstract

Industri pengolahan kopi memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal Kota Sungai Penuh, namun masih terdapat banyak tantangan, khususnya dalam proses penjemuran kopi yang masih mengandalkan penjemuran tradisional. Keterbatasan ini mengakibatkan ketergantungan pada cuaca dan berdampak negatif pada kualitas serta kuantitas produksi kopi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi kopi arabika di UKM Prista Coffeebean melalui penerapan teknologi Arabica Greenhouse. Metode pengabdian meliputi observasi awal dan analisis kondisi mitra, pembangunan Arabica Greenhouse, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Setelah penerapan Arabica Greenhouse, UKM Prista Coffeebean mencatat peningkatan produksi dari 1-2 ton per bulan menjadi sekitar 3-4 ton per bulan, dan kualitas kopi lebih terjaga dari risiko jamur dan bau yang merusak mutu kopi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi ini mendukung keberlanjutan UKM kopi melalui peningkatan konsistensi kualitas dan kapasitas produksi.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital government has reshaped organizational structures, decision-making processes, and leadership dynamics. This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance in the digital government era using a qualitative research approach. Through in-depth interviews with government officials, policy analysts, and digital transformation experts, this research examines how transformational leadership traits such as vision, motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration enhance performance, innovation, and adaptability in public institutions. Findings indicate that transformational leaders play a crucial role in fostering a culture of digital innovation, encouraging employee engagement, and driving effective change management. Leaders who exhibit proactive strategies and inspire a shared vision significantly contribute to improved public service delivery, cross-sector collaboration, and institutional resilience in navigating digital transformation challenges. Additionally, this study highlights the barriers to leadership effectiveness, including bureaucratic inertia, resistance to change, and skill gaps in digital competencies. The analysis underscores the importance of continuous leadership development programs and a supportive digital infrastructure to maximize the benefits of transformational leadership in the public sector. This study contributes to the discourse on public administration modernization by providing insights into leadership strategies that enhance government efficiency, agility, and citizen-centric service delivery. Future research should explore quantitative models to measure the correlation between transformational leadership and key performance indicators in digital governance.

Abstract

In this research, the writer used descriptive research to analyze the students’ reading strategies in reading English text at first semester students of STIE-SAK academic year 2025/2026. This research was done in order to get description about students’ reading strategies used by the students in reading English text. The population of this research was the students at first semester of Development economics of STIE-SAK academic year 2025/2026. The instruments of this research were questionnaire. Based on the research findings in the previous chapter, the researcher could draw a conclusion that the students were dominantly used reading strategies because there were 82,35% of students had positive responses. In pre-reading stage, it was found that there were 46,1% in “always” option, 26,3% in “usually option, 19,7% in “sometime” option, 3,9% in “seldom” and “never” option. During reading, there were many responses chose by students in “always” option. It was about 42 responses in “always” option, 39 responses in “usually” option, 25 responses in “sometime”, 18 responses in seldom, and 9 responses in “never” option. Furthermore, the result of the students’ responses in post-reading was dominant in “usually” option. There were 26 responses in “always”, 46 responses in “usually”, 18 responses in “sometime”, 7 responses in “seldom”, and 17 responses in “never”. The researcher could draw a conclusion that the students used reading strategies in reading English text.
