English is taught in Modern Islamic Boarding SchoolÂ as one ofÂ language competences must be mastered by the studentsÂ beside Arabic. The teachers findÂ difficulties to implementÂ learning models that make the students to be activeÂ andÂ the students need others learning variation.Â Research and Development (R D) design is used in thisÂ researchÂ that aimÂ to produce the development of â€œProject Based-Learning Modelâ€ plus VCD to improve the Students' English Ability of Modern Islamic Boarding School at Malang Area. The model of development is adopted byÂ Borg and Gall ModelÂ starting from collecting information,Â development of initial product, 1st expert validation, 1stÂ product revision, 2nd expert validation, 2nd product revision, tryout, and final product. The Expertsâ€™ English Material validation conclude that formulation of learning objective, content, material selection for development of â€œProject Based-Learning Modelâ€ have got category ofÂ Excellent. The validation of the Expert of MediaÂ conclude that final product of VCD have been appropriatedÂ with the aspectsÂ ofÂ learning media that are feasible to be applied.

Women's empowerment is the focus of this community service activity in partnership with mothers from the Krupuk Business Group, Ibu Mujiati and Ibu Tuni. The purpose of this activity is to solve the problems faced by the organic catfish cracker business group partners in Sumberngepoh Village, Lawang, Malang Regency, in terms of production and management aspects. The targets to be achieved from this activity are training and additional production equipment for partners as an effort to empower the community. Method of program implementation This activity goes through three stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results achieved from this activity are: 1) a solution to production problems by adding/procuring new production equipment and raw materials for making organic catfish crackers; 2) the existence of solutions to management problems by holding management training which includes production, marketing, sanitation and hygiene. The final result shows that there are indicators of success with increased knowledge of partners and productivity of organic catfish crackers that increase with management training.

In 2020, the outbreak of a new virus that shocked the world, namely Coronavirus Disease (Covid 19). There are some ways to survive from the pandemic such as obeying government instructions and increase the immunity of body. The purpose of the community service is to provide counseling or social outreach, as well as provide education related to improving maternal health and immunity during the pandemic. The activities of Community Service cover several stages. First, coordinating about the Community Service Agenda with the Head of Neighborhood and Citizens Associations. Second, the executor team prepare some materials of socialization. Third, the executor team conduct the educational outreach. In conclusion, improving maternal health and immunity can be reached by consuming healty food, providing healthy life, and avoiding stress.

The evolution of education for early childhood (PAUD) is very crucial in digital period, in order to adapt currently situation and conditions. The teachers have to be able to create and develop various media that fitted with the child’s age and characteristics. The objective of hybrid- based learning assistance for early childhood education (PAUD) aims to offer the comprehension for the teacher how to absorb and develop teaching method and media for early childhood by using various resources. This activity covers some agendas i.e initial activities, implementation and evaluation. The target of the activities are expected that the teachers are able to catch on hybrid-based learning, moreover the teacher are able to develop internet-based media for teaching PAUD, and they can utilize innovative teaching aids. The last, the activity will contribute the output of scientific publication.

This research aims are: 1. To identify, classify and describe the type of grammatical error on the first grade of Olympiad student’s descriptive text at SMP ISLAM 02 Pujon based on Surface Strategy Taxonomy Theory by Dulay, 2. To find the causes of error made by the students in writing descriptive text using H.Douglas Brown’s Theory of possible source of error. The research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative method. The researcher used the instruction as the instrument to guide the student to write descriptive text, and the student’s descriptive text is considered as the data source. Based on research findings, the researcher found all error types and all source types with omission as the most type of error found, while intralingual is the most factor causing the student’s error on writing descriptive text.

Hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels that blocks the supply of oxygen and nutrients from the blood from reaching the tissues in the body that need it. Hypertension is a condition in which blood pressure increases beyond normal limits. Based on data obtained in the Working Area of the Kapasa Health Center, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City, hypertension is the second highest disease of the 10 highest diseases in the region. While Kapasa Raya sub-district Patients with hypertension predominantly experienced by the elderly usually have no complaints and only experience mild symptoms such as neck headaches, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, or often tired. This activity aims to determine the level of knowledge about hypertension in Kapasaraya District, Makassar City and the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation in the treatment and prevention of hypertension complications. The activity, which will be held on September 30, 2023, targets 20 people with high blood pressure in Kapasa Raya Village, Tamaranea District, Makassar City. There are two activities carried out are the provision of hypertension education materials and training on progressive muscle relaxation techniques. The provision of educational materials on hypertension topics is carried out with lecture and discussion techniques. Training in progressive muscle relaxation techniques is carried out directly. The media used are PowerPoint slides and brochures on the LCD screen. The results of this activity provide information on the level of knowledge before carrying out hypertension education: less (75%), sufficient (25%). After the training there was a very significant increase in knowledge between less knowledge (20%) and sufficient knowledge (80%). The measurement results showed that progressive muscle relaxation exercises produced changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after exercise. Average systolic blood pressure 160.81 mmHg and diastolic 105.35 mmHg, as well as systolic blood pressure after exercise 153.32 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure 92.36 mmHg. The conclusion of this activity was that the level of knowledge of respondents increased after training and the decrease in blood pressure both systolic and diastolic changed after progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The implication of this activity is that respondents and their families routinely perform progressive muscle relaxation exercises to reduce hypertension and prevent complications of hypertension

Background: Anemia is a symptom of a lack of red blood cells due to low hemoglobin levels. Based on the performance assessment report of the Tuban Regency Senori Community Health Center East Java Indonesia in 2022, it was found that 36.65% of pregnant women experienced anemia. This shows that there are still many pregnant women who experience anemia and need treatment. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of spinach consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Method: quasi experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample in this study was 16 pregnant women with anemia in the Senori Community Health Center Tuban Regency East Java Indonesia, who met the inclusion criteria. The research instrument used an observation sheet to determine hemoglobin levels in the blood before and after consuming green spinach, an easy touch Hb level check tool. Data were analyzed using paired T-test. Result : The average Hb level of pregnant women before the intervention was 10.20 gr% and after the intervention was 11.18 gr%, the results of the paired t-test showed a significance value = 0.000, so the significance value (2-tailed) < α (0 .05) which shows that there is an effect of spinach consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Conclusion : There is an effect of spinach consumption on increasing Hb levels in pregnant women. Integrated ANC activities are expected to be carried out routinely so that pregnant women who experience anemia can be detected early and health workers can provide explanations to pregnant women about the dangers of anemia during pregnancy and the consumption of spinach and its benefits.
