Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masa remaja merupakan salah satu periode dari perkembangan manusia. Masa ini merupakan masa perubahan atau peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak menuju masa dewasa yang meliputi perubahan biologis, perubahan psikologis, dan perubahan sosial. Adapun permasalahan yang sering dialami pada masa ini adalah perilaku sosiopatik. Penyebab yaitu dapat disebabkan oleh kemajuan teknologi, informasi, lingkungan, keluarga dan salah satunya pola asuh orang tua mempengaruhi perilaku sosiopatik. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 184 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p value = 0,000< α = 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku sosiopatik pada remaja kelas VIII di SMP PGRI 3 Denpasar. Analisis: Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah uji Chi-square. Diskusi: Saran bagi orang tua agar memberikan pola asuh yang tepat bagi remaja. Kata kunci: pola asuh, perilaku sosiopatik, remaja ABSTRACT Introduction: Adolescence is a period of human development. This period is a period of change or transition from childhood into adulthood that include biological changes, psychological changes, and social change. As for problems that are often experienced during this period is sosiopatik behavior. Causes that can be caused by advances in technology, information, environment, family, and one of them parenting parents influence the behavior sosiopatik. Method: The method used in this research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional.Number of samples in this study were 184 respondents withtechnique. simple random sampling. Result: The results showed p value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, which means that there is a relationship with the parents' parenting behaviors in adolescents sosiopatik class VIII in SMP PGRI 3 Denpasar. Analysis: Data analysis technique used is thetest. Chi-square. Discussion: Suggestions for parents to provide appropriate parenting for teenagers. Keywords: parenting, sosiopatik behavior, adolescent

Abstract

Knowledge is the basis of a mother for exclusive nursing and nursing. This study aims to identify maternal breastfeeding patterns in neonates. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method was purposive sampling in 130 mothers. Data analysis with univariate analysis. The results showed that most respondents had good knowledge about breastfeeding patterns in neonates as many as 66 people (50.77%). The distribution of knowledge to most respondents answered correctly on questions about general knowledge about the nursing process as many as 49 people (37.69%), the frequency of breastfeeding as many as 73 people (56.15%), the frequency of breastfeeding as many as 73 people (56.15% ), the position of the mother and baby during the breastfeeding process as many as 50 people (38.46%), factors affecting breastfeeding for as many as 40 people (30.77%), factors that influence the pattern of breastfeeding as many as 38 people (29.23%) . Recommendation: Mothers are more active in finding information about good breastfeeding patterns and also good nutrition so that the milk production is better and the production of breast milk is more. So that it can meet the needs of infants in their growth and development.

Abstract

Compliance with nursing documentation is a legal aspect of nursing. Nursing Care Documentation consists of assessment, nursing diagnoses, interventions and evaluations. Documentation plays an important role in all kinds of demands and is a form of effort to foster and maintain nurse and nursing accountability. The purpose of this study was to determine the compliance of nursing care documentation in the inpatient ward of RSU B. The method used was cross-sectional number of samples in this study as many as 33 people. In this research descriptive data analysis. With the results of the study of female gender 60.6%, age 69.7%> 35 years, education 63.6% Nursing, 60.6% work period of more than 3 years and the results of compliance documenting nursing care 63.6% obedient. Researchers suggest that health services increase nurses' knowledge by providing workshops or training in documenting nursing care to improve nurse compliance in nursing care documentation

Abstract

Breakfast is important for fulfilling nutrition for everyone to start their activities. Breakfast is an eating and drinking activity that is carried out between getting up in the morning until 9 o'clock to fulfill a 15-30% of daily nutritional needs (Hardinsyah, 2012). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of breakfast habits in elementary school students in Badung Regency. This type of research is descriptive, which describes the breakfast habits of elementary school students in Badung Regency. The location of this research will be carried out in four elementary schools in Badung Regency, namely SD 1 Kuta, SD 3 Kuta, SD 2 Kuta and SD 1 Jagapati using 154 elementary students taken by purposive sampling. Of the 154 students studied it was found that the majority of elementary school students in Badung Regency are used to have breakfast as many as 120 people (77.9%). Most of the breakfast time is every morning 109 people (70.8%), most of the breakfast hours is at 6-7 in the morning as many as 149 people (96.8%), the majority of breakfast at home is as many as 152 people (98.7%) and most of the menus are alternating as many as 121 people (78.6%). It is recommended that health workers provide health education on the importance of a healthy breakfast both for students and parents because in addition to health, it is also very beneficial to improve student concentration and achievement.

Abstract

School age is an important age in growth and development, in children of school age infectious diseases often occur such as diarrhea. Diarrhea can be transmitted through unclean hands and germs that enter the body when the hands touch the eyes, nose, mouth. Hand washing is the most important basic technique in preventing transmission of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship of hand washing behavior with the incidence of diarrhea in school-age children at SD Negeri Awan Kintamani. This research is a analytic correlation research with cross sectional approach. The population used in this study were students in grades IV, V, VI who were students SD Negeri Awan with a sample of 50 people with stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis using Chi Square statistical test. The results of hand washing behavior research in school-age children at SD Negeri Awan in the good category 72%, enough 22%, and the less category 6%. Whereas in children who have never experienced diarrhea 56%, and those who have experienced diarrhea 44%. The relationship of hand washing behavior with the occurrence of diarrhea obtained p-value = 0,000 that is smaller than 0.05 and contingency coefficient value = 0.534, then there is a relationship between hand washing behavior with the incidence of diarrhea in school-age children at SD Negeri Awan Kintamani. It is recommended that students be able to apply clean and healthy living behaviors by always disciplining handwashing practices to avoid the risk of diarrhea
