Abstract

Public satisfaction is influenced by healthcare services because it is one of the factors contributing to improving the quality of healthcare services. The results of the public satisfaction survey have fluctuated over the past three years, from 2022 to 2024. In 2022, the SKM score was 81.25 in the first semester and 80.70 in the second semester, in 2023, 81.70 in the first semester and 81.35 in the second semester, and in 2024, 82.425 in the first semester and 85.2 in the second semester. The research method used a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of outpatients receiving treatment at the internal medicine polyclinic at Prabumulih General Hospital. A purposive sampling technique was used to obtain 88 respondents. The study found no correlation between age, gender, and assurance on patient satisfaction. However, the variables that were correlated with patient satisfaction were education (p-value = 0.021), tangibles (p-value = 0.035), reliability (p-value = 0.008), responsiveness (p-value = 0.001), and empathy (p-value = 0.001). The final multivariate analysis revealed that the dominant variable influencing satisfaction was responsiveness, with a p-value = 0.009 and an Exp(B) value of 22.654. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between education, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy on outpatient satisfaction at Prabumulih City Hospital. Abstract

Latar belakang infeksi saluran pernafasan akut menyumbang hampir 15% dari seluruh kematian anak  di Asia dan anak-anak yang ada di pedesaan mempunyai risiko lebih tinggi karena tidak dapat diaksesnya fasilitas kesehatan. Kasus ISPA yang terjadi pada anak-anak akan menimbulkan gambaran klinis yang lebih parah dibandingkan pada orang dewasa.  Metode penelitian dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah oran tua anak balita tahun 2024. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini telah di laksanakan pada tanggal  7 sampai dengan 29 februari 2024. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dan multivariate regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan tangible  (pValue = 0,002) , reliability (pValue = 0,039) responsiveness (pValue = 0,00)  dan  assurance (pValue = 0,007) terhadap kepuasan pasien infeksi saluran pernafasan akut anak balita tahun 2024.  Tidak ada hubungan umur (pValue 0,37), pendidikan (pValue 0,57) dan pengetahuan (pValue 0,10) terhadap kepuasan pasien infeksi saluran pernafasan akut anak balita tahun 2024. Faktor yang paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien infeksi saluran pernafasan akut anak balita tahun 2024, yaitu responsiveness (pValue = 0,000), (OR = 0,28). Kesimpulan  ada hubungan tangible, reliability,  responsiveness dan  assurance terhadap kepuasan pasien infeksi saluran pernafasan akut anak balita tahun 2024.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis menyerang sekitar 10,6 juta orang di seluruh dunia pada tahun 2022, sekitar 2 dari 5 orang dengan tuberkulosis paru yang resistan terhadap pengobatan.  Penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis paru.  Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional.  Responden penelitian  pasien tuberkulosis paru berjumlah 80 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan tanggal 07-29 Februari 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan multivariat regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap  dan dukungan keluarga  dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis paru Tahun 2024. Faktor yang paling dominan dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis yaitu umur (P value 0,001) (OR 10,52). Kesimpulan ada hubungan umur, pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap  dan dukungan keluarga  dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis paru Bagi Puskesmas Surulangun lebih meningkatan edukasi kepada masyarakat berkaitan dengan pengobatan TB paru, serta pelacakan suspek TB paru pada masyarakat.

Abstract

The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia has increased by 34.1%, but it is quite unfortunate that of all hypertension patients there are 32.3% of people who do not regularly take medication and 13.3% who do not take blood pressure lowering medication. However, taking blood pressure-lowering medication regularly can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This study aims to determine the factors associated with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the elderly at the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. . The design of this research is a quantitative analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 1788 elderly people with hypertension visiting the Pegayut Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2023, with a total research sample of 95 respondents. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique, calculated using the Slovin formula. The sample criteria are being willing to be a respondent and not being sick. This research was carried out on 07-24 February 2024. The data collection used in this research was primary data which was collected by conducting interviews with respondents using a questionnaire tool. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression. Based on bivariate analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between gender (p value 0.022), motivation (p value 0.031) and officer role (p value 0.024). The most dominant factor in compliance with taking hypertension medication in the Pegayut Community Health Center Working Area, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024, is gender (p value 0.00) (OR 45.2). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between type, motivation and role of officers.

Abstract

Satisfaction is a response received, then compared with performance according to expectations. The performance of the health services received exceeds expectations, so the patient feels satisfied, conversely, if the performance they receive does not meet their expectations, it can be said that the consumer feels dissatisfied. This study aims to determine factors related to BPJS patient satisfaction with the quality of health services at the Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach.  The population of this study was BPJS patients who received treatment at the Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2023, totaling 717 respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 88 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling using the Slovin formula.  Inclusion criteria are willing to be a respondent by filling out a consent form. This research was carried out on March 28 - April 28 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The research results show a  tangibles (p value 0.005), responsiveness (p value 0.006) and empathy (p value 0.05) with BPJS patient satisfaction at the Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2024. Conclusion: there is a relationship between tangibles, responsiveness and empathy with BPJS patient satisfaction in Muara Kulam Community Health Center in 2024. The Community Health Center should complete the facilities and infrastructure at the Community Health Center such as examination equipment

Abstract

Infant deaths are caused by the top three causes of death, namely LBW, asphyxia and infection. Meanwhile, the highest cause of other neonatal deaths was caused by intrapulmonary complications such as respiratory and cardiovascular disorders.  This research aims to determine the picture of infant mortality in the working area of ​​North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The design of this research is quantitative with a case control approach.  The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth in North Musi Rawas Regency in January 2023. The sample in this study was 99 people, with sampling using case and control 3:1. Namely cases as many as 33 respondents and controls as many as 66 respondents, with the inclusion criteria being willing to become respondents by filling out a consent form, and parents of toddlers.  This research was carried out on March 30 - April 29 2024. Primary data was collected by interviews using questionnaires. Bivariate data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between birth attendant (p value 0.01), place of delivery (p value 0.002), birth weight (p value 0.006), ANC visits (p value 0.00), and comorbidities (p value 0, 00) with the incidence of infant deaths in the working area of ​​North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024. The most dominant factor in the incidence of infant deaths in the working area of ​​North Musi Rawas Regency in 2024, namely birth weight (p value 0.004) (OR 0.261). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between birth attendants, place of delivery, birth weight, ANC visits and comorbidities. The Health Service should coordinate with the Community Health Center to carry out scheduled posyandu activities.
