Abstract

financial distressis a condition where the company's finances are experiencing a loss because it is considered unable to pay its obligations when they are due. The increase in cigarette excise rates will certainly have an impact on the shares of cigarette issuers and result in an increase in the selling price of cigarettes which will allow the company to experience financial distress. Cigarette companies need to analyze the company's financial condition, in which companies can predict opportunities for financial distress. Among them are using bankruptcy prediction models, one of which is zmijewski, altman z-score and ohlson. The aim of the researchers was to determine the prediction of financial distress in cigarette companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period using the Zmijewski method, altman z-score and Ohlson. This research is a descriptive research,The results show that the Zmijewski method predicts all healthy companies, the Altman Z-Score method for three companies is said to be healthy and the Ohlson method has two companies in good health. Ohlson's method has a high degree of accuracy72% with Typel Elrror 1 at 20% and Typel Elrror II at 8%. So that the Ohlson model is the most appropriate to use in predicting financial distress in cigarette companies listed on the Indonesian Efek Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

This paper intends to conduct a comprehensive analysis of articles focusing on the field of corporate governance from various studies that have been published in the Scopus database. A bibliometric approach is used to identify common patterns in research related to corporate governance. The research is based on an analysis of 2,202 articles from 2013 to 2022 and indexed in the Scopus database. The findings reveal that research on corporations is still dominated by countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Malaysia. Some keywords such as "political connections, capital structure, board size, institutional ownership, ownership structure, sustainability, and board characteristics" have been frequently used by researchers in recent articles. This bibliometric study provides valuable initial insights into the literature related to corporate governance. This approach helps understand research trends, publishing patterns, and geographic focus that already exist in this domain. In addition, this analysis can guide researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders in planning and directing research forward. By identifying research gaps and remaining untouched areas, these bibliometric studies can spark the development of further relevant and impactful research.

Abstract

Perubahan   perilaku terutama pada perilaku keuangan bermula dari kesadaran yang kuat dari  mahasiswa  tentang pengetahuan keuangan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui factor yang mempengaruhi perilaku keuangan mahasiswa STIE Surakarta. Objek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa STIE Surakarta. Populasi adalah mahasiswa STIE Surakarta dengan sampel penelitian menurut Hair et all, 2018 jumlah indikator x interval 5-10, sehingga penelitian ini terdapat 17 indikator x 6 = 102 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan  hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel  pendapatan  (X1), life style (X2)  dan locus  of  control  (X3)  menghasilkan pengaruh  pada perilaku keuangan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training assistance in making splash batik made by people with disabilities in facing increasingly tight market competition in Sridadi Village, Rembang Regency. The method of providing training and discussion regarding the process of making splash batik. In general, activities consist of preparation, training, evaluation and marketing of splash batik made by people with disabilities. The implementation of this community service activity uses Continued direct practice of carrying out batik activities. The implications of this community service activity are the existence of good products, pricing strategies, promotional strategies, and distribution strategies even in the midst of various existing limitations, which have a direct impact on increasing sales and economically improving the welfare of our brothers and sisters with disabilities. Abstract

Abstrak Shopee memiliki berbagai macam fitur yang menarik bagi pengguna salah satunya yaitu Live Streaming. Live streaming atau siaran langsung adalah sebuah komunikasi real-time antara streamer atau host dengan pengguna. Perilaku impulsif juga disebabkan dengan adanya potongan harga yang diberikan oleh penjual. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian yaitu data primer seperti kuesioner dan observasi lapangan serta data sekunder terdiri dari artikel, buku, sumber internet. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa dan pengguna shopee sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah pernah melalukan pembelian melalui shopee Live Streaming minimal 2 kali dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis skala likert dengan 5 skor penilaian. Pengukuran instrumen kuesioner dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta pengujian hipotesis dengan metode Structural Equation Model dengan menggunakan alat analisis data Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini melihat pengaruh seseorang dalam perilaku impulsif saat melihat live streaming Shoppee ditemukan bahwa paling tinggi dipengaruhi oleh time limit promotion

Abstract

This community service program is carried out in the Balongan Kragan beach area in Rembang Regency. One of the problems or weaknesses faced by Partners is the low level of knowledge about marketing management and the limited application of marketing management in developing tourist attractions. So the team formulated a program to develop the Balongan beach tourist area through destination branding. Holding marketing management training, one of which is discussion and mentoring for partners, namely managers of the Balongan Beach tourist area. The material provided in tourism marketing and development training includes: 1) Marketing Management, 2) Destination Branding of Tourist Attractions, 3) Advertising communication strategies and 4) Creative Strategies in Tourist Attraction Development. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan alternatif solusi atas permasalahan yang terdapat di UMKM Batik Lasem Rembang berupa pelatihan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas produksi serta pelatihan pemasaran digital sebagai upaya memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan creativepreneurship. UMKM ini membutuhkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk mengembangkan usaha serta menciptakan saluran penjualan secara digital. Program ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni: tahap persiapan, tahap edukasi dan pelatihan karyawan mengenai creativepreneurship, dan tahap keberlanjutan program. Target yang dicapai meliputi: terlaksananya pelatihan kepada karyawan Batik Hastadana mengenai pemasaran digital dan creativepreneurship; terlaksananya praktek perancangan desain motif batik berdasarkan trend yang diminati pasar digital; dan regenerasi tenaga kerja muda untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang memiliki daya saing untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Luaran yang dicapai yakni: peningkatan level keberdayaan mitra, peningkatan kualitas produksi dengan penciptaan inovasi 5 desain motif batik, dan regenerasi usia muda yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan, produksi, dan pemasaran batik.

Abstract

A tourism product is a system consisting of tourists, attractions, facilities and time. So, there is a need for an education-based tourism product strategy to support tourism development in the Balong Mulyo Kragan Beach area, Rembang Regency. The aim of this community service activity was to empower the community through packaging tour packages in the Balong Mulyo Beach area. Apart from that, increasing knowledge, understanding, benefits and functions of tour packages. The method for implementing this community service activities were through theoretical knowledge transfer methods, practical training and mentoring, as well as processes that emphasize abilities, knowledge, skills and attitudes. The result of this activity was a positive attitude of partners in facing the opportunities and challenges of developing a tourist village through training in making tour packages and partners can make brochure material for tour packages, as well as calculating the cost of tour packages. Training on making tour packages is carried out through training for tourism actors in the Balong Mulyo Beach area to make tour packages so that the Balasemi and Balasiem tour packages are formed including combining several village tours in Balong Mulyo, Tegal Mulyo, Plawangan. With this activities, it was found that the number of visitors increased 60.25% from 2022 to 2023 and partner income increased 35.25% from 2022 to 2023.

Abstract

This research serves to test and prove the influence of profitability, leverage, company size and company age on the accuracy of submitting financial reports. This research focuses on consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 with a population of 66 companies. The sampling method was purposive sampling, so that a total sample of 38 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used by researchers is logistic regression analysis. The research results show that profitability, leverage, company size and company age have an insignificant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports. The value of the coefficient of determination (Negalkerke R Square) is 8.5%, this shows that the influence of profitability, leverage, company size and company age is 8.5% while the remaining 91.5% is explained by factors other than the factors proposed in this research.
