Abstract

One manifestation of teacher leadership is the existence of classroom management. For this reason, if teacher leadership is associated with teacher skills in classroom management, there is a very close relationship. The higher the quality of classroom management, the better the teacher’s leadership. Then further in a learning process in the classroom, it is expected to be able to create positive behavior when students are participating in learning activities. But in reality forming positive behavior when student are taking part in learning is not easy, it is necessary to have quality leadership and be accompained managment skills.the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher ledership and classroom management skills on student learning behavior. Based on the result of the multiple linear based on the result of the multiple linear regression equation test conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that teacher leadership and classroom management skills have an influence on student behavior. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the calculated F value 32,075 > F table 4,02

Abstract

The transformation of women's role in terrorism networks from victims to supporters, perpetrators and even recruiters as well as ideologues is now a social phenomenon in Indonesia. Civil society organizations (CSOs) responded to this phenomenon by forming the Working Group on Women and Preventing/Countering Violent Extremism (WGWC). There are several reasons behind this movement, such as; the strong patriarchal culture and regime in society and policy makers, the lack of women's involvement in efforts to eradicate violent extremism and terrorism, and the sporadic work of CSOs. This research uses a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Data and information were obtained from interviews and documentation. The research found several points. First, WGWC be a forum for activists, academics, and civil society organizations in Indonesia on gender mainstreaming and countering violent extremism in Indonesia issues. WGWC applies a collegial collective system by sharing the framework of civil society partners. WGWC works voluntarily, independently and autonomously. Second, WGWC acts as a critical and strategic partner of the government in gender mainstreaming by intervening in policies and programs of the National Action Plan for Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism that Leads to Violence (RAN PE) and Regional Action Plans (RAD PE).

Abstract

AbstractThis study outlines the integration of salaf Islamic boarding school education with the public school curriculum (study of Islamic boarding schools in Cirebon). The discussion of the integration of education pesantren is managed in the traditional system, while madrasas and schools are managed by the conventional system. The existence of madrasahs and schools is a strategic step for pesantren in improving their education system. The presence of madrasahs and schools does not necessarily replace the traditional education system of pesantren, but complements it. Madrasahs and schools are managed with a modern system using the curriculum and always pay attention to strategic changes in responding to modernity. The framework method used in this article is field research, and the approach in this study uses a phenomenological approach and case studies with more emphasis on religious behavior. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. The results indicate that pesantren's adaptation to changing times involves curriculum revisions and the establishment of educational institutions accommodating general education needs, emphasizing the importance of integration to create well-rounded individuals capable of excelling in both religious and general sciences. Penelitian ini menguraikan integrasi pendidikan pesantren Islam Salaf dengan kurikulum sekolah umum pada pesantren di Cirebon. Pembahasan tentang integrasi pendidikan pesantren dikelola dalam sistem tradisional, sementara madrasah dan sekolah dikelola oleh sistem konvensional. Keberadaan madrasah dan sekolah merupakan langkah strategis bagi pesantren dalam meningkatkan sistem pendidikannya. Keberadaan madrasah dan sekolah tidak selalu menggantikan sistem pendidikan tradisional pesantren, melainkan melengkapinya. Madrasah dan sekolah dikelola dengan sistem modern menggunakan kurikulum dan selalu memperhatikan perubahan strategis dalam merespons modernitas. Metode kerangka yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah penelitian lapangan, dan pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis dan studi kasus dengan penekanan lebih pada perilaku keagamaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi pesantren terhadap perubahan zaman melibatkan revisi kurikulum dan pembentukan lembaga pendidikan yang mengakomodasi kebutuhan pendidikan umum, menekankan pentingnya integrasi untuk menciptakan individu berkepribadian baik yang mampu unggul dalam ilmu agama dan umum.How to Cite: Zuhri, S., Syamsia, A. Abstract

Jakarta Kini (JAKI) merupakan inovasi layanan publik yang dilakukan oleh Pemprov DKI Jakarta. Sebagaimana governansi digital (e-government), aplikasi ini dibuat untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja pemerintah dalam memberikan kualitas layanan prima dan untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi ini berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis kualitas layanan berbasis digital tersebut dengan menilai empat dimensi e-Government Quality (e-Govqual) dan dikombinasikan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei daring dan responden dipilih dengan cara sample acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi JAKI masih kurang memenuhi harapan pengguna. Kemudian berdasarkan analisis IPA, hanya ada empat atrinut yang menjadi prioritas layanan JAKI yaitu; struktur tampilan yang mudah dipahami, fitur yang terorganisir dengan baik, informasi yang ditampilkan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, dan Informasi yang ditampilkan selalu terkini.

Abstract

Violence is all forms of behavior carried out by a person or group, against another person or group of people, so that it can cause negative physical, emotional and psychological effects on the person being targeted. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Bekasi City DPPPA in controlling violence against women that occurs in Bekasi City. The theory used is the strategy management theory according to J. David Hunger and Thomas L. Wheelen (2011) using a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the study indicate that the Bekasi City DPPPA is quite good at implementing strategies for controlling violence against women which include prevention, handling, protection, and supervision. However, in its implementation it still needs to be improved so that the formulated program can run optimally.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between prophetic leadership and job satisfaction among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Indonesia. The research method used a quantitative research design with survey techniques. Data were collected from 179 facilitator teachers in 27 provinces using a validated Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used regression tests to assess the effect of prophetic leadership on job satisfaction. Findings showed a significant positive correlation, indicating that a 1% increase in prophetic leadership was associated with a 0.514 increase in job satisfaction. It suggests that enhancing the principles of prophetic leadership within an education management framework can significantly improve teachers' well-being and the overall quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study underscores the importance of integrating moral and spiritual dimensions into Islamic education, encouraging a more inclusive and dignified work environment for educators. The implications of the findings advocate a shift towards a leadership model that prioritizes ethical considerations, potentially leading to sustainable improvements in educational practices and outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Hadits, komponen- komponen kurikulum, prinsip-prinsip dasar, kerangka dasar, landasan kurikulum, prinsip- prinsip kurikulum, dan orientasi kurikulum pada hakikat kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang sebenarnya berlandaskan filsafat dan teori yang sesuai dengan landasan normatif Al-Qur'an dan Hadits. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Library Research melalui literatur yang ada seperti jurnal, e-book, majalah, dan media internet lainnya. Setelah data terkumpul dilanjutkan dengan kategorisasi yaitu memilah dan memilih data yang sesuai dengan penelitian. Setelah peneliti melakukan kategorisasi, data tersebut ditampilkan sebagai temuan penelitian dan diinterpretasikan dalam hasil penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dengan memadukan pengetahuan umum dan khusus berdasarkan temuan melalui literatur yang telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komponen, prinsip dasar, kerangka dasar, landasan, asas, dan orientasi hakikat kurikulum pendidikan Islam mengandung unsur pendidikan di era abad-21 yaitu peserta didik atau peserta didik dituntut untuk kritis, berpikir, berkolaborasi, berkomunikasi, kreativitas, dan inovasi. Sehingga guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa sudah mengetahui hakikat kurikulum itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation and impact of Green Accounting practices in Indonesia, a nation at the crossroads of rapid economic growth and environmental sustainability challenges. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines qualitative insights from interviews with policymakers, corporate accountants, environmental NGOs, and academic experts, with quantitative analysis from company surveys and national environmental indicators. The findings reveal a growing awareness and gradual adoption of Green Accounting practices among Indonesian businesses, driven by regulatory pressures, international collaboration, and a burgeoning corporate social responsibility ethos. However, the study also identifies significant barriers to widespread implementation, including technical expertise gaps, regulatory shortcomings, and limited recognition of the long-term economic benefits of environmental sustainability. Despite these challenges, the research underscores the potential of Green Accounting to reconcile economic development with environmental preservation in Indonesia. The study contributes to the discourse on sustainable development by highlighting the importance of regulatory support, capacity building, and mindset shifts towards long-term sustainability. It calls for a concerted effort among stakeholders to overcome existing obstacles and fully realize the benefits of Green Accounting for Indonesia's future.

Abstract

This study shows a strong correlation between transformational leadership and employee performance, both directly and through increased job satisfaction, although job satisfaction was not proven to mediate the relationship with performance. This finding implies that transformational leadership style has a strategic role in driving the performance of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Management Officers through direct influences in the form of motivation, role models, and employee empowerment, not solely through affective aspects such as job satisfaction. In contrast, Kaizen culture did not show a significant correlation with job satisfaction or performance, indicating that the implementation of continuous improvement has not been effectively internalized or has not been perceived as relevant by employees in the context of their work. The practical implication of this study is the need for organizations to prioritize strengthening transformational leadership through training and leadership development, and to re-evaluate the implementation of Kaizen culture to make it more contextual, participatory, and have a real impact on employee work activities.
