Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a place to develop human qualities so that they become people with good character and noble morals, but Islamic boarding schools need to develop their entrepreneurship to be able to cover education better. This research aims to collaborate on three things, namely: the concept of the leadership role of Kyai in the development of Islamic boarding school agribusiness, developing entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools and the benefits that Islamic boarding schools and the surrounding community gain from developing entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. This data was obtained from an Islamic boarding school that has successfully developed entrepreneurship, namely the Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school. Researchers conducted this research by means of observation interviews and documentation. Data analyzed using domain and component analysis techniques. The results of this data analysis show that the concept of a Kyai in developing agribusiness in Islamic boarding schools is a collective, democratic and consultative form. Meanwhile, the strategy carried out by a Kyai is to build and maintain a form of trust, empowerment, synergy, flexible policy innovation to form solid cooperation. The benefits of developing entrepreneurship or agribusiness in this Islamic boarding school are felt and enjoyed by many elements, including all levels of society around the Santri and all extended families of the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Desa Karangluhur yang cangkupan wilayahnya membentang dari arah timur dimulai dari Dusun Krakal Tamanan sampai wilayah barat. Karena letaknya yang strategis, dan hanya berjarak 1 km dari pasar kertek yang berada di Desa Karangluhur diantaranya Puskesmas 1 Kertek, koramil kertek, dan juga beberapa lembaga keuangan. Selain itu juga ada lembaga pendidikan formal yaitu SMP Negeri 1 Kertek. Selain itu juga ada tempat pendidikan dasar formal dan non formal seperti SD Negeri 1 dan SD Negeri 2 Karangluhur serta MI Maarif Karangluhur yang berlokasi di Dusun Marong. Selain itu juga letak geografis dengan penyebaran penduduk yang terbilang merata, tersebar di empat dusun dengan mata pencaharian sebagian besar adalah petani atau buruh tani. Potensi lain yang ada di Karangluhur yaitu potensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan dibuktikan banyaknya para wirausaha atau usahawan yang menekuni bidang usaha dalam segala hal. Upaya untuk menularkan pengalaman mengenai perilaku hidup sehat melalui individu, kelompok ataupun masyarakat luas dengan jalur-jalur komunikasi sebagai media berbagai informasi, dengan menggunakan Penelitian Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), yaitu penelitian dengan pola kolaborasi antara komunitas dengan dunia pendidikan tinggi yang berorientasi aksi dengan service learning untuk mendukung gerakan sosial demi terwujudnya keadilan sosial. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta keindahan lingkungan terkhusus masyarakat Dusun Marong, Desa Karangluhur, Kecamatan Kertek.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Putri Sunan Drajat merupakan salah satu pondok pesantren yang mulai mengikuti perkembangan digitalisasi diera yang lebih maju saat ini. Sebagai buktinya adalah dengan mendukung hadirnya financial teknologi, yakni teknologi digital dalam pelayanan jasa keuangan sebagai alat pembayaran secara elektronik. Dengan mulai mengembangkan Santri Link aplikasi pembayaran secara elektronik dan absensi digital . Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar kaidah tentang pembayaran secara sistem Cashless, bagaimana metode implementasi sistem pembayaran secara Cashless menggunakan Santri Link serta pengaruh penggunaannya dalam transaksi santriwati Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat.  Kondisi ini menjadi awal perubahan sosial santri yang berawal serba tunai menjadi serba Santri Link. Dan mendorong santriwati untuk lebih maju dan modern mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan perolehan data melalui wawancara kepada marcent pesantren dan wali santri serta 50 sample angket santriwati. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kurang setujunya diterapkannya Santri Link sebagai alat transaksi maupun absensi bagi santriwati.

Abstract

This study evaluates the efficacy of implementing the Green Management System (GMS) at the Center for Educational Development and Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (BBPPMPV BMTI) in Indonesia. Through this performance assessment, the research offers strategic insights for enhancing GMS implementation and investigating alternative approaches for its successful implementation. This study employs a quantitative descriptive analysis methodology, specifically the Analytic Network Process, with a particular emphasis on assessing critical factors such as Benefits, Opportunities, Costs, and Risks (ANP-BCOR). The result of this research revealed that the Cost Policy is clearly the top preference, followed by the other three policies, clearly indicating where the focus and resources should be placed. The Preferred Cost Policy emphasizes the importance of cost-effectiveness and financial factors when implementing the GMS. This study recommends that  BBPPMPV BMTI should prioritize cost-cutting measures that promote operational effectiveness and environmental sustainability. Abstrak Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan Sistem Manajemen Hijau (GMS) di Balai Besar Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi Teknik Mesin dan Industri (BBPPMPV BMTI) di Indonesia. Melalui penilaian kinerja ini, penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan strategis untuk meningkatkan implementasi GMS dan mengkaji pendekatan alternatif untuk keberhasilan implementasinya. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, khususnya Proses Jaringan Analitik, dengan penekanan khusus pada penilaian faktor-faktor penting seperti Manfaat, Peluang, Biaya, dan Risiko (ANP-BCOR). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Kebijakan Biaya jelas merupakan preferensi utama, diikuti oleh tiga kebijakan lainnya, yang secara jelas menunjukkan di mana fokus dan sumber daya harus dialokasikan. Kebijakan Biaya yang Diutamakan menekankan pentingnya efektivitas biaya dan faktor keuangan dalam penerapan GMS. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar BBPPMPV BMTI memprioritaskan langkah-langkah penghematan biaya yang mendorong efektivitas operasional dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.

Abstract

Imam Ghazali in the Bidayatul Hidayah Book discusses a lot about moral education in Islam which is based on theology from the Koran and Hadith. The aim of this research is to describe moral education from the perspective of the Bidayatul Hidayah Book. The type is qualitative research with library study techniques whose main source is the Bidayatul Hidayah book. The results of this research explain and describe moral education as an important part of personal and spiritual development in Islam. Apart from that, there are examples and guidelines on how the moral principles in the book can be applied in everyday life, including in the context of education

Abstract

This research aims to explore the importance of technical, managerial, and cultural competencies of religious counselors to enhance performance at the Office of Religious Affairs in Batumarmar Pamekasan. The role of counselors is crucial in effectively delivering religious teachings to a diverse audience with varying knowledge backgrounds and characteristics. This study adopts a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation from key informants, primary informants (counselors), and supporting informants (counselors). The findings indicate that implementing technical competencies among religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs in Batumarmar Pamekasan aims to systematically and effectively improve their performance through deep understanding of Islamic teachings, effective communication skills, and counseling abilities. Creativity in teaching methods is essential for outreach to Muslim communities in rural and urban areas. Managerial competencies encompass activity planning, event organization, and evaluation of outreach programs to assess success. Leadership supports moral guidance, time management, and technological proficiency for task efficiency. Social-cultural competencies strengthen harmonious relations with diverse communities, promote tolerance, openness, and cultural values in religious duties.

Abstract

Mastery of the yellow book is an important competency for students in understanding classical Islamic literature which is the foundation of Islamic thought and law. However, limited understanding of the structure of classical Arabic and the lack of ability to rewrite the contents of the book in good Indonesian are often obstacles for middle-level students. This community service activity aims to assist students in improving their literacy of the yellow book and their skills in writing summaries of the contents of the book in communicative and systematic Indonesian. The methods used are practice-based training, structured discussions, and tiered assignments carried out over six meetings. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the contents of the book and their ability to express this understanding in the form of a summary in Indonesian. This program is expected to become a model for mentoring yellow book literacy that is applicable and contextual for other Islamic boarding school educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of moral literacy in Al-Ghazali’s Ihya’ Ulumuddin and its relevance to the moral development of pesantren students in the digital era. The research employs a library study with a qualitative approach through content analysis of classical texts combined with contemporary theories of moral education, psychology, and sociology. The findings reveal that moral literacy in Al-Ghazali’s perspective is not limited to normative understanding, but rather an integration of knowledge, practice, and inner refinement through tazkiyatun nafs, muraqabah, muhasabah, and mujahadah. Pesantren provide a conducive ecology for moral internalization through the exemplarity of the kiai, daily habituation of adab, and learning communities. The discussion highlights key digital-era challenges, including moral degradation, attention distraction, identity fragmentation, and moral disengagement. Integrating the values of Ihya’ Ulumuddin with modern educational strategies such as role modeling, authentic assessment, adaptive moral curriculum, and digital ecology management can strengthen students’ moral literacy. In conclusion, Ihya’ Ulumuddin remains highly relevant as a multidisciplinary framework for formulating resilient moral education strategies in the face of digitalization
