This research was motivated by inconsistencies regarding the utilization of village funds in Sukamukti, especially in one of the national priority programs related to animal sources and plant-based food security. This research aims to photograph the phenomenon of using Sukamukti village funds to carry out national priority programs, especially animal sources and plant-based food security programs. In solving the problems that occurred, the researcher used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the use of village funds in realizing the priority program of plant and animal food security in Sukamukti Village has not gone well, this is due to the inappropriate allocation of village funds and less than optimal program determination. The plant and animal food security program in Sukamukti Village is also not in accordance with the needs of the community. Most of the people in Sukamukti Village work as farmers, especially rice farmers, but in 2022 in the plant and animal food security program there are no agricultural programs being implemented, especially in rice fields. This shows a mismatch between the practice of utilizing village funds and the needs and provisions that have been stipulated in PDTT Number 7 of 2021.

In the digital era, various conveniences in everyday life include the use of social media, especially for elementary school students who have started to actively use social media. However, ignorance of digital ethics and security can have negative impacts such as addiction, cyberbullying, and the spread of fake news. Therefore, early introduction to the positive and negative impacts of social media is needed. The main focus of the study is to provide education to Cilolohan students about the importance of social media ethics and the benefits of social media in education. The implementation method used is to provide direct education through class activities, discussions and simulations of using social media wisely. The materials presented include, introduction to social media, positive and negative impacts, and good ethics in using social media. The results of this activity, we saw a significant increase in students' understanding of how to use social media safely and wisely. They are better able to recognize the risks that can occur in cyberspace and understand how to maintain privacy and behave politely on digital platforms. With an easy-to-understand approach, it is hoped that students can apply the knowledge gained in using social media more wisely, be able to increase awareness and responsibility for digital literacy, and create a safe and productive digital environment.

Pelaksanaan PKM berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta pelayanan perhitungan, penyetoran, pelaporan Manual Form SPT 1721, Perhitungan Exel PPh 21, Penyetoran dengan E-Billing, Pelaporan melalui system E-Filling dan DJPonline oleh para relawan pajak terkhusus yaitu siswa dan siswi kelas 12 akuntansi SMKN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan supervisi oleh tim PKM. Latar belakang antara lain kurangnya pemahaman para siswa dan siswi mengenai aturan perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia, karena peraturan perpajakan di Indonesia dinamika terus terjadi sehingga menuntut para siswa dan siswi mengikuti perubahan. Masalah mitra dalam PKM Pelayanan ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan sekolah dan sebagai partisipasi mitra dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini dengan menyediakan informasi dan video tutorial serta tempat dan peralatan yang memadai di SMKN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan terutama hal terkait belum dinstalnya aplikasi E-SPT sebelumnya dan sebagian Laptop dan PC ada yang tidak berfungsi. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu memberikan pemahaman mengenai perhitungan, penyetoran, dan Pelaporan PPH 21 dengan perspektif net basic; Metode analisis yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode deskriptif-comparative, yaitu dengan menganalisis dan mengolah data-data laporan daftar gaji Yayasan Aulady dan laporan fiskal yang ada, mengidentifikasi jenis objek PPh 21 dan membuat kertas kerja untuk memudahkan perhitungan, baik ceramah, tutorial, diskusi; Pelatihan seputar penghitungan PPh 21 dengan berbagai contoh objek PPh 21, Tanya jawab seputar implementasi self assessment system untuk PPh 21, Diskusi mengenai masalah yang dihadapi oleh peserta pelatihan dan solusi yang dapat diberikan; Kesimpulan yang diperoleh Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa dan siswi untuk mempraktikkan dan mengimplementasikan ilmu yang diperoleh, Kegiatan (PKM) menambah pengalaman dan wawasan dalam praktik perhitungan PPh 21, kegiatan PKM meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki; dan saran-saran antara lain sebelum melakukan penerjunan siswa dan siswi ke lokasi PKM, sebaiknya diberi pembekalan yang memang memadai agar saat berada di lokasi dalam keadaan benar-benar siap, Program PKM yang telah dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa yang sekiranya bermanfaat sebaiknya ditindak lanjuti oleh pihak sekolah, Sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan lagi hubungan yang baik dengan pihak universitas maupun pihak mahasiswa PKM. This study aims to analyze the influence of total assets, third party funds, and financing on customer decisions in choosing to save at Bank Syariah KCP Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were customers of the bank. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously total assets, third party funds, and financing have a significant effect on customer decisions. Partially, the variables of third party funds and financing have a significant effect, while total assets do not have a significant effect. This finding indicates that factors directly related to customer service and trust in fund management are more decisive in making decisions to save at Islamic banks. Therefore, strengthening the aspects of fund collection and financing needs to be the focus of developing Islamic bank marketing strategies.

This research aims to determine the influence of internal communication, work stress, and work conflict on performance based on the perceptions employees of PT Elnusa Petrofin Cabang Balikpapan partially and simultaneously. This research data was obtained from employee performance reports for 3 years, namely the 2021-2023 period with a sample size of 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used is with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis research test, it shows that the independent variable (internal communication) has no positive and significant effect on (employee performance), a t-count value of -4.437 > from t table 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The independent variable (work stress) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.503 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.618 < 0.05. The independent variable (work conflict) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.633 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.531 > 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of internal communication, work stress and work conflict do not have a significant effect on employee performance, obtaining an F value of 0.826 < from F table of 2.85 and a significance value of 0.488 > 0.05
